The burger was delicious on a soft bun served with a side of fries. The burrito was also yummy and the fries were stuffed inside the burrito. We tried their special sauce on the side and loved dipping our fries in it. The service was great, everyone was friendly, and food came out fast. Took one star off since the meal was pricer than most burger spots in the area. Two burgers came out to $33. They said they didn't know in that "yeah, good luck with that...it's Saturday at 7, dumbass" kinda way. How could you not know? And if you truly didn't know, which one of them should have gone to check for me. So I went and checked myself. Turns out: plenty of seating. Returned to the chilly duo and placed my order. Ordered the Wake and Bacon burger. I also ordered a Topo Chico, which was also met with a blank "are you from this planet?" stare. How do you not have Topo Chico or something similar !? The burger was just okay. Tiny, but tasty. Fries were so salty and over-seasoned as to be almost inedible. No one checked on me after bringing me my burger. Not one time. Super cool atmosphere w great burgers. Don't get the chicken sandwiches as they aren't what a Texan expects. They taste like a meat alternative and they have coleslaw instead of lettuce. The smash's burgers are very unique and great, with a side of seasoned fries. Made with Texas Wagyu beef. They had chicken sandwiches also that I'll try next time. They had a very lime-y taste. I think it was the fries themselves, hubby said it was the avocado. My husband got the plain jane burger... mustard, homemade pickles, cheese and a sauce, also based on the cashier's advice (against the Philly). For me, the burger was too plain. There was one w a hash brown patty and a fried egg and another with grilled pineapple, so many choices, but the hubby isn't very adventurous. The buns were yummy. In town for the weekend. Visiting the are and friends from Oklahoma City... hit this place up after a trip to kids amusement park. We had a short drive here found parking.
