I am very upset as I just received my order. I get the same thing every time I come. The CB ranch potatoes add mushroom, tomatoe, and broccoli. My partner picked up the order and just got home. They gave us the tomatoes, mushrooms, and broccoli all RAW on the side? Not cooked on the potatoes. I'm very displeased with this order. I don't understand why everything was in individual containers not cooked.. now I have to cook everything. How in the world does this place have all these great reviews????? I've Never eaten here before and I was in the mood for a sub so I placed an order on Uber eats. I ordered a salmi sandwich and a pastrami. The pastrami was decent and had a good presentation. When I opened the other one I was shocked because at first glance I thought it was a salad...... whoever made it had to have been high, it was overly packed with spinach and everything was sloppily tossed around together! I took dinner to go and visited just before their close. The sandwich was good and the pastrami was lean. I had asked for rye bread but when I got back to my hotel found they put it on a hoagie roll. So I've been to Texas quite a few times and I have to say I have a new best friend and his name is Jason! I've gone to many Jason's Delis, so let's hop into the review. Food: 5/5 food is FRESH, so much so as we are sitting in the restaurant and the salad bar is being freshened. Cleanliness: top notch, even the bathroom smells really good. Usually when you go to a salad bar you have at least one person who regretted how much ranch they took and instantly drops tons of it on the sides of the salad bar. Even if that was the case you couldn't tell here. Service: fast; within 4 minutes of ordering our sandwich it was at our table. (Before we finished our order the line of cooks were already preparing the sandwich because they heard what we were ordering; talk about efficient) All in all: easy place to grab a quick sandwich for an affordable price. Jasons Deli is always a great place for lunch, and I love how they are consistent across the board. Honestly though the Jasons on Central Expy in Plano seems to be a little better than some of the other ones as far as customer service and selection on the salad bar. Not sure why that is, maybe it's just getting back from Covid, I assume eventually they will be on the same page again. No complaints, I like JD and pretty much stick with the same two sandwiches, the meatball sandwich or muffaletta which has become my favorite thing to eat. The El Dorado location has gone downhill. The food has been terrible the last 10 times we have been. They keep burning the sandwich bread, dried out baked potatoes, cold soup, took away the beef stew and keep giving me sandwiches heated after specifically asking for them cold. My kids use to LOVE this place now they don't want to come back. It's always always filthy in here and tables are always piled up with dishes. Very disappointing. read more

It should go without saying that Sunday's family crowd will come with lots of kids, who make a tremendous mess (shame on parents). Whoa. This was first time and it was pretty awesome! You order at the front and take a number card so that they can take you your food. They also have the option of a salad bar which is super cool. I love the free ice cream and the other little things! I ordered the Mexican baked potato and it was really loaded and big. I'm always here..probably a couple times a month and every trip has always been great. I really don't understand the bad reviews..because I'm a regular here and never had a bad experience. In the rare event they got my order wrong or forgot to bring out something, they always immediately remedy the situation. I never know what to get because everything is so yummy..I usually always end up with the Meataballa sandwich or the nutty salad. The salad bar is also a great choice. Everything is organic and fresh. It's always fully stocked. The ice cream is free, and it doesn't taste like frozen ice milk, it's kind of similar to McDonald's soft serve (which I love). I love their Southwest Chicken Chili---delish!! They don't skimp on chicken either. I tried the Papa Joe today - - not bad at all! Their chicken salad sandwich is pretty good here too. I have not been disappointed with anything yet. They have this blueberry pomegranate drink that is good. The staff at this particular location was extremely helpful and friendly.
