It has been a long time since I had a burger and fries this good. I have a new favorite place.

You know, this place kinda gets a bad wrap sometimes. We tried it, the food is a great concept. 2 sliders, some fries and a drink. They are actually pretty tasty. That being said, you can tell they are understaffed during the busy times. When I went there were 2 people working in the entire place. That's not their fault though, the staff truly tries really hard to take care of you. They deserve praise even if management is cheap when it comes to staffing. Wanted to try this place out because a friend told me it was pretty good, I pulled up and there were 2 calls in front of me, I was told to hold, and waited a little while before my order was taken, got to the window and waited a while again, I was excited for the food because there were so many choices, however I was disappointed overall, the only thing I got fresh were fries! Terrible experience! We went inside and ordered a few sliders, chicken nuggets and a shake. We waited 25 minutes for our food and they still forgot our shake. They weren't even busy. We were the only ones inside and only a few cars went through the drive thru. We also had to flag some down for napkins and a straw because there weren't any up front. We won't be back. read more

During work I decided to try this place out because I always see the pictures and it looked pretty good. I went inside to order and it took them quite awhile to take my order. So much so that the people in-front of me decided to leave. When they take my order both the worker and the cook were extremely kind. Despite this the place was pretty unkept and so I decided to leave and do take out. When I got the food it wasn't the best but it was edible. The fries were the best part which was kind of sad. The fried cod was pretty hard to eat as it was over fried and the burger was just average. Maybe caught this place on a bad day but I wouldn't reconsider trying it out. Very disappointing. I had high hopes for Savvy Sliders since they are open until 3am. We went on a Sunday night before 10pm. We noticed one car ahead of us at the drive-thru window. It took probably 15 minutes before our order was taken, with no contact before asking for us to wait. We waited probably a total of a half hour from arrival to departure. I noticed when driving home that I didn't detect any food smells from our order. Well, this is probably because the food didn't really have any flavor. I had one original slider and the meat was slightly overcooked yet the cheese was unmelted. The fries were almost soggy and tasted as though they had been sitting in a refrigerator and then were reheated in a microwave. The Boomin' Chicken slider was slightly better since it was spicy but I wondered if it too had been warmed up a microwave. The Dr Pepper was just brown carbonated water, no flavor. My husband ordered the tenders with a slice of toast, which was burnt. Perhaps the food would've been better if it was better staffed. There only appeared to be two employees working but they were pleasant and apologized for the wait. No plans to visit Savvy Sliders again. read more

The service is lacking to a high level. I ordered my food at 12:26 pm and thirty minutes later I still haven't received my order. I had planned on eating my food at here,but I had to take it to go because they were taking too long to make my order. It took about 40 minutes to get my food. I was late for my appointment. I like their food,but the lack of good customer service killed it for me. They even had a bad attitude about it when I talked to them about the issue. I was never informed that they were taking longer than normal to get the food out to you. I would have left if they had and not eaten there. If you value your time I would avoid Savvy Sliders. First off, I have to give credit to the hardworking lady running the front counter--she was taking orders, bringing food out, and cleaning tables all by herself. My experience wasn't outstanding, but it certainly wasn't due to lack of effort on her part. I ordered the Box 3, which came with a Classic Slider, two chicken fingers, and fries. The Classic Slider had good flavor, the meat was cooked well, and it had a nice balance between the bun, meat, and toppings. The chicken fingers were pretty standard--nothing special--but the fries were warm and crispy. I also tried the Original Slider, which was similarly well-balanced and tasty. The Big Signature was the one I was most excited for, and while it looked great and the meat was cooked well, the Boom Sauce left a strange chemical-like aftertaste. It wasn't enough to make me sick, but it did take away from the overall experience. On top of that, I was disappointed to learn that they were out of shakes that day, since I'd driven a long way hoping to try one. Overall, Savvy Sliders has a lot of potential. They just seemed short-staffed and could use a bit more polish in execution. I went with the Duo Switch Up Combo featuring the Original Savvy and Boomin' Chicken, paired with Cajun fries. Cajun fries had the perfect crisp and season balance. The Boom sauce is a must try! --bold and spicy. Overall, a solid combo with great flavor variety and satisfying portions. We decided to stop in after seeing a video on IG. The inside was very clean and not super crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Nathalia and her mom were amazing...they were very helpful in answering our questions and providing recommendations. The food was cooked fresh and brought out to us as it was finished. The family rated their chicken and burgers 5/5, and I rated the cod and Falafel the same. If I had to nitpick I'd say the sweet tea could be a bit sweeter, but just get the lemonade and you'll be fine. Also love that they offer a military discount. Highly recommend overall! read more

This place has a lot of potential but the hangover slider was so salty it burned my tongue, you didn't send any of the sauce, you didn't label the drinks so no one knew who's drink was who's and we guessed wrong, and you advertise shakes on door dash but don't serve them after a certain time and it doesn't say that in door dash so I ordered shakes for nothing. We waited at least 20 minutes in the drive thru line to order when there were only two cars ahead of us. We put in our order at the speaker and then didn't hear from the speaker for a few minutes. Then, a different person came on the speaker saying that if we wanted food, we were going to need to wait at least 20 more minutes because they needed to focus on their online orders. We left so we didn't get any food. The menu signage is so bright that it attracts all the bugs. It was gross. We drove down the road and met a fabulous woman who works at the Taco Bell. I had the handover slider and it had tons of flavor! I love that they're sliders. For me, it's the perfect amount of food. The spicy tenders were good too. Decided to try out this slider spot because we've never actually had sliders as a meal before. It was a pretty cool concept! The options are great. They have vegan and vegetarian options for those that need; burger sliders for days and a cool selection of chicken tender sauces to pick from. We got the classic angus beef sliders and the chicken sandwich, both were good. The beef was similar tasting to Wendy's, which I don't mind lol -- my tenders had a great flavored breading and the boom sauce was yummy, kind of a mixture between ranch and Buffalo (my fav) but I will say although the look very crispy, it was like when you reheat a tender in a microwave. Not very crispy, but I enjoyed it later on when I put it in my air fryer. That would be the only reason they lost a star. Other than that, service was quick and friendly. Service here was top notch, even though you only order at the counter and they bring the food to you... the inside, though, is really small. Two four top tables and four two tops and a few stools at the windows. There was some outside seating, but it's soo hot and there were a lot of flies, so my party sat at two separate tables. We were told, after ordering, that our food would take 15-18 min... which I was fine w. Buuut, we received our food lukewarm and not piping hot like you'd expect for an 18 min wait. The cheese curds were not even completely fried, the cheese was still hard inside. The fries were not hot. Neither were the chicken sliders or burgers. The taste was good, however I want hot food.... especially if I'm paying $64 for 6 meals. I'd go back for a 2nd try... maybe the grand opening was just a bit off. read more

Dang, I really wanted to like this place. We could use a great slider-focused, 24-hour restaurant in this town. However, the food's just not up to par. On the plus side, the place at 10-ish on a Friday morning was clean, and service friendly. Cool looking place too, lots of parking and seating. That's where the good ends, though. Ordered a 2-slider combo (regular burger, fish sandwich) with fries (I got tater tots) and a drink. Came in a cute carboard box. Looked great until I tried it. The cheese on both sliders hadn't melted (see the picture, they're pristine) which should have told me what to expect. Cold burger, lukewarm fish, and on top of that it was overcooked till tough. Tater tots were greasy and lukewarm-to-cold. Part of this is on me, I should have given the food back but I was in a rush. Still, this was sub-par on so many levels when there are plenty of better places, there's no reason to try it again. Do not recommend. Try at your own risk, maybe during dinnertime when the staff can be bothered to make fresh food. This place scores a 2 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Ever since Krystal left I been waiting for a spot where you can just get sliders. I know there's a food truck out there that does them but they didn't solve the itch for me the one time I tried them. So enter savvy sliders. Been anticipating the opening for a minute and they did not disappoint. We were next in line when we walked in around 1115am on a Sunday, but by the time we sat down and waited for our food it was packed. I'm a little confused by the hours as some places have times but others it says open 24 hours. We just went by the posted hours and it was ok. I gotta say the place is decent inside and looks cleaned, but the flies take away from that. They need to do something about that. They were at the register and at the tables as people ate. Hopefully they doing something about that. The sliders themselves were nice sized. There's combos and packs of just sliders. I got my son a tender combo, I got the 6 pack sliders and my friend got a three pack. In the store they said you can get all sliders in the pack different if you want. On the app they make you choose in multiples of three. I was glad for the option but I got the angus burger slider and the fried chicken sliders. My friend got the ribeye slider and the mushroom burger along with an angus. Man they were all good. My fav was prob the ribeye. Well seasoned meat. And the fried chicken was also a star. The angus was good but I'd probably get the chicken and ribeye when I come back. They did get my angus sliders wrong as I ordered them without lettuce and mayo but not only did they correct it quickly, they let us keep the other ones after we tried to give them back. I was very pleased with this place. Definitely want to try a shake when I go back. I hope they open more locations. Having to go downtown is a bit of a chore but it's worth the ride on a lazy Sunday. Give em a shot. I bet you'll find a go to slider as well. Just a tip, if you plan to use the app for rewards make sure you order on the app or have them scan your app before your order. In the neighborhood and stopped in for an afternoon snack. Food is freshly made. Fries are hot not greasy tenders are perfect size and the original savvy slider is pretty good. Excellent service from friendly staff. Music lightly playing and doesn't drown out any conversation you might be having. While near the downtown area, a coworker of mine was raving about trying Savvy Sliders. Always down for a burger, I decided to give them a shot as well. I walked in and approached the counter to browse their selection. As the name suggests, the burgers were slider sized, and sold per each. A variety of different sliders and chicken sliders were also available. According to the menu, they claim to be famous for their chicken. Bold claim, as I have never even heard of this place. I ordered the original slider as offered, with no substitutions. I made it a combo with fries and a drink. The friendly cashier said my order would be up quickly. While waiting, I glanced behind the counter and noticed their health score. A/100. Impressive. At this point, I have high expectations that this will be good. My order was up in good time, so I collected my bag and was out the door. Once I got to my car, I jumped right in the bag and my mouth went to work. The first bite was not bad. The burger was not hot, but not cold. I found this to be odd, as it should be hot since it was just off a grill. The texture of the meat was giving me elementary school cafeteria vibes. It was not bad. The cheese was not completely melted, and the bread was too thick and spongy. The buns were also crumbly, and cold. If I had to sum this slider up to one word, it would be: weird. The ingredients just did not pair well, and the temperature was off as well. I think this burger had so much potential, but it fell flat. I ate the whole thing and was not impressed. At all. I asked my coworker what he thought of his choice, and he regretted raving about it. He said his slider was meh, and he was underwhelmed by the chicken sandwich he had as well. Good menu but slow service. I ordered a chocolate custard shake and a Boomer Chicken slider. I have never waited so long for a tiny chicken sandwich; about half an hour. By the time my sandwich was made I was 3/4 done with the shake. The chocolate shake was very good and despite my fear of the boomer sauce being too spicy, it ended up having just the right amount of kick to it. They both were absolutely delicious though, but the wait. I believe it's a new operation and a new location. Both were great, but the boom sauce in the chicken burger was spicy! It also came with fries, which I got with lemon pepper seasoning on them. They were alright, but the lemon pepper seasoning wasn't sticking to them very well. I also got their lemonade, which was homemade and pretty good. The combo cost $11, which was a little pricier than usual burger combos at other fast food places, but I would probably get it again. It wasn't the best burgers ever, but they were good enough for a late night. They are also open 24/7 which is so convenient.
