Ordered an avocado bacon burger and bacon burger with their cheese fries which i thought would be similar to animal style or even voodoo fries but was heavily disappointed with their soapy tasting melted cheese and sad fries with a small wooden stick, wouldn't even call it a full utensil which would only slice the fries in half. But even after everything the patty for the burger was so flavorful i couldn't even be upset. I just hope in the future they match their prices with the quantity and get a better cheese.

The staff were so friendly, menu was so easily to navigate. We ordered 4 classics, one with bacon and one spicy. The burger itself, no frills. Lettuce, tomato, sauce, and cheese. Pickles and onions no extra charge. The food is fresh, you could tell it's not a frozen patty. The hun was soft and warm, so good. I kind of wish they had packets of mustard and mayo available near the soda machine. I ordered each to go with my burger and received neither. Not a deal breaker bc honestly, the burger was killer. My husband ordered the spicy burger. Most spicy burgers, it has a mild kick, nothing spectacular. This burger...oooooweeee! I took thee smallest bite possible and the heat! It wasn't just spice though, it was very flavorful. My husband is one who can handle spice and even he had trouble but jeez it was good. If I had to complain, it would be about the size of their fries. Almost $4 for seasoned fries and it's a smaller portion. I was hoping based on price I could split with my family of 5 but nope. Mind you, they were delicious. Overall, I would definitely go back when we're in town.

The pasta, on the other hand, was delicious, although I felt it could've used a little more depth of flavor--maybe an extra touch of garlic or seasoning to really bring everything together. Overall, I had a really good experience, enjoyed my time there, and would definitely give the drinks their own shoutout because they were AMAZING! Yeah, sautéed veggies are hard to get wrong, but these were good as well, with just the right amount of seasoning. My daughter was served an EXTREMELY RAW hamburger in her kids meal tonight. And when I say raw, I…read moredo not mean "a little pink" or "undercooked." Look at the photos. The center of this hamburger was cold, pink, raw ground beef. Even worse, my daughter actually TOOK A BITE OF IT before I realized what she had been served. I immediately made her spit it out. I am beyond furious. This was a CHILD'S MEAL. There is absolutely no excuse for a hamburger intended for a child to leave a restaurant kitchen in this condition. This isn't a complaint about how we prefer our burgers cooked. Ground beef carries a very different food-safety risk when it is undercooked, and this burger was nowhere remotely close to being properly cooked through. The fact that the center was actually cold makes this even more unbelievable. Someone prepared this. Someone put it on a bun. Someone served it to a child. At no point was this caught. I have photographs documenting exactly what she was served, and I am absolutely livid that my daughter was put at risk because of such a serious and completely preventable food-safety failure. If she gets sick, you're going to be hearing a lot more from me.

I recently started adding grilled onions to my hamburger orders, and it definitely added a lot of flavor to the mighty fine version. The burger was cooked to perfection - medium rare, which is so hard to find places that will cook your burger that way these days. I think it has to do with the quality of meat rather than the Cook's competence, regardless, mighty fine was able to deliver it this trip. I also added a side order of onion rings. Culver's is smaller burger chain around Austin, we hit them up last Saturday around 6-7pm on 30May2026 (just in case management is trying to isolate the issue) It was busy but not crazy and we thought... oh yea... they are cranking out orders!!! This is a people review not a food review... it was just lame people stuff Running the drive thru was a 30 yo lady who looked like a 45 yo Daniel Cormier... 20 Minutes later (4 cars in front us) we get the food.. good enough! NOW... We want management to see what we see... Daniella (don't know her name, buzz cut hairdo) can't seem to figure out how to focus on taken orders and taking payment... we couldn't hear her because she had the mic too far away...instead focusing on work, she look like the star at a comedy show making everyone laugh... giggling and chatting with her coworkers standing next to her while asking us to repeat the same order 3 different times... It was as if Daniella was challenging the world to say something... she oozed the confidence only true irreverence and contempt for accountability can yield!!! She tried to portray a crash out vibe... lame! Her attitude and personality are a cancer to success... she's an individual who wants to run a team, but doesn't know what she wants to do in life... she doesn't want to be good at drive thru work, I know that... she is infecting your workforce and leading the charge to being the reason why people will continue to complain about your location until she is called out and retrained with a purpose or dismissed... Clearly Daniella is special and her thoughts and feelings are more important than the task at hand... So she shows up and entertains herself by making life difficult for paying customers while she's getting paid... I wish I knew her real name, she was truly a pill of a person... I'm sure you know exactly who I'm talking about... just because those types tend to get weird attention as she remains simply an observer of her own life... a passenger who watches the autonomous nature of her attitude play out through her self justified poor behavior.... Yea sad, she'd rather be rude and non compliant than have a positive impact in the moment for the benefit of being good at your job... Oh... AND we got food sick after... that's why the review!! Is it possible Daniella is the manager, so maybe this is just normal... I noticed similar reviews as mine...
