I was taking in the that ads for the new steak bites. They. looked nothing like the pictures. They were charred to death so much so that they were tasteless and dry and a couple were so hard I had to spit them out. Pretty tasty tender little beef bites with a container of nice sweet BBQ sauce provided but definitely way overpriced for the very small amount of 9 little bites given. Haven't been to Arby's in years. Tried using the app so I could take advantage of the coupons that were there but it wasn't taking any payments l. Asked for a number 1 classic, the number one on the board said beef n cheddar. He did repeat back number 1 roast beef and I'm lk yeah I figured that's just an abbreviation to call it, but nope got home and no cheddar. So disappointed I dnt want a dry ass sandwich. It's too hot to go back out especially since my ac is broken and I didn't bother calling. Again just super disappointed and was really looking forward to that cheddar should have just stayed home and saved $15. It had been a while since I had been to Arby's due to the increasing prices everywhere, I decided to go for lunch. I ordered my go to meal which is the chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich, it was flavorful however the temperature of the chicken was well below what I was hoping for. The chicken had obviously been sitting for a bit as it was merely warm, not even warm enough to beg6 to get the cheese soft/melted. The curly fries here are some of my favorite but these too were hardly warm, but they still had a crunch to them. The fries not being fresh surprised me a bit as they did have people dining in before me and about 3 cars in the drive thru so I wouldn't have been the first to get fries that may have been sitting already prepared. read more

I drove 5 miles to get food at this Arby's as it was the closest Arby's to my home and I was craving it. At 10:15pm they were closed "due to a labor shortage" according to the sign on the drive through, even though the Google listing showed 11pm. Every single fast food restaurant within 1 mile of them is currently open and serving food. Seems more like a management problem than a labor problem. read more

We received a $10 gift card to go towards the purchase of their controversial "meat mountain" sandwich, so we stopped in a few days ago to redeem. In NO WAY should you attempt to conquer that thing by yourself! Definitely take a reinforcement or two with you. First off, let me say that this is quite possibly the DIRTIEST restaurant I have ever been inside of. I mean, I KNOW it's an Arby's but come on, even they have cleanliness standards. The floors were all sticky, there were gnats everywhere, and I've seen cleaner restrooms in 3rd world countries. I actually felt dirtier after washing my hands in their restroom. The drink station had gnats flying all around it, possibly because of all the spilt soda syrup all over the machine and surrounding floor. There's also a door to what looks like an office - the bottom of that door looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 70's. Staff members were friendly enough, although they looked wide-eyed and scared the entire time. There were also some really strange, questionable customers in there that day. Fortunately they got their food to-go and didn't stick around for too long. When it comes to the meat mountain, it's what you would expect a meat-filled monstrosity to be. The flavor definitely gets hazy due to all of the excessive meats combined together, but not in a grotesque way. ARBY'S STAFF if you are reading this, PLEASE clean your store! Ok, ok call me stupid. I am not sure why I have been here three times. The service is just plum terrible. Today I had to wait in a line of one (me) due to employee and manager was trying to figure out the nozzle contraption and ketchup bag. Then they called a different chick to help me, she was pretty incompetent as well. Her main concern was the big 4x truck in drive thru. Food is good and staff is nice. The floors always leave your shoes with a film of oil. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner.

This Arby's location has been remodeled inside and slightly outside. The new updated interior is much better and cleaner looking. Even a new drink dispenser and condiment location next to it. The order counter has been reduced in size though but it doesn't affect the service. After many years of a stagnant inside this was much needed. Food is good as most Arby's are. I went through the drive thru. Immediately once the employee's voice came on the speaker you heard a huge sigh as if she was clearly annoyed. As my fiancée began to order literally every two seconds he was cut off with the following responses "Anything else? Okay, you can drive up now". Even though we weren't finished ordering. My fiancée had a question on the meal & the employee began to get more frustrated & said that there would be a minimum of a ten minute wait for chicken strips. She then started cutting my fiancée off at every word, he then told her that because she was being incredibly rude, we would be leaving. The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because of the SUPER friendly employees. I don't think I have ever dealt with more friendly, smiling or polite people in a fast food joint in my entire life. That being said, I wish the employees would spend less time smiling and more time wiping tables and moping floors. The place was beyond filthy. We were the only people dining in, and the drive thru was slow, so one of the 6 people on duty should have done a bit of tidying up. I just moved here from L.A. and have been struggling to settle in with my family here in sa. Our 1st Arbys trip to another location was horrible. My son was treated horrible and called retarded for being autistic by a arbys employee. I came to this location and Ryan and Daniel made me remember its not arbys but that one person. Those two young men where so nice i had to tell yall. The store was clean and Ryan came out to check the lobby as i waited for my food. He jumped to the soda area cleaned up the smallest soda splashes I didnt even see and his leadership daniel was quick to follow up with my order. This was my second trip here and the one thing i noticed is this location has the best people and atmosphere thank you Daniel and Ryan yall made a young father feel a bit better. read more
