Terrible service is the reason for this negative review. We really love crepes and were so excited to try out Whisk & Eggs. We ordered ahead so that we wouldn't have to wait. We went to their stand when the time said it would be ready and someone didn't come and help us for over 5 minutes, although I was standing by the register. When they finally did, they said the food wasn't ready yet. It took them another 5-10 minutes for the food to be ready, even though they didn't seem that busy. The workers really seemed like they didn't want to be there at all and it was all just very frustrating. When we ended up getting our food we weren't impressed. It wasn't worth the wait or the money. I recommend going to Press Waffle instead, it was much better and the service was great.

I love love this place - one of my favorites in the Legacy Food Hall. There are both savory and sweet choices on the menu. Service is alright but the food is fantastic. I got the 7 o Clock Sandwich (breakfast served until 5pm) and was pleasantly surprised! The sauce/spread was delicious and worth the $7. It was able to fill me up and was also one of the cheaper options at LFH if you're looking for a more budget friendly option.

I really enjoy crepes. Whether they're sweet or savory, I'll eat them both! Decided to go savory on this particular day and get the Tex French Cantina Crepe. It was delicious! There was smoked brisket and jalapeños inside which made for some good heat! Took off the avacado and the worker offered to replace it with arugula which was nice. The crepe itself was a little expensive but in my opinion was big enough for two. I wanna try a sweet crepe next!

    The GOAT

Pretty good crepe, really ridiculously long wait for service. If I hadn't made my mind up to have a crepe, I would have moved on because the waffles next door were far faster. I wouldn't be quite as grouchy about this as I am if it wasn't a slow morning at the Hall and there were two people working the shop. Anyway, the good - actually GREAT - the crepe was a thing of beauty. Perfectly cooked, so it was crisp-tender. The flavor profile was yum. I had the GOAT, so it was goat cheese, walnuts, balsalmic and honey. Really delicious. My Americano coffee was also nice (even though I did have to remind the staff that I'd ordered one...I guess it was hard to keep track of my order since there were only 3 people in line? Sigh.) Would I try this place again? Probably, but I'll have to really be in the mood for a crepe and feeling extra-patient.

    Cookies and Cream Crêpe

Really great place to grab a sweet, French style crêpe! Both employees present wore a mask and gloves, and WOW did they make those crêpes fast! The owner is also very sweet. I ordered the Cookies and Cream crêpe, which came with cookie butter, strawberries, chocolate drizzle, cookie crumbles, and a scoop if vanilla ice cream to top it all off! It was so sweet, but I've got quite the sweet tooth. I feel like the tartness of the strawberries balanced out the sweetness of, well, everything else. It was great! My friend grabbed a Nutella Crêpe with strawberries and bananas. I tried a bite, and it was great too! Gotta love a classic Nutella crêpe. I'd like to come back and try some of their savory crêpes! I'm more of a savory kind of gal, and that would hit the spot. I'd also like to try some of their sandwiches, which look incredible.

    The Belgium Emporium ~~

Okay, I mean... out of all the foods I tried at Legacy Hall, this place was probably my favorite. I asked the cashier if the Fair Day or Belgium Emporium was more popular, she said the belgium emporium was so I took her advice and ordered that, along with a cortado as well. The crepe was sooooooo good. The perfect amount of sweetness, not overbearingly sweet. I probably could finish one on my own if we didn't try a little bit of everything. I would definitely recommend!! Also, I went to the other location before so I guess that's why I was disappointed haha I've always had the best crepes here!

    Midnight Paris Crepe

I must have had just an overwhelmed couple of kids trying to do their best with a hungry crowd in front of them. That's why I'm giving it three stars. I'm new in town and craved a crêpe; the closest spot to me within an 8min drive still opened was Whisk & Egg, so I headed there. I ordered the midnight in Paris to go and was anticipating it. When it was time to pick it up, I see the girl at the register with a cup and the young man with a scoop of ice cream that comes with the order "struggling" to put it inside the cup since it was to go. So what the young man does to solve the problem, He grabs the scoop of ice cream with the same dirty hand he has been using at the register and pushes it into the cup. Now to be fair I guess, he was wearing gloves, the same dirty gloves that have been touching everything else. I think I wasn't good enough as a customer who just tipped them too, to rate a spoon or something else to transfer the ice cream cone into a cup. That was strike 1. I threw that ice cream away, by the way. I don't grab ice creams with my clean hand at home; why should I eat one outside that's been- grabbed with a hand full of bacteria?? Strike 2, I get home to eat my crepe finally, and when I opened the box, the crêpe was put straight on the cardboard box, NO sheet of paper in between; at that point, I lost my craving and appetite and started to wonder about the type of customers that go to legacy hall. I guess this might be an acceptable way of handling customer's food, no for me, though, it's unacceptable!! If I had opened the box before I left, I would have asked them re-make it. This experience has ruined my craving. I expected more out of this place. Even pizzas get better treatment. It's Sunday, so that the manager may have put the B team on shift today. I'll

Delicious French crepes, creative & tasty combinations of ingredients. I can't say which one are my favorites since I haven't try them all yet :p They also have coffee/espresso drinks with all kind of different milks (almond, coconut, oat, soy...).

Would have been better if it wasn't cold. Long wait for two crepes and two drinks that cost almost $35. Had the chicken pesto (cold) and the Paris Texas (also cold). The Paris Texas had the most flavor. The pesto chicken was precooked bacon and chicken, unmelted cheese and halted cherry tomatoes. It was then drizzled with pesto. Had a weird aftertaste and the unmelted cheese make it a poor dish. Try another spot.

I ordered a crepe with fresh strawberries that cost extra and i was given almost rotten strawberries on top not in the crepe. When I asked why these strawberries are not fresh I got attitude since they had to remake it. I will not be back. There are plenty places in Legacy Hall that deserve my business if you can't do it right after trying to up-selling me.

Had the Nutella Crepe. It was delicious! These aren't huge though, and no sides or anything, so I'd consider this more of a snack.

I ate the popper, lb&j, and the cowboy, which I love (ate the smokehouse in the past and that's also a top choice). The Cowboys pimento cheese was just the right amount of cheese for the slider and the jalapeno cilantro aioli was an outstanding addition to it. The PB&J - I'm a sucker for jam in a burger and the blackberry jam was refreshing and cool and paired great with the bacon in the peanut butter while still complimenting the meat. The Popper had a lot of rosemary lime aioli which was delicious to bite into. I've been here several times and narrowed down to my favorite 4. The sides (waffle fries, extra sugary drinks, onion rings) could be improved but while the sliders are pricy, they leave a great impression. The service is also very kind to lete grab a lot more ketchup packs and you do feel the "butcher" vibes in the food when you're eating.

Cowboy - Beef, pimento cheese, crispy onion straws, jalapeño cilantro aioli - DELICIOUS. the pimento cheese was the star of the show and made the slider taste extra good 2. Smokehouse - Beef, smoked brisket, Cheddar, pickled red onion, house BBQ sauce, rosemary lime aioli - I enjoyed this the only downside was the brisket was dry and made me so thankful for the drink that came with my meal. 3. Popper - Beef, fried jalapeño & cream cheese, pepper jam, bacon, cilantro, rosemary lime aioli - DID NOT ENJOY. Unfortunately the jam that this burgie came with just overpowered the whole thing and not in a good way. It did not mesh with the rest of the ingredients and the popper had no flavor or filling. It just flattened when I took a bite and I got nothing but a mouthful of that terrible jam. The waffle fries were ok just nothing special. The onion rings though....OMG so crisp, so fresh, so flavorful. Would just come back for those. Service was fine, we were the only people waiting to order so it was quick.

Warm wood tones, beautiful lighting, and that perfect upscale-yet-cozy feel make the whole place feel special. The elk tacos were straight-up fantastic -- perfectly seasoned, tender elk, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of heat. I could have eaten a second order without hesitation. Then came the chicken fried steak, and it did not disappoint. Crispy, golden crust, juicy and flavorful meat, and that classic creamy gravy that tastes like it was made with love. It's got that Texas feel to it, but cleaned up a bit. Comfortable, but still a little polished. The food was really solid across the board. You know how brunch can sometimes just be... fine? This wasn't that. Everything tasted like someone actually cared about it. Good seasoning, cooked right, and just enough creativity without overdoing it. It still felt like brunch, just done properly. Drinks were great too. Not over-the-top, just well-made and easy to enjoy. Definitely the kind of place where one turns into two without much convincing.
