Riggi pasta. Underneath it is a small pond of oil.

Nice spot, staff were excellent, attentive and helpful. Ordered the house bread, was ok, not warm. And not worth $8. Four or us for dinner, I ordered the Riggi. Pasta was a little soft, likely from being in cups of oil. There was a lot of oil in that dish and was almost like soup. The other dishes were fine, pesto radiatore, burrata ravioli and a lemon shrimp and spaghetti. Was pretty $$$ for what it was.

Simply the best burger I've had in a long time. It was cooked perfectly medium with a smothering of lightly grilled cheese on top. The vegetable were fresh and the fries were outstanding! The decor inside says class, refinement and comfortable all at the same time. I'll definitely be visiting again next time i'm in town!

We ate there on Sunday night of Labor Day weekend. We had no reservations. Other restaurants were telling us an hour + wait. They were kind enough to accommodate our party of three rather quickly. It was a lovely atmosphere and the service was fantastic. We shared a half Caesar salad and whipped ricotta. Both were very good. Then two of us had Broadway Bolo, (homemade pasta with meat sauce) and one of us had linguini with clams. All three of us loved our dishes. We would definitely return.

Ate here five years ago and food was good. Wife and I, on a Thursday afternoon, stopped in for happy hour and ordered two Tito's and tonic. Happy hour advertising sign outside on the sidewalk clearly states, "Happy Hour: Half-price beer, wine, cocktails. (See posted picture) Bill came, full price. Asked about happy hour. Bartender said, "Oh that's only well drinks." I call bullshit. (I mean seriously it's not like we ordered Belvedere or Grey Goose. It's Tito's FFS) We'll be back in 5-7 years.

Made reservations online for dinner for my husband and I. We were seated promptly on arrival. Staff was friendly. We ordered the the ricotta, white pizza and Famous 1lb lasagna. Our server asked if we wanted to try the bolognese topping and I said yes. Holy moly meat topping. I did not realize the sauce would add an extra 3lbs to the lasagna haha. It didn't look the prettiest but tasted delicious. The white pizza wasn't the best, dry and had a ton of parmesean, so I wouldn't recommend it but the lasagna was tasty. Just keep in mind how hearty the meat sauce is. The fresh ricotta appetizer and Tiramisu dessert were also pretty good! I would definitely return and try more options next time!

Great service, food arrived quickly and we had a lovely server. Sat outside on the porch and had a gentleman come up and the play the violin for us. We tried the calamari and bread, which were both delicious. Loved the seasoning of the calamari and the herbed butter. I got the seasonal salmon bowl, which had a very unique spicy dressing but was lovely nonetheless. Elderflower cocktail was also quite yummy

Really enjoyed this spot! The food was reasonably priced and packed with flavor. Service was excellent--super attentive and welcoming. They were very accommodating too, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I'd come back to.

Are you ready for the 411? Here we go...went to this lovely spot in Saratoga Springs while attending a conference. The restaurant was so pleasing and fit into the whole aesthetic of the community. The server was amazing in providing options and suggestions. The dishes were tasty and well seasoned. I would definitely return to this restaurant!

Unfortunately, the night fell well short of expectations. The evening started with the usual downtown Saratoga parking battle no fault of the restaurant, but worth noting. The free lot was full, it was below zero outside, and by the time we arrived we were already a bit rattled. We were seated promptly with our reservation, which was appreciated, but the dining room was ice cold. Tables are packed extremely close together; close enough that we were essentially part of the couple next to us on what appeared to be a very uncomfortable first date. If you're looking for an intimate or romantic dinner, this is probably not the place. The wine-by-the-glass selection was very limited only one cabernet option and the overall wine list seemed designed to push diners toward very overpriced bottles. Our server was slow to come over and didn't know the specials, which didn't help set the tone. We started with the spicy calamari, which was decent but nothing special about a 6/10. It was a bit chewy, which is disappointing for a restaurant positioning itself as high-end. For entrées, we ordered the salmon and the strip steak. Both were cooked properly, but overwhelmingly salty. If you love salt, this might be your dream meal. For us, it wasn't enjoyable we didn't finish our dishes and discarded the leftovers entirely. Maybe it was an off night for the kitchen, but given the cost and overall experience, we won't be returning. Saratoga has far too many excellent dining options to justify another try. We'd much rather spend our money at 15 Church or Chianti Il Ristorante, where the food and atmosphere have consistently delivered. Disappointing overall, especially for what was meant to be a special night out.

The kale strawberry salad is a fresh and tasty. Definitely an entree size for 1 or shareable for 2 or 3 if you want a salad to start. The octopus entree comes in 2 sizes... appetizer (smaller size) or main (bigger size). I went with the appetizer size since it was late and I knew I would be eating salad and bread and helping my mom with her pasta dish. The octopus was a little "mushy".... not as firm as I prefer. Mom had the pasta that came with eggplant and sausage and a really hard to say name if you are me.... Salsiccia di Peperoncino. It was D-Lish and quite hearty. Instead of dessert, we shared an after dinner drink.... our server / bartender created an Italian Style Old Fashion. Highly Highly recommend. Their old fashioned yet charming interior, has a relaxed vibe that has you looking forward to a good meal. Upon entering, I was immediately shown to a table by their friendly and welcoming staff. I enjoyed my warm crusty bread with herb butter as I looked over their menu. It was not an easy decision, as I was interested in many of their dishes. I decided on a meatball marinara appetizer and their lasagna which was made from their recipe that's over a 100 years old. Also ,their roasted eggplant with red pepper, ricotta, spinach and pesto and marinara baked with mozzarella over linguine. Their portions are generous and if I were really truthful, I did overindulge in another helping of bread. It's a necessary vehicle, to sop up good marinara sauce when the opportunity presents itself. I almost forgot to mention, that their house salad really hit the spot. My leftovers became an excellent lunch the next day. My only regret was that I didn't have room for dessert. This is a good excuse as any to go back there to try their other dishes all while making another attempt at having dessert!

And FYI, I was in the food/hospitality business for more than 20 years, and I have also been to Italy and had genuine Italian cuisine. First, the pros: portion sizes are quite large, and priced reasonably for the size of them, and the main entree in itself was good; I had plenty left for dinner the following night. Service was decent but not exceptional. Cons: the pasta that came with my roasted eggplant was definitely not made in house, as I would expect from an Italian restaurant of this reputation, and was also quite overcooked, to the point of being almost mushy. And their supposedly famous marinara sauce was thin and rather watery--although some of that could be from the pasta not being well drained--, with no distinquishable flavor. But what for me was the final tip-off that this was not a quality Italian restaurant was when the waiter brought the requested parmesan cheese: it was your run-of-the-mill cheap stuff in a generic shaker, something they probably buy in large tubs. I would have expected the waiter to bring over a chunk of REAL parmesan-reggiano cheese, and grate it to order over the food. Frankly, I made a much better Italian meal for friends just a couple weeks prior to this.

The menu on line looked intriguing enough with classic Italian dishes and pizza to try. Upon entrance to the restaurant, it was surprising how empty they were despite relatively good Yelp reviews. It was already late (after 8PM in Saratoga Springs is considered late even for the start of the summer season with this being Memorial Day). There were only 2 other tables of patrons and by the time we finished dinner, we were the only ones left. The restaurant was clean looking and appeared to have ample staff between chefs/cooks which you could seen with a large open window to the kitchen and coal fired pizza oven, waitresses and a bartender. We ordered a wedge salad and a Bistro salad to start. Both were absolutely huge and could easily have been shared. Known for there meatballs served in a variety of styles, we ordered the Polpette Di Manzo which was 3 meatballs. The meatballs themselves were rather plain tasting, but the sauce made up for that. A half order of penne a la vodka and a full order of Pasta Primivera were both very good and rather filling for a late night meal. We didn't have room for dessert. One item for management to address is their on-line menu vs. their in restaurant menu which has a difference in pricing of ~$2 per item. Our friendly waitress said that the rain and cooler temps were keeping patrons away this May and of course this evening. Hopefully for Three Vines, the weather improves and they have a wonderful summer season in Saratoga Springs!
