I am always impressed with the hustle of the employees at Whataburger and this visit was no different. I love the onion rings at Whataburger and always take advantage of customizing my burger either the topping I like. For fast food my meals are always perfectly prepared. I've only been to this location once since I was on a different side of town. I arrived to drive through and ordered my food at 8:15 am. There were three cars ahead of me. I ordered #22 (sausage biscuit) and coffee. I got my food at 8:35am. Thankfully I was not in a hurry. The car behind me got upset and left the line. The food was good and hot . Very bad service experience here tonight. The manager did not handle it effectively and never apologized that my order was wrong. She also kept saying she was a grown woman and I was not going to talk to her like that and I could leave right now. Guys, seriously. I cannot believe she is the manager of a store acting like that in front of the younger employees. Completely unskilled. All it would have taken is her saying "i'm sorry sir, we will fix this." But instead she questioned how I ordered, what I I did call the headquarters, they were very apologetic and they said the district manager will follow up with me. He did and they apologized for the manager mishandling. She is really bad. Perfectly calibrated self-serve soda machine is a huge plus. Love the icy cold soda while I wait for my delicious burger. Service trash, food trash It's 5am expecting some hot food, boyfriend picked it up from working a 10 hour shift... got 2 breakfast burgers it was cold and hard as if they have been sitting out. The bacon was salty, fries were not fresh and were stale as hell. I called the store location to address the issue and the lady said "that's weird im the one who made the burger" as if that was gonna change my answer. I'm going to start off by saying this review reflects the multiple experiences we've had at this location. This is one of the many Whataburger restaurants located near our campus and we end up here quite often. Of the locations in this area, this one is usually the least busy. Keep in mind that when I say that it's the least busy, this is still a Whataburger. The chaos and crowd of a normal Whataburger still applies, it's just less busy in comparison. My favorite things to get here are the honey butter chicken biscuit for breakfast and the barbecue chicken strip sandwich. They almost always hit the mark with those at this location. I will say that the fries are definitely a toss up. Half of the time they're old and cold, and the other half they're fresh and hot. I've honestly just given up at this point and accepted the quality they give me, whether that be fresh or old. I'm more worried about getting the limited edition batch spicy ketchup in my bag! If you want to customize your sandwich in any way, it will be executed properly about 80% of the time so I'd say it's at least worth a shot to get that fancy custom Whataburger you've had on your mind. My favorite (and a little cursed LOL) customization lately has been adding honey butter and extra BBQ to the barbecue chicken strip sandwich. This location usually just gives me tubs of both and I end up assembling it myself but it keeps my sandwich from getting soggy so I'm not complaining! This is a pretty decent location and I'll keep going here as long as I live in the area. read more

I don't recommend this Whataburger! I went here and ordered my food on the app for Curbside pickup. Ordered two of the same salads and one Diet Coke. Somehow it changed my order to ordering 2 Diet cokes with the two salads. When they brought it I said I didn't want 2 sodas but they would not return it and reimburse me my money! I got mad and asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager said I couldn't get my money back ! I have a MAJOR PROBLEM with the management & staff at the 410 and Callahan location.  Sat in curbside for over ten minutes without anyone coming to acknowledge that I was there. Management very rude saying they were backed up in drive thru!!! Like this was a great excuse....how did you do it when driving thru and the lobby were open together...GTFOH with that lame excuse! It feels like a battle every time come though the drive thru at the WB on 410/Callaghan. I don't except good customer service from a fast food chain, but they're starting to become just like McDonalds, except McDonalds at least gets the order right once in awhile. Ok, I heart Whataburger fries. I had Whataburger years ago when I was in New Mexico, but livingon the West Coast, we don't have them here. We had a late night burger and fry craving while visiting San Antonio and we headed here! I am absolutely in love with the fries here. The "fancy ketchup" is pretty unique, coming in what is typically a BBQ sauce container. It had a tang that I'm not accustomed too, but I still enjoyed the flavor. The burger was just ok, even after an evening of drinking, I didn't feel the need to devour it. The fries were what sold me. These things are addictive. The service was slow, but it was 3AM when we came by and it looked like the guy working the drive thru was doing it alone, so I cut him slack in that area. He was very accomodating and nice. The food was de-lish! My burger was just as a whataburger burger should be. SPICY KETCHUP FTW!!!! This is the WTB closest to my work. Thanks to this iPhone survey app that I downloaded, I scored some free chicken strips once. Sweet! All of the staff are so nice, whether you do drive-through or inside. I recommend calling in orders ahead of time so they can be ready when you arrive. The drive-through does tend to get backed up, and you may want to use caution in that parking lot since I've seen a lot of ppl zoom through like it's the Autobahn. All of the employees are SO SWEET and genuinely want you to have a good experience. I do wish they would put their hamburgers together with a little more care, and pay attention to detail. They messed up a coworkers hamburger with "burnt buns and nothing but mayo" as she put it. I love this location because the staff is friendly, no one looks bitter to work here. One of the cleanest and nicest Whataburgers I have ever been too. Now there is nothing here that's different from any other Whataburger that I have been too. The A-1 burger is fantastic just like any of the other locations. Really miss having whataburger. I have to move back to TX. read more

I wish the chop house cheddar burger could be available all the time because the sauce they put on the burger is really good. But it's okay because there are other menu items that are satisfying. The A.1 thick and hearty burger is great. Two well cooked patties, tasty A.1 sauce, grilled onions and cheese complete the burger and this one is available all the time so I recommend ordering it because all those flavor combinations work well. The traditional Whataburger with cheese is also a top notch meal, I ALWAYS get my traditional burger on Texas toast because I feel like the bread is softer that way and I can taste the meat and toppings much better. The fries are addicting and become even better with Whataburger's signature fancy ketchup.
