Recently stopped by to try their Sweet Truffalo and Tajín Tamarindo wings for a wing walk. The Sweet Truffalo was interesting...kind of a sweet buffalo vibe with that truffle twist. It's different in a good way, but I was expecting a bit more heat and punch. Still tasty, just on the milder side. The Tajín Tamarindo wings were probably the more fun one...sweet, tangy, and that chili lime type kick. Good idea flavor wise. Last year I also tried their Pineapple Sweet Chili wings and Jalapeño Cilantro wings. Pineapple Sweet Chili was a mix of sweet pineapple flavor with a mild chili sauce. More sweet than spicy, kind of sticky and tropical. Jalapeño Cilantro was a fresher, herb forward flavor with jalapeño heat and cilantro brightness. Not super heavy or saucy, more of a lighter, zesty wing. Overall, Hudson Grille is more of a vibe spot than a dedicated wing destination. The flavors are creative and fun to try, especially if you like sweet or fusion style wings, but consistency and boldness can vary. read more

If you want a place to watch the game, this is a place to visit. The restaurant offers several seating options (booths, chairs, the bar, indoor/outdoor). The alcoholic drinks were good. I didn't give this place a higher rating because I wouldn't bring my children due to it inhibiting where they placed us. We couldn't see the baseball game and we specifically asked to be seated near the TV. Food: 1 - shrimp tostadas were delicious, but I wasn't a fan of the sauce 2 - chicken fingers and fries - the fries were addictively appetizing 3 - chicken chipotle sandwich - tasty 4 - garlic parmesan chicken wings - good Staff: friendly and knowledgeable of the menu read more

Great service and food. Cocktails are great. Claire makes stellar martinis. I had the margarita pizza which I enjoyed. A friend of mine is obsessed with the burgers there. It has outdoor seating and dining area that's sectioned off from the bar. I like that because each section is different vibe. read more

I been to this restaurant many times and just now I realized I never left my review. is a nice casual restaurant/bar where you can enjoy a game at the bar on the big screen but a bit above casual and below fine white table cloth dindining where you can enjoy a nice date, If you get my drift. They also have a big patio and bar out back that is very popular in the summer tho is open(with cover) yearlong . Plenty of paid parking on the back. Definately recommend it. Food is great and service is fast and friendly. read more

Nice lively spot to enjoy the game, have a few drinks and get something to eat. Plenty of paid parking in the rear. We chose this place because of the many Gluten free options. We shared the Short Rib grilled cheese which was very good and the Fig and Burrata pizza. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Good food, good service and good vibe. read more

I tried Pineapple Sweet Chili & Jalapeño Cilantro wings. I went to a white plains wing walk. Both wings needed more salt on the wings itself. The pineapple sweet chili sauce was very flavorous. The sweet chili was ok. The server was extra nice! It was pretty busy inside b/c of the regular customers & the ppl. From the wing walk. It had nice decor! read more

Perfect spot to hang out , grab a bite or sit outside with friends. Excellent food for a bar type place.

I was there tonight with my family. Everyone enjoyed the food and service provided by the staff. I had the margarita pizza . The fresh basil and mozzarella were fantastic! Will definitely be back. read more

Hosted a birthday brunch here back in March. I was very impressed with the service for our group of 15. They were very accommodating with doing different bills for my different friend groups. Food and drinks were good and everyone in our party was pleased. We sat at the area upfront near the windows and although we didn't pay to reserve the space, the staff seemed to keep it mostly reserved for my group for as long as they could during a sunny, "good-weather-for-March" brunch day. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Very basic spot, food was good and prices were solid. Nothing wowed me but I left satisfied. One thing to note is that the blackened chicken was SPICY! Outdoor seating is spacious and nice. Service was fine nothing exceptional but no complaints read more

We came here around 12:30 on a Tuesday, somewhat of a lunch rush. ordered mainly burgers, sandwiches and one filet mignon. What had confused us, was a table that arrived after us received their food before us. The food took over an hour to arrive? When asked, our server would tell us it's on the way, or five more minutes. The Lychee Martinis were delicious! The food was okay, not worth the wait. For the long wait, we received a round of drinks from management. read more

This was the first restaurant I dined in this year, with a pretty sizable group. Thankfully, one of my friends had the foresight to make a reservation for us, and we were seated right away. There was a Brunch, along with a regular Lunch menu. My friend and I shared the Truffle and Parmesan Fries, which were truly addicting. The Fries were perfectly crispy, with plenty of Parmesan, and satisfyingly strong truffle taste. It was tough to decide what to order, but I finally went with the Miso Glazed Salmon, which was served with cauliflower risotto, garlicky broccolini, sesame seeds, and chives. The dish was presented beautifully. The Salmon was exquisite and absolutely delicious! It had a slight crunch, was delightfully tender and flaky, prepared with an amazingly flavorful sauce. The Risotto was wonderfully cheesy, rich, and creamy. And the Broccolini was fresh and well seasoned. I got to try the Chorizo Tacos, which didn't impress me much, because the Chorizo didn't taste authentic. Service was a bit slow, and they were quite busy. I asked for lemon (to go with my water) maybe 4-5 times, before I finally received it. Also, it took the food awhile to arrive after ordering. Prices were decent. I'm not sure I'll be back because I'm not in the area much, but would want to try the Short Ribs and Potato Gnocchi if I return. read more

The food was ok. The service was nice. The ambiance was ok. Not a bad burger joint. Wouldn't order the filet mignon again, was a little over cooked. read more

Great food, amazing service and good location! We had a group of 6 for dinner. The food arrived very quickly, but we were not rushed. The chicken dumplings, truffle fries, and Brussels sprouts were the apps we ordered, and they were all delicious, with the dumplings being exceptional. The French onion soup and tomato bisque were also great! The steak salad has an awesome dressing; the rice bowl is definitely enough for 2 meals and oh so good! Highly recommend! Enjoy! read more

I enjoyed dinner here, and there were some interesting items on the menu. There was plenty of metered street parking. I got the seafood linguine, and it had general portions of shrimp, mussels, clams, and octopus. He had a steak which was juicy, perfectly cooked, and came with a big dollop of seasoned butter on top. The roasted vegetable medley was also good, although neither of us cared for the big slice of onion. The dessert menu had a lot of appealing options, and we went with the special homemade tres leches cake which was really something special. The cake was coated in meringue which lightly toasted like a big campfire marshmallow. Inside the meringue, the tres leches was moist and very sweet. The menu did include the words "merenge" and "beries" so the only way to make the dessert more special would be to do a typo check. Overall, I found it a satisfying meal for a decent price. read more

I stopped in for an early dinner with a friend. We ordered the mussels, steak salad, and a winter grain bowl for our meal. To start, the mussels arrived with several toasted sliced baguettes which were crunchy and delicious. The mussels had a great curry flavor with coconut milk, just delicious. Steak salad was good, and the steak was cooked nicely at medium rare as requested. I wish the salad was a little bit more interesting. It had some frizzled onions and tomatoes but was pretty simple. I tasted the grain bowl and it was quite good with quinoa, apples and assorted veggies. Food was fresh and service was good. I will definitely be back. read more

Had a very disappointing experience with the manager Brian here. I planned my wedding after party here. We had visited the restaurant on two occasions prior to our wedding . We toured the private room both times with another manager Manny (who was lovely). On two separate occasions, I offered a credit card to secure the room space but was ASSURED by management that this was not necessary. On the day of, I was called to confirm my after party reservation for that evening. Upon arrival at Hudson grille, the private room not available to be used. It was blocked off and filled with tables and chairs. I spoke to Brian who said "well you never gave me a contract". I told him that on prior meetings I was assured a credit card or written document was not necessary. I understand mistakes happen, however Brian offered not one ounce of apology or attempt to resolve the situation. He was incredibly dismissive. That's really poor form. This was for a wedding after party, not just a regular day. Very disappointing to say the least. Mary Kate Carolan read more

THE PRICE IS DEFINITELY NOT RIGHT!!!!! The service was good. But the food lacked a lot of seasoning. Honestly the service was perfect, in terms of the employees, cleanliness and etc etc. If you wanna party and have a good time... sure come to this establishment. If you wanna eat here.... I'd honestly recommend you to head across the street. There wasn't any heart put into lukewarm overpriced steak sandwich and overpriced clam chowder. It wasn't good. I was really hungry and needed to eat.. Please support the locals though.... read more

Celebrated my wedding anniversary starting with a brunch at the Hudson Grille. We had a good experience and we enjoyed the food. We ordered the following: - Oscar's Benedict with crab cakes and Crispy fries* - Cinnamon French Toast - Avocado Toast with Poached Eggs - Sausage Crumble I would skip the sausage crumble next time around because I prefer links or Patties. For an additional $18 dollars, we opted for the bottomless mimosas. That's always worth it! Went to this place for Sunday brunch for my birthday with my family. It was a group of 10 and we were accommodated inside in a nice area just for ourselves. The place is nice and big and also has a patio in the back. Very spacious. The food was really good. Ordered the BBQ wings and New England clam chowder for appetizers and both were really good. To drink I ordered the Rose Sangria and it was so refreshing. And for the main dish I ordered the rice bowl with chicken which was my favorite. Really fresh and also light. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because in the beginning the waiter took long to come by our table to take our order and took long with the drinks but it could be because we were in a separate area and also busy time of the day. I would come back again. This place is perfect for big groups. read more

Such a bad experience. I came here for dinner. Was seated in a section off to the side in the back. I was ready to order my drinks and food. I had to flag down a waiter. Ten minutes later someone came to take my drink order. I also let them know I was ready to order food, as well. It took twenty minutes (from the time I was seated) to get water and my drink. 40 minutes later, my salad with mangos and beets (and no meat) came out. It wasn't that busy. So I'm not sure why it took so long. There were plenty of servers. I was charged full price for my salad of greens and fruit (and no meat). I ordered a section drink, and it never was delivered. The service was unbelievably slow and bad. I wouldn't come back here, again. read more

We visited for the first time today and tried their Grille's steak frites and eggs with chorizo sausages. The former came with hand-cut fries and the latter with home fries. However, the steak was accompanied with a chimichurri sauce that was out of this world - we even ate the French fries with it. Humble urban frontage masked a spacious interior that also had a tented outdoor space. We took a booth near the entrance. Service was attentive and presentation was quite nice. We shared a dessert of homemade churros with caramel, berries and strawberry ice cream. Loved seeing so many gluten free options available on the menu. Will definitely be back! read more

A great spot for food or drinks! Came here for a friends casual bday dinner and there was 7 of us and we were able to be helped reasonably quickly The service was friendly but semi slow. Getting our food and drinks we didn't have to wait but when we were clearly done for a while it took a while to get the check and then for them to come back and get it Since it was our friends bday, they did put a candle into the dessert and wrote happy birthday which was a nice touch All in all, a nice local spot read more

Came here for a group lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. They strongly suggested we make a reservation for that time, but we basically had the place to ourselves. I had the grain bowl with grilled chicken, I asked for hot sauce to be substituted in for the olive oil which I thought would go well with the chicken and I usually like having something spicy on farro. For a "grain" bowl it certainly leaned far more on the leafy grains than the farro. The chicken was moist, but otherwise not too flavorful without the hot sauce or incorporating other ingredients from the bowl. The salads and pizzas at my party overall didn't look too fantastic, but the sandwiches and entrees looked pretty good. If you do decide to come here I'd stick with something from those sections. read more
