My wife and I ate here on 2/9/2026 during one of our day of errands in Phoenix. I really miss when we had our only Rally's in Tucson. Our food was made fresh and accurately. The hot items were hot and the cold items were cold. Nothing like them seasoned fries . We came during lunch rush via the drive through & then ate in our vehicle. We enjoyed the flavors of the burgers and fries. I should've ordered them apple pies to finish off our meals, maybe next time. We recommend this Rally's hamburgers to all who know and especially those that don't know about them. read more

As an individual with experience in food safety and sanitation practices, I found several aspects of my visit concerning. Beyond the disappointing customer service experience with GG, whose response to legitimate concerns was dismissive and unprofessional, I was troubled by what appeared to be a lack of attention to basic quality-control standards. The food served raised concerns that, in my opinion, warranted closer review by management. Proper food handling, temperature control, product rotation, and overall quality assurance are fundamental responsibilities in any food-service operation. Based on what I observed, those standards did not appear to be consistently upheld. Food safety is not simply a matter of customer satisfaction--it is a public health responsibility. When guests raise concerns regarding product quality or potential safety issues, management should respond with professionalism and urgency. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Being in the mood for hotdogs, I decided to try this place out. Have seen it various times on my drive. I went to check it out, and ordered the hotdogs. The place looks clean, staff friendly. I did get my hot dogs 12 minutes after I ordered them. I tasted them after I got home. The dogs were not great. The topping sauce was sweet n awfull. I was Surprised as most chili dogs are not bad. I actually got a real bad upset stomach. Maybe it was me however I wouldn't get anymore chili dogs there. In all fairness maybe it was A bad batch of chili. Who designs a building that your customers have to wait in direct sunlight in Phoenix to order and wait for their food. They should at least put up some sort of covering, 110 degrees outside in the shade, but this was not in the shade. Because of this i always order online so i can just pick up my food. I ordered for a 5:30 pickup, showed up right at 5:30 was told it was not ready, at 5:41 i knocked on the window and asked about my order, the lady looked around and found it on the bottom shelf. when i got home everything was cold. my guess is that it was ready at 5:30 and she just didn't bother to look for it. Female in the drive thru had a bad attitude. When I asked her to repeat my order she gave attitude and it was wrong. I simply ordered a "daily" cheeseburger and a small fry. When I went to the window she slammed it after giving me my order and I sat there checking it. Fries taste like shit. Well, let me preempt this with the fact that I rarely give negative reviews as I believe everyone deserves a chance. Well, the new Rally's burgers on Bell completely missed the mark of quality food, etiquette, and good customer service. My wife has been working 13-14 hour days so I thought it would be nice if I treated her to a meal she didn't have to cook, so I chose the new Rally's. With out going into to much detail, I'll make it simple. The only burger they got right was my baconator. But, even it was cold. The "large" fries were, cute. Keep in mind this was at the drive through. I could not dispute the order as their lobby is closed for some reason. The person at the window was rude and condescending and wasn't the least bit interested in delivering good service. I called the store to talk to a manager, hoping to rectify the order, but he was of little help too. Next time you're thinking on trying this establishment, keep driving. I went to the 617 W Bell Rd location and got the best service! Unlike other fast food places, Rally's had friendly staff who genuinely cared about my order. I also of course got a small fries because why???? Weeeeeeeeeellll because Rally's fries are THE BEST FRIES EVERRRRRR!! Then I tried their funnel cake fries for dessert and OH WOWWWWWW!!!! Literally the finger version of what we all crave when we go to the fair!!! Only thing that could make these better is if they added a fruit or chocolate dipping sauce!!! Am I really leaving a review for a hot dog and small cheeseburger. Yes, I am! I love a cheap meal and Rally's delivered.

Customer Service was absolutely horrible. I am a Dasher and I dash for this location often they are rude. They do not offer compensation if there is an error. I do believe that you should be courteous to your fellow employees and as a Dasher I feel like we are a fellow employees, I would not recommend this location let alone just Customer Service. Had high hopes for this new place based on how others described it and the pics shown of their food. First off you couldn't order the chicken wings if not done online. Ok??? It's a burger joint and they don't have onion rings. Ok??? For the cost the food portions were a total miss. Spicy Chicken Burger was like a kids meal size sandwich. The chicken fingers were thin and small, looked nothing like the pictures shown of the options. The loaded garlic Parmesan fries as a sloppy gooey mess, no crisp fries underneath. Barely edible. Unfortunately, none of the meal was very good. Left us totally disappointed and ripped off. Would not go back. Plenty of other fast food type establishments (I.e. Not impressed at all. Food prices are very high, 3 combos and a large box of fries was $50! We waited over 20 minutes to get the food and sadly it wasn't good. The fries are over-seasoned, the wings are tiny and the burgers were soggy. They gave us 2 free "brookies" for the wait we experienced, and those tasted ok but they were squishy and oily so we couldn't even finish one. read more

A couple of times the burgers were dry, terrible and ain't worth it as a single, but maybe the double would have more juice. The chili dogs are better, taste like sloppy joe's. In the 90's when it was originally owned, it tasted better. Surprised they have sorta made a comeback. read more

Ive been here twice but not again. First it is all drive through or walk up even though this used to be a fast casual Italian restaurant with dining room. Ty Here isn't any now and apparently all kitchen. So I had to drive home to eat. Both times I ordered a #1 double with no mayo. And guess what they don't know what no mayo means. Both times it had mayo on it. I don't live close enough to go back to complain and then home again. And the fries were pretty good. Not a lot of salt. But the burger was last added with salt. I love salt. I consider salt a friend group. Do if I think something is too salty they will kill someone with high blood pressure. They should have a sign of you can't eat salt go to Burger King or McDonald's don't come here. At least they didn't mess up the coke. I probably won't be going back anytime soon. At least until they can prove they know how to read tickets. read more

Really could have been better without much effort. I got the #1 Bubba Burger combo, dbl meat. The burger starts on the wrong foot with a rock hard bun,. that rates just under cardboard. burger assembly was sloppy condiments all mushed up too little lettuce and tomato and onion, too much spread, unwrapping the burger, it looked like someone had stepped on it .. just awful. Now the fries are fantastic! and the menu looks diverse with some cool treats (ice cream McDonalds !) I will try another time, based on menu strength but the burger has gone out to lunch read more

Food is decent although they did get my order wrong. I ordered a bbq bacon crispy mother clucker but my sandwich only has lettuce and chicken on it. I also asked for sauce outlooks times (and even paid for some) but wasn't given any sauces. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The women who was taking orders through the drive-thru was plain mean. The man in front of me (an older man, probably between 70-80 years old) was ordering as the women kept rudely telling him to speak up and use his voice. She proceeded to have a bad tone with me which I chose to ignore. She kept saying she couldn't hear me (it got to the point where I had to quite literally yell my order and even then she still couldn't get it) so she proceeded to have someone else take my order and then he kept repeating the wrong things back to me, only to have another person take my order and this person also kept repeating the wrong thing back to me but eventually they got it all. They then passed it back over to the 1st women I was speaking to so that she could repeat the order back to me, when repeating it she included everything form drinks to sauces and she forgot one of the sauces so I reminded her, only for her to turn around with a mocking attitude. After about 10-15 minutes they finally got my order right. When i pulled up to the window the women Forgot one of my drinks so I reminded her that there should be 1 more only for her to get mad and proceed to give me attitude. I then was going to ask for my receipt but she shut the window on me and when she opened it again said with a very mean tone "what was that were you saying something behind your back". All in all the experience was terrible. I have never experience such terrible customer service. read more
