Went through the drive thru and a girl asked me to take my order well my son was ordering so he wanted to look at the menu I asked her to give us a sec she was nice about that and said just let her know. So let her know when we were ready 30 seconds later and I was rushed to the point I wasn't done ordering when she gave a price and clicked off. So I said hello and a guy came back on. So you know you were being rude that's why you gave the mic to another person. The customer service from this place was terrible enough for me to never go back again. However, I pulled out allowed my son to go in and order while I didn't go in to avoid conflict. When he got back in the car he said his food was good so to each is own! They get a one star for the customer service from me. Second star because my son said it was good. read more

My first time ever eating at a whataburger was pretty nice. The food was better than I expected. The burger itself was bigger than I thought it would be and the fries were fresh. The restaurant was clean and the food came out quick. Overall I enjoyed my meal at this restaurant read more

Just wanted to say how much I like this Whataburger. It's nice inside the food is always very good. When I had received the wrong order the other day they were great about taking care of it. read more

Never. Again. (at this location) Friday night was rough. On the way back from the bar I blew out a tire and changed it on the side of the road at 2 AM. By the time I got that taken care of and got everyone home it was nearly 3. I was spent and needed a little sustenance. Taco Bell is almost closed, so where else to go?? I channeled the old college student within and went to Whataburger. Whatamistake. Come to think of it I've had a couple sketchy experiences at this location (i.e., undercooked meat etc), but alcohol and/or exhaustion must have clouded my judgement. Being the ONLY customer in the drive thru, getting a single burger should not have taken this long. I would say it may have taken longer since they were adding a slice of cheese they so graciously charged and additional .45 cents for, but wait, they neglected to put it on at all. After taking one bite it all became clear. It took so long because they must have been shaking a salt shaker above it for at least 5 minutes. Gross. Never. Again. read more

They take forever, always screw something up and somehow they always seem to have employees scurrying around acting busy. If you happen to get someone who speaks English in the drive thru, they might as well not speak English anyway because they still screw up your order and don't listen. read more

Stopped by for quick breakfast on my way to another destination, ordered biscuits and gravy with eggs at drive through. Left and went to my destination a lit ways away, no gravy, one cold biscuit, the eggs looked like half an eggs worth, no fork, napkins, nothing, had to toss, waste of $8.00, never again. read more

I love Whataburger but this is the slowest I've ever seen. 20 minutes in a drive thru is ridiculous. It's a short drive too so that's for 4 cars to be served. Will never visit this location again. read more

First time they have made a mistake on order. But the correct Hamburgs were yummy Can't beats whataburger!!! Place was clean and staff very helpful. read more

Whataburger - Burgers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

My friend and I were just on our way back home and starving so we decided to stop here. Not only did it take us 20 minutes to get our food, it was super super salty, tasted bad, and also they almost forgot my friends French fries. The only thing I liked was their shake read more

I went to Wataburger for a quick drive thru burger. I waited for someone to ask to take my order, even honked my horn, but nothing. I saw a guy taking out the trash if the thing was broken but he didn't know because he was just taking out the trash. I went ahead and moved forward and had to tell them at the window what I wanted. As I sat there waiting I counted 10 employees. 5 of them were upfront holding hands and dancing. The manager didn't say anything when he walked up there. What's up with customer service?? read more

They forgot half our order. Upon arriving home I called and informed them of this and requested a refund for their mistake. The manager said I need to come back in store. We live 15 minutes away and this is your mistake - so as promised here is the negative review you said you didn't care about on the phone! read more

This place was straight ass I can make a better burger with a disability and be blind only thing was the fries like how you goin be a burger place n not have good burgers L. read more

The wait was painful. I suggest no one ever subject themselves to the DriveThrough. at the Bell Road Whataburger in Phoenix. Absolutely the worst experience of my fast food life. I was trapped in the line unable to escape as the Whataburger took 30 minutes to fill the order of a car in front of me in line. The staff was not apologetic. Boycott this Whataburger. read more

2nd time in a row we ordered our food and the only thing they get right is the drink. Drive home and expect the right meals with large fries and get all wrong burgers with medium fries. read more

Whataburger with cheese and an order of onion rings is the most comforting of comfort food meals I can get at any restaurant. Been eating Whataburgers since I was a kid going with my dad, who ate them for decades before me. Yup - guess you could say I'm a second generation Phoenix Whataburger-er. It's the only fast food I crave. Their fries are awfully good too. I think they still use real fat. And where else can you get a diet Dr. Pepper to go with your 2 Million calorie meal? All the Whataburger restaurants are good, but this one is my central go to location. They always get my drive-through order right and are friendly. read more

I've been to this location several times and usually the food is good and service is decent. Last night I went with my wife and the drive thru took forever, like the 2 people in front of me must have ordered everything on the menu slow. Once we finally got to the window and got our food, we realized after we left that the 2 ranches and 1 honey barbecue sauce we ordered was not in the bag at all, no sauces given outside of ketchup. How can you eat chicken without that delicious ranch? Very disappointed that it took all that time and they still couldn't get it right. The lady prolly saved it for herself... read more

I'm so glad to say this location is one of the BEST Whataburger locations I've ever been to! (& the first! , not last)The staff is so sweet and kind which makes the great customer service even nicer ! Came with my family from out of state Washington and decided to see what whataburger is all about. The Avocado Bacon Burger is definitely the best burger they have ! very tasty and the fries came in a good tasty amount. Would definitely love one of these in Washington !!!!! Keep up the great work staff ! read more

Horrible. Walked in at 7pm on a Sunday. Not one customer. Woman stood three feet from me made new eye contact or greeted me. After a few minutes some guy yelled "be with you in a meeting minute" over his shoulder. What's the hold up???? Nobody there. After 5 minutes I left. Will never go back. read more

This is probably one of the worst visits to Whataburger I have ever had! I witnessed around 3 men dirty and looked like they were on drugs. my boyfriend had to use r.r for like 20 min before one man came out. Then another went in. The whole time the majority of employees were just standing around talking about drugs and alcohol! This store sucks and should be more respectful of it's customers!thanks read more

Whataburger - In the bathroom btw - Burgers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

arrived at this location Cameron he was awesome fun guy got my order out in a great time just an all-around fun guy because of him I'll come back to this one so when you come back ask for Cameron read more

Love this location they are very friendly and the biscuits are great!! The service is always quick

I've never been to a Whataburger. I'm from Florida on vacation here in Phoenix and this was next to our Airbnb. It was okay. They got our order right. The fries were a little cold but cooked (I saw some reviews said they received frozen uncooked fries- luckily that wasn't the case for us). Kinda tasted like McDonald's fries. The burgers are huge!!! Lol. I got a double, the cheese wasn't melted and the burger was cold. Luckily we went straight to our Airbnb and was able to put the burgers in the microwave. I'm giving 3 stars because it was yummy, but cold food isn't good. Luckily we had access to a microwave right away. But if you don't.... you'll probably get cold food too. But honestly, I'm still amazed at how big the burgers are lol. read more

The staff was VERY unprofessional and kinda scary. I was almost afraid to order ... I would explain further but I don't want the staff to remember who I am ! This is the worst location I have been ... and the order was wrong read more

Waited almost 20 minutes for a BBQ chicken strip sandwich and they couldn't even make it correctly. Ended up with a plain chicken strip sandwich, not a drop of BBQ sauce on it. How hard is it to make this simple sandwich?!? read more

This shit was nasty. My burger was squished im pretty sure someone sat on it before they gave it to me. It was hyped up and it was horrendous. My Dr Pepper was warm and flat. read more

Good food topped with great service! They treat you like they would in a regular restaurant. First time ever at one of these and I'll be back! read more

Picked up my Whataburger meal #1 w/cheese and when I got home I found the fries as the only edible food in the bag. The drink was overfilled and had no ice. The burger was ice cold, the cheese hadn't melted, the buns were cold and hard, and the meat looked 2 days old, was overcooked and half (yes half) the meat was missing. I called to discuss and couldn't tell the idiot on the phone how much, exactly, I paid because the receipt only had what I ordered and not the amount. This place owes me around $10. Glad I didn't eat the burger, probably get sick (no lie)! read more

Ugh I should have learned by now that this location is gross and they always screw something up. They charge you for sauce and then don't put it in your bag. You can "customize" your burger but it wont matter, they'll screw it up. Today I payed for sauces and only got 1 and it was opened and dumped all over my food. Save yourself the time and money and dig through your trash to find food, trust me it'll be a better experience. read more

This is the only location we ever go to anymore because they offer the best service! Always friendly and kind, have never messed up our breakfast order, and always seek to be in a great mood :) we've never had a bad experience here, the food is always freshly cooked, and we always leave full and happy! read more

Don't even think of coming to this location not only does this place have quite possibly the worst customer service in the world but it's being run by teenagers who feel entitled to argue scream and yell at you regardless of who you are. Telling you that I'm the one that got my order wrong that's not even possible ..this location has messed up my order on numerous occasions only to say it's because they're busy and I have to understand. The girl at the drive-thru was wearing a hairnet as a face mask when I asked she said it was okay and authorized by corporate. I am sorry but a hair net is not an N95 protective face mask just waiting for my food nearly everyone in the background was wearing masks but they were pulled down under their chin so what's the point I couldn't trust the food that I had purchased as it was made haphazardly sloppy and disgusting save your money save your sanity save your health stay away from this location unless food borne illness is something you enjoy. read more

I have been to this location 3 times in about two months and literally every time they somehow forget one piece of my order, twice it was the bacon on my order and this time it was the cheese. You guys either need a new intercom system or to hire people that know how to listen. Won't be here again... at least this shopping center had a bad ass Dutch Bros going for it. read more

We were looking for the competitor and ran into an old friend bu accident. Yay for wahtaburger!

I have eaten here several times. The burgers are always good. I went there last night around 9 PM. I order a double meat hamburger. I must say it was one of the best I have eaten in a while. The service was above and beyond what one would expect from a fast food restaurant. The workers were very friendly and offered to refill our drinks. read more

Old school seating is well preserved at this location, and the breakfasts are still among the best for fast food - pancakes made fresh on the griddle and not microwaved like other places. Staff is friendly too. read more

This is the worst whataburger experience I have ever had, four of us had lunch here and we all agreed that the bread was stale and the meat was cooked hours before we arrived (dry and tasteless beef), the only reason you're getting two stars instead of one is because the lettuce, pickle, onion and tomato were fresh. French fries were good. read more

Had to wait in the line over 30 minutes server is rude and disrespectful I don't understand why I waited over 30 minutes/ one month later and their doing the same thing food wasn't fresh had to wait 20 minuets this time, I'm just gonna stop going to this one and getting my hopes up!! read more

They had very good chicken bites definitely recommend but it was supposed to be the meal and there was no fries and the lady at the window was a bit rude and abrupt. read more

After having a very good experience there the other day I decided to give them a try for a quick breakfast. They serve breakfast from 11pm-11am! WIN right there! It was barely 6am and again, friendly service! I don't even remember the last time I ate fast food for breakfast. I had a Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage Biscuit and a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. A bit of a wait which was fine because it was made to order for me. Came out hot and was pretty damn good! Hash Browns were a bit boring and simple, but still cooked well. I can sum this up pretty easy now. THIS is what fast food was like everywhere 40-50yrs ago before Corporate America took over trying to pinch pennies and sacrificing quality. Probably not going to be going back for awhile because I generally don't eat like this, but great to know there is a pretty good 24HR option if I am hungry! Give this place a try next time you're considering one of those BIG fast food joints for nasty breakfast! You won't be let down! read more

Always a great burger and fries. Friendly service. And they aren't afraid to have the American Flag with In God We Trust on the windows

This is one of the friendliest stores Whataburger has. It's not in the best neighborhood but the employees are outstanding. Best onion rings. Staff super friendly. read more
