My wife and I joined our grandson at this restaurant (store 476) the attendant (Jolett) was very helpful pleasant and attentive actually seemed like she like doing her job always smiling no matter what we asked. She had an answer for. she's a very good worker.impressed both my wife and myself something we don't see that much of anymore. The world needs more like her. read more

Only issue was the portion of food.....did you switch from chicken to cornish hen? Four piece chicken looked like they cut regular portion in half......which makes it a not so great of a deal......very disappointed read more

If I could give this review 0 stars I absolutely would. Coming to canes you'd think you would receive a warm and welcoming environment, however that was not the case this time for me. Throughout my dine in experience, the manager Omar Lopez visibly treated employees with insane levels of disrespect that I had never seen before. This type of treatment is unacceptable from someone who is supposed to aim for the best possible work environment for their employees. Treat your employees better canes this was crazy!!!! read more

Very good chicken strip, fries and drinks. I like the Cane's sauce but not overly crazy about it. The service and employees are very good. Stopped here for lunch after church. read more

Grabbed a late evening snack a Raising Cane's Bandera Point. We walked right in to the register and placed on order. The cashier Clay was friendly and took care of us without hesitation. They gave us a military discount which was nice. The food came out in less than 5 mins. The food was hot and fresh!! We got the fries and chicken extra crispy and it was prepared to perfection. It was delicious! Good job Raising Cane's. Another positive experience and good value. read more

I love it when someone goes the extra mile to do something outstanding! We order a sweet tea and unsweet tea. How many of you have to taste the tea hoping you got the right one? Haahaa! Well Canes made it simple and labeled it for us! Thank you Cane's!!! read more

Awesome every time. Hot and fresh. The restaurant is clean and the employees are very nice.

They slightly messed up my order tonight. I ordered a box combo but one of the tenders was missing. I called them up and they are replacing the whole meal the next time I come in. Excellent service that exceeded expectations! Great store! read more

Ordered the sandwich combo and got the three finger combo. Didn't realize until I got home and opened the box since they come in the same size box. Paid the price for a sandwich combo but got something worth less in price. Not going back to this location and not to wait in line again for a order. Also there's a hair in my fries wow. read more

2 stars for the service, sauce & lemonade. My problem with Cane's is the high prices & small portions. Tenders are some of the smallest in the chicken industry. Small portion of fries & $1.50 for an extra slice of bread that probably cost $.09 or less? Come on man!! If you are a millionaire or have deep pockets, give this place a try. Just double your order so you have an adequate portion. read more

Food is always a great, can't lie. i'm more so worried about the treatment of the employees. There is a lady, brunette, average height and white who seemed i assume is higher up. Every time i go into the facility, if she's there. I can almost always see her walking around complaining to the others about the things they do and are doing. I want to assume they are doing something wrong but I highly doubt the majority of them do not know what they are doing. She also seems to stand around after she gets after them as well. In my opinion, if she wants it done right, she should chip in to help or just not work there at all. She knows she works in customer service/ fast food and she still chooses to have a bad attitude. I've talked to my friends about this and not only do we go in together often, but even when we are not together, they notice the same exact thing from the same individual. read more

came inside to order to go lovely service at the counter cashier was super friendly, got my food really fast(less than 2 minutes), went home and everything was raw. both fries and chicken. taking shortcuts when working with a protein that can cause serious illness when not cooked right is down right irresponsible, manager seemed annoyed he had to remake our food when it was clearly raw, when order was remade still missed extra items and had to go back a 3rd time 0/10. was completely respectful the whole time and it was not reciprocated. whole staff needs a refresh on food safety. on the way out overheard another call regarding the same issue (proof in photo) . read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - A way overpriced meal - Fast Food Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Chicken done right in the form of tender strips or chicken fingers as they are called. The sauce is good but I prefer them without. Their tea and lemonade are so fresh and tasty and employees are super friendly. This location has outdoor seating so in this weather it's awesome. Affordable but recent price increases were a little steep. read more

The takeout-only ordinance has forced snobby, self-respecting gourmands to try places they would never have considered otherwise. In days of yore, I might have treated myself to a multi-course dégustation at a "$$$$" "New American" eatery with a monosyllabic name, but world-class cuisine, by and large, does not lend itself to takeout in these troubled times. Foie gras cools and solidifies, pheasant becomes rubbery, and Maine lobster rolls turn to mush. The draconian social distancing policy has forced this American Psycho to order takeout (yuck!) from a variety of fast- and fast-casual (double yuck!) restaurants in close proximity to his home. Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is one such place, a chain whose popularity among fried chicken fetishists has skyrocketed in recent years. Prior to the COVID-19 stay-at-home ordinance, I would have never tried something so pedestrian, but these are desperate times. I run the risk of losing my culinary cachet by admitting the following, but here goes: I (mostly) enjoyed the contents of my "Caniac Combo," the punny, alliterative name for my chicken finger meal deal. The aforementioned Caniac Combo (the largest of several combos) comes with six chicken fingers, fries, a slice of Texas toast, two small portions of "Cane's Sauce," and a 32-ounce drink. To my surprise, the chicken fingers survived the five-minute drive home, retaining their heat and crispiness. The latter characteristic is important, for the "music of mastication" is an intrinsic component of the fried chicken triad (the other two components being olfactory and gustatory stimulation). In other words, the fingers smelled and sounded as good as they tasted. The chicken tenderloins were undoubtedly fried to order, as evidenced by the crispy exterior and juicy interior. The sides, alas, were a bit of a mixed bag (or mixed Styrofoam container, in this case). The coleslaw (creamy with a slightly tart aftertaste) arrived unpleasantly warm, an indignity incurred by sharing real estate with the hot items. Cane's drive-thru board touted its "fried-to-order" crinkle-cut fries, but mine were mostly pale and flaccid. The Texas toast was soft as advertised but needed a few extra minutes on the flattop to caramelize the buttery exterior. The pink-hued Cane's Sauce, a tangy emulsion tasting of ranch dressing spiked with barbecue seasoning, complemented the chicken and helped resuscitate the otherwise ho-hum fries and toast. Would I recommend Raising Cane's? The answer depends on which Ryan M. you ask: the stuffy pre-COVID-19-era Ryan M. or the semi-quarantined Pac-Man pajama-wearing Ryan M. The former would chastise you for implying that he would ever patronize such a place. The latter, however, would resort to monosyllabism (the vernacular of the commoners) and reply, "Hell to the yeah!" How can two Ryan M.'s coexist, you ask? Does this author suffer from dissociative identity disorder? Maybe, but so does John Lithgow's character in "Raising Cain," the horror/psychological thriller that I will forever associate with Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. Why can't more fast-food restaurants take their names from lesser-known Brian DePalma movies? How about a chicken finger joint inspired by Michael Caine's character in "The Hand." I can see it now: "Raising Michael Caine's Chicken Fingers." read more

The food here at Caines is consistently delicious. Always fresh and hot. On this visit we decided to go into the dining room. The dining area was clean and condiments stocked. On this visit unfortunately the store was on a limited menu due to a local supply chain disruption according to the sign posted on the door so we knew before we entered. Despite the supply shortage they offered 3 and 4 piece chicken combos. The crew member behind the counter welcomed us with a smile and vibrant attitude. Despite the shortage he offered us what he could and suggested an employee favorite. His name was Westin and offered us the Canes Club Card I think it was called. I wasn't aware this existed so that was a nice surprise. He introduced us to his manager who was also very kind. Although they were out of ketchup cups he went and found us some packets in the drive through and brought them to us despite us saying not to worry about it. He suggested we try the "green- St. Patrick's" lemonade that was delicious. Thank you Westin for a great experience. We will definitely return and be sure to come enjoy the beautiful dining room complete with disco balls and great music . Great atmosphere, great food, and exceptional service by Westin. read more

Dianna was an amazing and friendly young register-attendant ! The awesome disco ball made my visit worth it! So why 4 stars well I asked

They just opened so everything was shiny and new. Everyone was standing and greeting you as you walked into the restaurant. I'm sure that was only because it was the first day but the cashier seemed very friendly and our food came out very fast. I love love their coleslaw, my only complaint is that they should offer it with all meals and not put it with the hot food. I like my coleslaw to be cold and fresh. They always have delicious, juicy, fresh chicken strips. The fries are ehh, most of the time soggy and bland but the chicken and bread it comes with makes up for it. read more

Everyone here is always so friendly when I come by! I recently had to cut out wheat and totally thought I could never have raising canes again but I read they make naked tenders! They take their tenders and deep fry them so they're still crispy when you get them and they're so yummy! Just dunk them in that canes sauce and you're totally good to go. I got the 3 finger combo sub naked tenders and sub Texas toast for extra fries and I definitely got my fill. Fast service, yummy food and friendly and accommodating workers, thanks! read more

Hello! I'm Marina Rodriguez. I work at Yogurtzone, and I often get Canes since I LOVE their strips and it's really close to my work on Bandera Rd! I recently ordered through drive threw (only option right now, for safety matters).. anyways I ordered my food and went to the pickup/pay window. The lady's name Savannah (I made sure I didn't forget!!), she was super sweet to me! I was asking to put $5 in cash, and the rest on card. She said she feels horrible and messed up...no worries at all! Then proceeded to tell me my meal was only $5! I was so grateful. A $8 meal to $5. And an apology for seriously... nothing at all! She was so caring and so nice. Definitely enjoying the customer service and best food! Thank you Canes! read more

I go here about once a week. The only disappointment I've had is an occasional serving of less than fresh French fries and a forgotten customization like extra canes sauce. i really love canes however the last couple visits have been unfavorable, the service i have received has been making me very discouraged from the way i am talked to- i'm very well mannered and i understand that people may be going through it so i always dismiss it and give it the benefit of the doubt. however i do pay my money to only receive my order with missing items that i am paying extra for or that i should be getting in general for example me missing 4 chicken strips from my box combo or not receiving any sauce at all. i feel as if there is little to no warmth varying from the different day parts. i know i can prevent this from happening by stopping after i get my order to double check my order before i go home, i just really trust y'all and i'm just sad because it used to not be like this... but man that chicken is so fkn good... read more

The cashier at this location wears her mask below her chin, not covering her nose and mouth at all. She is right above the car windows and cleared her throat and talked directly into our open window when returning our credit card. Even our child said "that was gross" as we moved forward to get our food. Avoid this location and get chicken down Bandera one half mile at KFC or Slim Chickens or across the street at Chic Filet across the street.
