The best spot for Sunday Football, a good beer, and a good meal! My mom and I went before a show at City Place. We got there right when they opened at 12 pm with a reservation. We were sat right away, our server was great, even splitting a beer into two smaller glasses for us. The place was the perfect spot to sit and watch a football game on a Sunday afternoon! The food was amazing as well!

Went here for brunch a few weeks ago with my sister. She had hair baked into her omelette. They remade it quickly and our food was pretty good after that, so we were satisfied with the meal. But, we were still a little turned off. Today, we decided to go back and try this spot again; I also wanted to try their Irish breakfast. Our breakfasts were supposed to come with home fries. They gave us French fries at 11:00 am. We were confused, told our waitress we preferred home fries. So she went to get us some. It also said we were getting home fries on the menu, so this was confusing. I had a few fries while I waited; unfortunately I also had a mouthful of long black hair with the fries. Neither my sister or I have long black hair. I moved the fries and a huge clump of black hair was there. I won't be returning to this place since we have gone to this establishment twice this month and both times we had hair in our food. Apparently they are not wearing hairnets. The hair both times were long and black and in the food. So, something is going on in the kitchen. Wear some hair nets.

While walking around looking for a place to get drinks, I stumbled upon Ron Blacks Beer Hall. This beer hall is beautiful! The decorations are lovely, and it felt very cozy. I was quickly seated without a reservation, and our server was prompt and attentive. The warm pretzel bites were absolutely delicious! The pretzels were so warm and buttery--I could have eaten three orders myself! The drinks were also great, with an extensive draft list and a nice selection of cocktails. I would definitely come back!

Nice outdoor patio, about a month or so before Brazen Fox's outdoor bar opened.

Was there there other night. Unfortunately they stoped their free shirt when you have all their taps promotion, but they are still rocking with a lot of the same events and crew!

The BLT (more specifically, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and whole-grain bread) was just like any other BLT. It was very good but nothing special. However, I did not get the goat cheese or the basil aioli so that might have spiced it up a bit. It was enjoyable though and disappointment won't be afoot. The berry pancakes came toasty warm, they were somewhat fluffy. The portion of strawberrrys and bluueberrys was generous.the fruit also came fresh. The egg white omelette was--well, fine. If you screw up am omelette it's time to hang up the spatula. However the portion of vegetables (peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños, onions) was more then I would have expected and more than I hoped for. The accompanying potatoes were chunk-like and golden crisped! Delicious!!! Service was attentive and prompt. Piped in music was a little annoying--the genre of crooning though, was not offensive. Seating was comfortable, albeit I sat on a booth bench. Lighting was better than average!

This was a really fun place for cheap happy hour drinks/snacks! It was a little longer than some places too lasting from 4-8. The waitress was super friendly, attentive, and kept the drinks (margaritas) coming! We ordered the chips and guac, pretzels, beef sliders, and truffle wedge fries (they have sweet potato fries on happy hour but no thank you from me!). Everything was good and I'd definitely come back!

The best bar food in White Plains!! Always a go to stop with friends and family. The staff is so kind and makes sure everything is always right. The food is flavorful and unique. Make sure to get the sweet potato waffle fries!! 10/10!

Falafel Sliders, A Yonkers Brewery 914 Brewski, and an Awesome Bartender named Paris. I've been here several times. Always great food, service, music, ambience, oh, and did I mention prior to COVID19, home of the Wednesday Night Open Jam? Free live music by talented musicians! I look forward to that returning when we recover from this Global Pandemic. Happily, I live in the area, so this is basically my local bar. Slainte. Thanks to the Ron Black's Beer Hall staff for being so friendly, professional, and during these trying times, diligent in keeping us safe and satiated. You guys get "IT". Stay safe. #nystrong #nysmart #suckitcovid #goodeats #slainte #cheers #whiteplainsny

The flavor is a nice sweet and mild spicy combo on the sticky, saucy side. It's a fun switch up from traditional flavors. I just wish they had a little more crisp to them. Drinks, atmosphere, and energy are really what make this place. Food is good enough to enjoy while you're there, just don't go in expecting top tier wings. Overall, a fun spot to hang out.

Let me start by saying this--I knew I was in the right place the moment I asked for ice in my water…read more(because listen... room temp water is not the vibe ) and they didn't look at me like I committed a crime. Smooth start. Now let's talk food... because Brazen Fox hit the mark. First up, the fried pickles--super crispy, hot, and coated in a beautiful, crunchy batter that had my wife and I questioning life choices for not ordering two plates. Like, who gave these pickles permission to be this crispy and this good? Then came the star of the show--the buffalo chicken wonton tacos!! Listen... these were my FAVORITE. Crispy buffalo chicken, perfectly tucked into a AMAZINGLY CRISPY AND TASTY wonton shell, with that blue cheese bringing it all together like a family reunion that actually gets along. Simple presentation, BIG flavor. The chicken shawarma stepped in real smooth too--tender chicken thighs, jalapeño cilantro sauce, tzatziki, and charred naan bread (I think it was really pita bread). The fresh tomato cucumber salad, I'd say, was the star on that plate. It was giving "I know what I'm doing" energy. Every bite hit. And let's not forget the steak frites--because yes, the steak was great, and I love steak! Cooked right, flavorful, and paired with a peppercorn sauce and hand-cut fries that made me pause mid-bite just to nod in approval like a food critic on TV. Now the vibe... this place has that old-time upscale pub feeling, a classy modern-day ragtime feel with huge wrap around bar and televisions placed on the walls in a way that is not overwhelming and doesn't interrupt the old-time era feeling. Comfortable, polished, stylish, and just a great place to sit back, eat good, and enjoy yourself. All in, about $135 after tip--and honestly, worth it for the experience, the flavors, and the fact that I'm still thinking about those tacos. Brazen Fox... yeah, I'll be back. Probably sooner than I should be.

The ambiance is top notch, especially on a busy Friday night. Packed to the gills with some of the most beautiful people living in and around White Plains, it is a treat to come here when everything else has already closed and the party. must. go. on! :-) However, I do have one bone to pick. The bouncer stationed at the front is extremely and suddenly rude. I was shocked last night by this experience. At first, I was let in just fine, told that I just needed to "sheath" my bluetooth speaker that I usually use to provide my own musical ambiance when traveling up and down Mamaroneck Avenue. I walked around inside unscathed, was even so lucky as to catch the eye of a few beautiful ladies- lucky me. I stepped outside to catch a breath - so packed inside - and saw one of those same ladies inside through the glass window. We made momentary eye contact, and I was going to re-enter to chat with her, when the bouncer appeared out of nowhere and told me, rudely, to leave at once. That he had had "too many complaints about me". I truly had done nothing to receive this treatment. I hadn't had a drink all night, I was dressed exquisitely, and I'm an above average dancer. And yet, when I told him I had done nothing, his response was "LEAVE. NOW." I mean, WTF? Other than that, it is great there. I might go back one day if that bouncer receives an attitude adjustment. But until then, I'll steer clear and spend my time at Cantina, whose doorman is MUCH nicer to the clientele and is much less likely to be on some substance when allowing people in the door.

Anyways the wintry night of winter in which the greek gods of sport bless our idle days and lonely nights with a game called football, played with your mitts, of course. And that is why in 1970, the NFL decided to take advantage of our starved souls... looking for munchins, bunchins, and a couple collar crunchins. Lazy Boy's got the munchin, it's got a small bit of bunchin on a Monday night, and football brings the crunchin. I stumble into said saloon with a perfect gait and with unquestionable balance.
