My decision on this review was based on my last two experiences! I love Chick-fil-A literally the only fast food if this can be considered a fast food joint, but this is literally the only one that I will prefer to eat at, however the last two visits weren't great, my daughter ordered the deluxe Chick-fil-A sandwich (her favorite) only to find out that she received her sandwich with two bottom buns which was disappointing as well as I ordered a 12 piece and I only have gotten 11 that was also disappointing. Other than that, I have nothing else bad to say about it. The service is great. The food is great and I love the app.. but of course these orders are to go so we don't find out until we get home so I guess we should actually have to start checking our food which I never thought I would have to at Chick-fil-A. read more

Great location, we went with a group of 6 adults and what seemed like 12 kids! Plenty of seating for everyone and kids play area which is on the smaller side but worked perfect for all the kids we had. The service was quick maybe we went during a low time but we got to order quickly and got our food just as quick. I love that when ordering the kids meal you're able to switch the toy out for an ice cream cone as well. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could rate 0 stars I would. This Chick-fil-A is literally the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. As a Chick-fil-A signature member I use the app mostly to complete my order right when I'm pulling in. I pulled into lot at 6:45 and had my order sent through the app, I didn't talk to an employee until 7:02 saying I'm here for Anthony to pickup mobile order, I get my food finally at 7:10 but there's a truck in front of me so I'm still waiting in line by the time I get to the window I'm already finished with my drink which I asked for with lite ice, instead it's filled 3/4 ice so I had to ask them to with lite ice once the truck in front of me finally left at 7:14. I get home at 7:18 the food is literally cold as hell damn Chick-fil-A sandwich is all soggy, French fries all cold and soggy.. If you have 30 minutes to waste go ahead and choose this location. I'm definitely never going back. The drive thru only service is ridiculous this is the only location I know that does that and it literally takes twice or even 3X the time it does at any other Chick-fil-A. If you live in the area I recommend going to the Chick-fil-A in the rim, I've never had a bad experience at any location but this location has gone to trash since they reopened. read more

I ordered a side salad with no cheese. I had my friend get the order for me and deliver it to my work, bc I'm working and cannot leave. When the order arrived the side salad had no tomato, and no spring mix. Mind you I only wanted no cheese. It's close to perfect service here. They have never messed up my order in the three years I've lived in San Antonio. Im pleased they have gluten free buns and waffle fries here. And when you ask nicely to get your correct, they act as if you have insulted them. Workers in the AM are phenomenal but once it passes 11am they shift from the chick-fil-a customer service to McDonalds Service. We waited in line for 20 minutes while the order taker was intrigued by the motorcycle that a patron had. As he proceeded to ask more questions about his bike the line continued to grow. He looked at us and continued his conversation. Later once we finally got to the window, it appeared to be nothing but chaos and playing inside by all the workers, including the "managers". We were told we had to wait for our shakes, so we waited an additional 5 minutes. When I asked the employee, Lailah, for the managers name she said there was a girl and a guy and she didn't know their names. Who doesn't know their managers name??? This was by far the worst experience I've had in a while at restaurant. It was very disappointing that they actually gave my husband and I this type of sandwiches. The bread literally fell apart, we couldn't hold the sandwich without the bread falling. The condiments were almost out of the sandwich I had to rearrange the whole thing but couldn't eat the bread. I recently visited this Chick-fil-A to use a free sandwich coupon I had. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to use the coupon since it had a specific store listed on it, but the server assured me it would work and it did! Overall I was in and out in under 10 minutes so I could head to class that night. Overall service was great, just like every Chick-fil-A I have visited before. The restaurant interior did seem a little on the smaller end, but it could have been the large dinner crowd. Only negative of the experience is the drive through and mobile ordering line were quite busy, making entering off De Zavala hectic. Will visit again! read more

If I were at any other CFA location, my order would have been perfect. At this location, my order is constantly wrong. Each time, at least one item is missing or the wrong size. Tonight was the worst! One meal was missing a salad; one was missing a fruit cup; and, our request for a toddler book was ignored. The greatest tragedy? They provided us ZERO packets of the CFA sauce. I called the location and spoke to a manager who found the order in the logs and discovered the order wasn't entered correctly. I was already home, but they were more than willing to refund my order. For remedying the situation, I give you two stars. This Chick f la has been closed for a few months and just opened back up. I was hoping with the remodel their service would improve. I always ask for extra pickles on my sandwich but they never do it. It even says extra pickles on the print out but I got 3 pickles. The employees have an attitude too. WORST CHICKFILA SERVICE EVER If I could give it a zero I would, but I I can't, so I give it a 1. We get in line and the workers are sitting on the curb talking to the car in front of us for 10 minutes. We had to reverse and try to go into the lane next to us. And to make it even worse the manager came out and sat and talked w the person in the car who was very obviously one of their friends. Another worker had to walk over to the car and take our order because the manager and other worker were still talking with their friends in the car parked in front of us in the ordering lane. Okay so I had to write a review about THIS specific location because I refuse to go to any other location. This location is the BEST of all Chick Fil A locations out there. They were under construction for a few months and I hadn't had any chick fil a since they temporarily paused their service here. They reopened recently and I took a trip over there to get my favorite usual. I like to get the Cobb salad with chicken strips, no tomatoes, with extra egg and extra cheese. My boyfriend likes to get the 12 piece nugget meal with a lemonade. 1. THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION IVE COME ACROSS THAT WILL DO THE FRIES WELL DONE. Trust me, you want them well done. 2. I ALWAYS GET MY MEAL EXACTLY AS I ORDER IT, every single time. The exact number of sauces and everything. 3. They are SUPER quick and efficient with the service. Like all the chick fil a memes about them being super quick has to be about this location bc all the other locations I've visited are extremely slow.
