Flight of 6

Service was very slow at first. We had to ask someone who our waitress was as no one had checked on us. We got a flight of the beers and most of the 6 were good. The Reuben egg rolls and sauce were excellent. We sat in the courtyard area, which was nice.

I was able to make a reservation before a busy concert at SPAC and I was so glad I did. I got the BBQ Mac and cheese and it was delicious. I loved the coleslaw on top. They also have a fantastic selection of beers and cocktails. I opted for a lighter pink lemonade shandy and it was perfect. Our table was inside, but they have a cute patio area in front where live music was playing. It was busy but didn't feel crowded and our server was very friendly. I'd love to go back next time I'm in Saratoga!

One of three fish tacos. Yum!

Stopped in for a quick beer while exploring the streets of Saratoga. The outside courtyard nestled between buildings invited us in. Their beer was delicious. We had Oktoberfest and Saratoga Vibes. The three of us split the fish tacos - one each. They were also delicious and came out fast. Definitely recommend and will return.

Druthers has a really fun atmosphere. Busy place so definitely need reservations, and parking is hard to come by with it being located on Broadway. We went on a weekend night and the patio was beautiful and had live music. On the inside you can see the brewing tanks on the second floor. The service was a bit slow if i'm being honest, but very friendly. We didn't love the street corn dip but both the watermelon poppy seasonal salad and the buffalo chicken egg rolls were exceptional! I'm not a beer fan but I thought the mango sour was very refreshing.

We came to Druthers for dinner on our first night in Saratoga Springs and it gave us a great introduction to this town! There is a beautiful, quaint, dimly lit outdoor area you can sit right as you walk in. It had been raining and was a little humid so we opted for an inside seat. We enjoyed a couple delicious cocktails and after much debate (mainly between shrimp tacos and the loaded grilled cheese) we went for the loaded grilled cheese. It had pulled chicken, bacon, and of course plenty of cheese! If we had more time we certainly would've come back for the shrimp tacos! Druthers is absolutely worth checking out on your visit to Saratoga Springs. Sidenote: The entrance is slightly hard to see from the street if you're driving and going to park on Broadway. My advice: trust your GPS! Just park when it tells you "you've arrived" and you'll see it.

During a recent trip to Saratoga my partner and I checked out this spot based on a recommendation. We arrived to a packed and lively restaurant. Definitely seemed like the place to be on a Friday night. We put our names on the list for a 45 minute wait for a table, and headed to the bar. At the bar we opted for the street corn dip, and two drinks while we waited. Cool as a cuke cocktail for me and an uncurious beer for my partner. I was instantly pleased with my cocktail and the street corn dip when they arrived. About 35 mins later our table was ready and we were seated. We quickly perused the menu and placed orders for meatballs, two flatbreads (meatball and monkey bread mix), another cool as a cuke for me and a happy rum punch for my partner. The food arrived quickly and tasted as good as it looked. We ate what we could and left some room for dessert. For dessert we chose the chocolate chip cookie skillet to share. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, the food and service. This is a must try when in the area and a spot I can't wait to try again!

We've been to Druthers before but it had been a while, so we wanted to give it another try. Druthers is on Broadway and has a lot of seating, including nice outdoor seating. I remember that they had good food. We got the beer cheese dip and it was good. However, their beers are not to our liking. I would recommend folks go to Whitman Brewing instead, which only a 6-minute walk away.

Ambled into Druther's on a Saturday evening. I ordered the fish 'n' chips basket, which was quite good. Cod was cooked tender, but had no seasoning.. Its brewery has a strong beer list: both Old World and US styles. Guys that were working the bar don't speak with each other, or customers. Ambience is rustic and wholesome. It isn't haute cuisine - but you'll find a seat. Good for football games! Review: 4

Server Kayla was real attentive and overall nice everything you want in a server. Inquiring of our needs giving us space to interact eat and being attentive enough to come by when one of us needed something. Restaurant bathroom was clean and food delicious.

This place is absolutely worth a visit! The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I especially loved the thoughtful decorations and cozy ambiance. When you walk in, your first instinct might be to sit indoors, but trust me--outside is the way to go. They've set up heaters around the edges, so it's warm and comfortable even on cooler days. Plus, it's quiet enough to have a nice conversation without any distractions. I had their burger, and it was delicious--juicy, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. My friends ordered salads, which were generously portioned and beautifully presented. Parking is street-side, which adds to the charm of the experience. Overall, this spot is perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or a casual date night. Highly recommend! P.S. great area to go shopping after....

Horseplay (blonde): Loved the added peach flavor!

Walking around downtown Saratoga Springs a few hours before a concert at SPAC, some family and I wanted to sit down and grab a beer. We saw the cool gate for Druthers Brewing Company and after reading a couple articles and reviews, we sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple tasty brews! We walked in around 2pm on a Monday and were able to grab a couple chairs at the bar right past the host station. Walking towards the main entrance past the cool looking gate showed off plenty of outdoor tables. Inside was pretty large with a few bars to sit at and had a great view of their brewing tanks a floor above behind glass cut with their branding. The bartender came right over and gave us a menu to look at. He was friendly and did a good job checking on us and keeping our glasses full. We were going to grab a flight of six (!) but saw their cans and wanted to try those instead since they could not be included in their flights. And we thought six, five ounce pours would be a little too much for us, at least at that point of the day. haha We grabbed two beers each. I started with Horseplay (Blonde), which is a golden-blonde base beer brewed with a blend of Whistling Kettle's Peach teas. This was excellent, very easy to drink like a typical Blonde but had a nice finish of Peach flavor. For my second beer, I ordered their Key Lime Time (Sour Ale), which is a key lime pie inspired sour ale using graham cracker in the mash, lactose, lime peel and lime juice in the boil, then conditioned on lime purée and vanilla after fermentation. Of the two beers I ordered, this was my favorite! It was very much like a piece of (spiked) pie in a can. I could taste the graham cracker and the vanilla at the end of each sip. The prices for our beers were very reasonable for the quantity and quality. Druthers Brewing Company is definitely a cool brewery in downtown Saratoga Springs! I would have no problem coming back for a drink, taking a break from exploring the shops downtown.

Their Beers are always great. The food's good. But their service is absolutely abysmal!!! Backstory: I was put on a waitlist a few minutes before 6pm, and was told, "it would be a 25 minute wait." I said that we were a party of 4 and could dine either inside or outside, for the first available in our time-slot with our reservation. Fast forward 50 minutes later... still no table. So, I checked my reservation online and it said I had a Zero minute wait. Great! So, I approached the host stand and inquired. "Nothing yet, but very soon." I was kinda floored. The reservation systems (Rezy, Next Table, etc.) are pretty accurate. After being deflated, I called Cantina and put in a reservation in for :30 minutes, as a failsafe. Just in case, as we ALL were getting hungrier and hungrier. After an HOUR and TWENTY MINUTES, we walked across the street and were immediately seated. I received a Notification that out table was ready when we already had drinks and appetizers, literally. DRUTHERS, GET A Service Manager, a Dining Room Captain and CUT THE DEAD WEIGHT THAT'S COSTING YOUR BUSINESS THOUSANDS!!! I won't be back. Unless I'm going directly to the Bar when they open and avoiding the amateur hour, which seems to be commonplace here...

We were recently in town for a concert, we took a walk up Broadway and came across this restaurant. We ate outside which wasn't really a patio but an alley between buildings before you entered the restaurant. It was a hot day so it was nice to get out of the sun!

Not crowded at all but definitely means you should make a reservation as they are super popular! Food was amazing! DO NOT MISS THE ROLLS! I'd come back just for the rolls, they were so soft, fluffy, and light with the perfect flaky salt on top to balance with the whipped honey butter. Delicious! Everything else was also great, the hanger steak is also tender and loved the hash that came with it and the crab spaghetti had ample crab meat in it. Presentation was gorgeous. Love the seasonal menus and you really can't go wrong with anything here. We skipped out on dessert but I'm sure there's great options too. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

I requested to sit at the chef's table because I really do like to see what's going on in the kitchen and our reservation is at 7:15 and we arrived a half hour early and we're able to be sat so that was nice. We were greeted by one of the servers in the restaurant and then shortly after another came by and asked if we wanted still or sparkling water and that our server would be there with us in a second. It took a little bit longer for our server to come by and he took our drink orders. The line chef started to realize that our server was taking quite a while so we asked us what he wanted him to start so that he can relay it to our server when he got around to us, and I thought that was very nice and great that he recognized that we were waiting for quite a while. Our server finally came back with our drinks and asked what we wanted to get started and we told him that they already started our appetizers. He also didn't come back for quite a while after that and he finally asked us what we wanted for dinner and he didn't ask how the food was or anything. He just said OK cool and put in our food order. When we got our actual entrée, I had the New York strip steak and my husband had the scallops and they were very good. We ordered those entrées because the line chef said they were good and we wouldn't be disappointed and we were not. Our server finally came back around after everyone else buster plates and asked if we wanted anything for dessert and we already made up our mind what we wanted. I ordered the coconut rice pudding and my husband ordered the pistachio cheesecake. Both of those were also very good highly recommend them if you have room at the end of your meal. Our server then came back with our bill and just randomly said he took off one of our desserts because of the weight which was nice but he didn't really acknowledge anything else. We thought it was very odd but also we were happy about that. This restaurant was very good and I think the staff is very in tuned to what's going on in the restaurant if something is not as it should and they communicate to others if they need to start food for people or accommodate other people's needs so that's the only reason that I'm giving it a 4 because the server we had wasn't great but the food and everything else was awesome.

We completely understand that weekends are busy, and we never expect to be seated immediately, but we had just come from an athletic event and our kids were starving. Since it was a busy weekend, we decided to wait rather than scramble to find another spot. The menu looked very appetizing and we ordered a breakfast plate for our son, tomato soup, lobster pizza, and a burger. The breakfast was solid, your classic bacon, eggs, and potatoes. The tomato soup looked beautiful but was a bit underseasoned, and we felt the same about the lobster pizza. Everything was presented really well, but the flavors just didn't quite match the visual appeal. Our server also seemed to be juggling quite a few tables, so refills were a little hard to come by, which we completely understand during a rush. That said, the ambiance is wonderful. It's lively, welcoming, and absolutely beautiful inside. We truly wanted the food to match the vibe and hope this was just an off day, because it's a great spot with a lot going for it.

As soon as you enter, you can find big tables that look like a receptionist area with multiple beer taps, with big logo of the brewery. I read the beer list in their website and they have a very narrative description almost poetic for each beer. One beer that intrigued me was the coquito stout as it has chocolate, coffee, and coconut notes. The woman who helped me was super friendly with big smile. She let me taste a couple of beer because they don't offer beer flights. I sampled the coquito stout and I right away ordered it. It is sweet and chocolatey with subtle hints of coconut. It's like a dessert. Huge, classy, and upscale indoor seatings. It has the nuance of a ski lodge. Low and slightly reclined well-cushioned chairs. Very relaxing. For big groups, there are benches with long tables. To order beer to go, you can utilize the kiosks near the gift shop. Please be aware that you won't be able to order at the kiosks after 9:30 PM. Another bartender told me it's not on the menu right now. My drink was a seltzer that tasted vaguely like a margarita and was good. The only food they have is garlic knots and pizza. If that's all you serve I would make sure it's the best damn pizza. It is not. It was edible but the crust was so soggy it had to be eaten with a fork. Margarita pizza had no tomatoes on it and very little cheese. My rule, every slice should have the three key ingredients. You can't buy slices only full pizzas so good luck if only two of you are there. My other problem is the service. No drink menus on tables or listed where tables are so everyone needs to go up to the front. It took a while to get drinks and then back in another line for pizza after I took a pic of the menu from the wall. They text you when it's ready. Maybe it's me but in a place with a lot of alcohol flowing I would expect more food offerings. Great place to sit outside try the seltzers and beers but maybe bring a few snacks in your pocket. For me it's a lot of running around to get stuff and not very relaxing. I will try again, maybe I got a new server who should have helped us more. I do need to say, first trip not impressed!
