The Honey Lime Sriracha wings have that sweet heat combo...tangy lime with a sriracha kick. they're a little sticky/saucy in a good way. The Signature IPA Infused Buffalo wings weren't my thing. You can taste that beery tang in the buffalo sauce. It's a little too bitter for me. Stopped in on a Saturday night around 6PM. The place was busy - not too crowded. There was a 50th B-day party in the side room. I had a burger and wings along w/ a Pilsner. The food was quite good. The wings were low-key excellent (IPA/buffalo style) some of the better wings I've had in the area. Loved the sauce. The burger was very good as well. The fries were excellent however I wish I had more long fries and less nubs. Service was fine. Thought it was on the slow side. Not horrible but it took longer than it should for what was ordered and how crowded it was. The ordering was self-service in that you order at the bar and a server brings out the order when ready. Ambiance was nice too. A big open space. A few TVs w/ college football on. At 6pm on a Saturday there were a handful of families. Not a good or bad thing at all. In fact with video games and board games available, not a bad hang for young and old alike. I'm curious to see what W&WB is like later on a weekend night and looking forward to trying more of the beers. That said, there tons of bars within earshot. Went on a quiet Saturday afternoon/4th of July weekend after a 20 mile bike ride and needed something cold and carbonated and some food. Thought we would get to sit outside but the tables were taken so we sat inside. Staff was really nice but there was only one bartender on duty and he could have used a bit of help as people came in and out to order. We got the Warrior beer and it was really good. Ordered the fries which were great- salty and crispy and a lot of them! Also got the Japanese wings and originally ordered the veggie burger which they ran out of so got the mushroom tacos which I would pass on as they had no taste even after adding the lime and dressing which it came with. read more

Server on the register had a nasty attitude and told us that they were serving a private party and that the priority for them was the party and service will be delayed. Didn't understand the reason for that and why it had to be addressed so rudely. Ordered chicken tenders and the server was like we are out of tenders. Ordered a sprite for crying out loud and he said we only have coke. Ordered chicken and waffles and there was no way i was having my son eat that crap on a plate. Wings were totally dry. Garlic wings were a joke. Had zero flavor. The carnitas tacos looked like pate and there was no way we were going to try. Loved this place! They have a very large selection of beers I tried a porter and an ipa both really tasty. They also offer whiskey, Mexican lagers with lime and Tajin! We tried the Buffalo wings and the Bavarian pretzels, the wings were nice and crispy and the sauce was delicious. The Pretzels tasted handmade and were piping hot. Overall we enjoyed ourselves! The beers were good and the food was great - the price tag was just surprisingly high. We live in Rockland so maybe these are just normal White Plains priced. We had the Figgy Piggy Pizza, The Pretzels, and the chicken fingers and fries. We enjoyed everything. I was happy to find Battleship with all the pieces intact so that my husband and I could play while we enjoyed our beer and food. Stumbled upon this brewery while exploring the area on our date night. I absolutely loved this brewery spot, the owner must love Star Wars because their logo is printed in the font and there are Jedi and mandalorian artworks and references throughout. Our service was outstanding. Our server made sure we were happy with our drink choices and even was able to recommend me to my new favorite of liquid fables even though it wasn't their drink. We tried a few beers all of which were perfect hoppy IPAs. The wai-iti warrior ipa and project mayhem ipa. The wai-iti was good but not something I'd get again. The project mayhem was fantastic and had a great flavor. I opted to try their sour bc I wasn't feeling a heavier ipa. It was a bit too tart for my likely and our server suggested the strawberry mule they carry by liquid fables. It was outstanding fruity and light and I can't wait to find this brand locally. We purchase a 4pack of the liquid mayhem to go, excited to have these at home to drink! They have an extensive food menu, unfortunately we ate beforehand. I stopped by for some beers with a friend on a weekday. There were a few other groups eating some food and having beer. The on tap menu is substantial and with lots of different varieties, which I appreciate. I really liked the beers I had, especially the Quantum and Electricks. It took a bit of time to get our food and beer despite it being not too full. Next time, I'll probably just go up to the counter. The guy working here was straightforward but not so personable. Were we an inconvenience? While my burger and tacos were good, they are quite pricey given the size. I'd probably skip having food here next time or make it more of a snack then a meal. Wolf and Warrior Brewing Company is a craft brewery that opened in White Plains, New York in January 2019. It was founded by brewer Mike Chiltern. For several years, he had a deep appreciation for finely-crafted flavorful beer (especially IPAs). Chiltern first began homebrewing in 2012 after making a trip to the Brooklyn Kitchen homebrew shop. When his first brew came out really well, he was hooked on homebrewing. He began growing his own hops and branched out to other beer styles. After winning a dozen homebrew competitions, Chiltern decided it was time to open his own brewery. He named it "Wolf & Warrior" after his two sons Vuk and Branko. Chiltern's wife is originally from Serbia and their sons' names literally translate as 'Wolf' and 'Warrior'. W&W is a New York State Certfied Farm Brewery with over 80% of their grain and 40% of their hops locally-sourced from New York. The brewery also features a kitchen with menu items that are also made with locally-sourced ingredients. I recently visited W&W for the first time. My wife was out of town for the weekend, so I decided to head down to the brewery with my two young sons for lunch. I really liked the interior which featured a warrior design motif; lots of references to "Star Wars" and "Game of Thrones". For food, my older son had the "Hand Cut Chicken Tenders" (panko buttermilk breaded, seasoned to perfection and super crispy, with honey mustard & BBQ dipping sauces and a side of fries) which he was very happy with. The friendly staff recommended their excellent wings, so I ordered some "Blazin' Wings" (with IPA-infused Buffalo sauce) and some "Garlic Parm Wings" (bold, tangy, savory and straight up scrumptious). These were excellent, meaty wings that were bursting with flavor. I washed everything down with a beer flight that consisted of "Warrior 21" (New England IPA), "Wai-iti Warrior" (New England IPA), "The Howling" (Stout), and "Beskar Steel" (Double IPA). The latter, whose name is a reference to the Star Wars TV series "The Mandalorian", was easily my favorite; I purchased a 4-pack to take home. I typically don't love beer so I ended up getting a cider which was pretty good, but others in the bar loved their beers. The owner brews his own which is pretty cool. This is a great family owned business that I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area who loves beer and/or wants a casual place to catch up with friends/go on a date. They serve great beer but my personal favorite is their stout. The stout is rich, and creamy, with chocolate and coffee notes. Great neighborhood bar, with plenty of seating both inside and outside, dog friendly, and has great music playing which plays up the fun and vibrant atmosphere. Another great NY brewery. So many delicious beers offered here. I tried 8 of their beers on tap and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them with the exception of the stout. You can't please everyone but 7 out of 8 is dang good imo b/c having lived in Portland, OR for 6 years, I became quite the picky beer drinker. There's a good bit and variety of indoor seating here. There was even a downstairs and outside area that I didn't check out. We had the wings, burger and cheese steak and fries. The wings were BOMB.COM!! They were juicy yet well cooked and the skin was crunchy. They were the perfect wing! The cheesesteak was good though they led us to believe that it was going to be larger than it was, at least to me but it was tasty. My fries were perfectly cooked but too salty. The fries that came with the burger were way better only b/c they had like half the salt. The service was really good. Drive my wife to a business meeting in white plains and saw this place a block away. It looked fairly new and I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered the tacos which were delicious and a stout which was also good but at 8% alcohol meant only one beer to try but the had probably another twenty on the menu. The staff was friendly, the decor said brewery and the ambient volume was pleasant. The music was loud enough to enjoy but not so loud I would not have been able to hear someone talking to me. In a neighborhood where most spots are cookie cutter, sorry White plains, Wolf & Warrior is far from such. I love the different areas to hang and enjoy beer and company...high boys, picnic tables, bar side to a couch. The space is open, airy and comfortable. I rallied a group for happy hour after work to join me at Wolf & Warrior. There was something for everyone on the menu. We enjoyed a Pilsner and a few IPAs; some stronger than others :) and paired our beers with buffalo and bbq wings, french fries and pizza. All the things you would ask for for the perfect happy hour. Purchased a Groupon for two flights of beer. They had 16 beers available to chose from. I selected 3 IPAs and the Marzen. Really enjoyed three of them. The Trynna' Twist My Beer Cap was the one everyone agreed was not good. Ordered the pretzels with beer cheese. Hardly any cheese served with it. Pretzels were good though. Not something I would order again unless they improve the cheese. We had an issue with trying to use one Groupon. My sister in law didn't have the Groupon app on her phone, so they wouldn't redeem it. Hopefully she can get her money back for that.
