Great local spot with friendly service, good amount of and different type of indoor/outdoor seating to chose from, and nice beverage selection from local beer to frozen alcohol and non-alcohol options to wine. There is on-site free parking lot as well as street parking out front. Note that there is food truck only on weekends though there's quick snack options to chose from.

Great staff. Chill environment. Good beer. The staff recommend the broken heart stout which did not disappoint. I'll be back.

I've been coming to Broken Bow since they first opened and they have always been one of my favorite spots to hang in the Eastchester/Tuckahoe area. Whether it is a food truck night, live music, hosting events including Relay for Life kickoffs, there is never a dull moment to enjoy a beer here!

Good beer in this place, they also have a nice patio where you can sit and enjoy some beer and food. They had a pizza truck set up outside and a food truck making Empanadas. I tried the pizza and it was good, I also had an Arepa with cheese from the food truck. The service was good until the night came when they had a large group come in then it became impossible to get a beer. That's when it was time to leave. I enjoyed my time there and would return. Parking could be a challenge in the street though but fortunately there is a parking parking lot next door that belongs to Springhill Suites hotel with plenty of space available. The brewery told me I could use it so I did and it wasn't a problem.

Early Saturday afternoon, only a spattering of people at this large brewery. Inside, there is seating at the bar, as well as a large section for tables (one area for dogs and one for non dogs). Outside there are a few tables under umbrellas, as well as chairs around the parking lot... Since there was a dog with me, decided on ordering at the bar then taking the drinks outside. Started with the "Petunia's Red Ale" ($7) - a toasty Irish red ending in a malty finish. Next was the "Plum Hazy IPA" ($7) - a sweeter fruity ale that didn't have much in terms of hops. No real food jerez but there is free popcorn (!) at the back, as well as some chips/jerky for purchase. Overall vibe is relaxed with many people bringing their dogs and hanging out in the parking lot seating area.

Great vibes and good customer service. Equally nice outside and inside seating areas. There is a food truck outside. I would definitely visit again!

Not every pub or restaurant features local craft beer (and they're missing out!), but when one does, they got it going on. So a shoutout to "The Pub" located inside Empire City for introducing me to the knowledge of a local craft brewery nearby known as Broken Bow. I finally had the chance to visit said brewery a few weeks back and experienced some quality concoctions. Let's begin. Located a little over ten minutes from EC is this semi-spacious suds spot that has an almost vintage feel with its wood-finished tables and stools. An outdoor beer garden and corn hole game (along with food truck visits) compiled the entirety of the place. Their small-ish bar is where you'll score your beers receiving them from some pretty friendly people, I might add. Both employees working that day were super chill and really welcoming (even when we flashed the Groupon I had purchased). This started things off on point. Heading from there, we'll dive into the actual importance of the whole experience (and this review), the beer! Now I had sipped plenty of pints of Broken Bow's Red Ale (a malty and substantial brew) as that was the beer on tap back over at Empire City, so I was ready to try some different ones. A flight was included in that aforementioned Groupon and so I chose four tasters and let the beer-ing begin. Broken Routines IPA Series with Mosaic and Amarillo, and Space Brut IPA were two hoppy yet individualistic brews in taste that basically did the trick for their styles. The Broken Heart Stout was a solid selection as it held some roasted notes and a little bitterness. My apologies to the last brew (I should've wrote this down), but it was either Auger Lager or the Kolsch. I guess neither were overly memorable if I can't recall the choice (sorry!). What did score big points was Lucy's Strawberry Sour Wheat. I didn't include this in my flight, but my buddy tried it and loved it so much he bought a four pack of cans (and this guy never buys cans!). It held well a few weeks later when I grabbed one of those cans from my friend last night and basked in some wonderful fruity notes surrounded by a perfect tartness. It leads me to wanting a little trip back up to BB to grab some more. Overall, Broken Bow Brewery is just what the beer doctor ordered in giving it's beer goers an enjoyable setting (inside and out), super friendly service, and brews that are (mostly) memorable. Groupon or not I would most certainly return for more Broken Bow goodness, especially because one can only drink the same beer from a brewery being served at a pub so often and not want to try more of what they have to offer (maybe mix it up, Empire City?).

Getting ready for outdoor seating nest Tuesday.. New hours 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm I need it this today.

I love this place! I'm always impressed with how caring, detail and hospitable this establishment staff is. The fact that this is a family business shows and you can feel it in the air. Their beer is out of this world. Every flavor they created has a unique name followed by a story which is completed by an amazing experience seating at this brewery. Now that outdoor seating is finally open and the warm weather is here. I look forward to spending my afternoons after work enjoying a "Lucy's" sour strawberry wheat ale. Thank you to Lyle and his family for making every visit an experience that is special and unique. I'm so much looking forward to working with you in the years to come.

We came here to kill time before surprising my friend at her bachelorette party. The cider and beer was great, it's very spacious. The day we went there was a fried chicken truck in the back and the food was really good. If I am in the area again I will return

I found myself at Marlowe to catch up with my Yelp friend Mercedes C. We periodically link up and…read moreit since it had been a minute, we thought it was the perfect time to do so. She had suggested Marlowe as she had heard good things about it - I had never been (or heard) of this spot before so I thought it was the perfect opportunity to check out a new spot and catch up, so off we went. Marlowe is located off Mamaroneck Ave, in a semi-isolated area which is on-brand for a brewery. The space isn't too large - it's rectangular-shaped with a lot of light pouring in and a variety of seating available. They did the place up nicely - it definitely gives off brewery vibes with tasteful decor such as hanging string lights and plants. I am admittedly not a big beer drinker, so I opted to a cocktail. I had one of the mule selections which was very good. It almost goes without saying when we go out, but we also had some food. They have a good selection of bar-esque fare like sandwiches, burgers, apps, etc. I also noticed they had a selection of tacos so I went with those. We were able to mix and match so I went with a shrimp and a chicken. Both were good - generous with the fillings with accents that really complemented the flavor of the protein. The chips that came on the side were house made/kettle style and were good as well. We also ordered some eggplant chips to share - I wasn't a big fan of these. They were too thick and kinda greasy - I've had fried eggplant chips at other places which do them better. Service was great - the bartenders were really friendly and we got some great insight into the history of the place. Overall, I had a great time at Marlowe - it was wonderful catching up with a friend, and the overall experience memorable (even for a sporadic beer drinker like me). If I found myself back here I wouldn't be disappointed.

Two of the things I like about breweries nowadays is that there's (usually) a good food+cocktail…read moremenu- and you don't even need to drink beer. I either read about Marlowe's on Hoyt Ave in Mamaroneck in my Westchester Magazine while living in White Plains or it was somehow swirling on Yelp. In any case, the food caught my attention and mayyyybe their only 2 cocktail offerings. Plus it was wonderful coming to Westchester after living in the county for 22 years and meeting my friend Jason M. over laughs, life and of course, gossip. With two entrances leading up to their sit down area and large bar, we decided on hi-tops to somehow get a nice scope of Marlowe's- especially an eye-catching floral black and white wall on one side. The food menu is tempting and fierce and when the manager(?) repeatedly told us the cook makes tasty food- that was good sign. The Eggplant chips with a hot honey drizzle my friend and I shared were on thick side- but good. Somehow, I felt these would be on the thin side like the ones he introduced me to at Polpettina in Eastchester. My Portabella taco with corn, cauliflower+other veg was delicious. So was my shrimp taco with red cabbage, cilantro+other veg. Being that I'm not a fan of creamy sauces on some foods, I didn't even mind the crema on each of my tacos. Needless to say, both my tacos were filled to the brim with substance. My only qualm is that one tortilla was used and didn't hold much. Because of the single ply, I was in a bit of a mess- so a second tortilla would be perfect for added strength. Service was fantastic though. Since my friend and I aren't beer drinkers, there was no pressure to drink it.
