Me along with many people waited in line patiently for food. I get my order and promptly drive home to enjoy it. I ordered a #2 meal with no tomato or pickle and double cheese. I get home and I received a #1. A single pattie. Everything else was right, I'll give them that. But you're telling me you can not read a order slip and see a clearly mentioned double on it. Me and my homie just rode through here and ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches. Got the wrong meal but it was gas af no complaints.

Food was good, but drive-thru line was long. Went in to pick up a pre-packaged salad. They wouldn't hand it to me until the orders on the grill for the drive-thru were completed in the queue. Stopped by on our way out of Jacksonville at the insistence of one of my Texan friends. I didn't expect much more than a divey fast food restaurant. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was really good for a fast food restaurant-- similar to what you get a Chick-fil-a if that's any help. The workers were very friendly and came around asking if we needed refills on any of our drinks. Furthermore, when they brought out our food, they came with condiment and napkins trays for us. In terms of food, it was very average fast food like I expected. The food and price is nothing to go out of the way for. However, the wider-than-usual sauce selection was a nice touch. Treated our family to Whataburger for a late lunch this past weekend. Which went through the drive-through so we could take it to a local playground to watch the blue Angels performance. Service was quick and food was hot and extra tasty. We did have a reward for a free medium fry which was forgotten with our order so we had to park and run inside to get it. The counter attendant nicely apologized and gave us 2 large fries to make up for it. We will be back again soon! read more

18 minutes in the drive through. 18!! I'm so irritated that I keep giving this place a chance. Order was taken quickly, then I round the corner and see 2 vehicles in front of me. And now I'm trapped. Can't get out bc there's a curb and I was in a sedan, wishing I had bought the Jeep I always wanted. Otherwise, over the curb I would have gone. Waited 13 mins to get to the window, only for the employee to not acknowledge the long wait time, but confirm an order that wasn't mine. Twice. (The same incorrect order.) Gave her my order again and 3X (!) she tried to give me a Coke when the drink was OJ. So she enters the order again, takes my payment using what looked like a Square toggle on someone's cell phone, and says "it'll be ready in a few minutes." And shuts the window. What?! Minutes? As in plural? But I've already been waiting for now, 15 minutes. At 18 mins, she hands me my order (I only ordered a bacon and egg biscuit) without any sort of apology for the long wait. I asked for a receipt (bc I wanted to leave feedback) and she said she couldn't give me one bc it was broken and shuts the window. I work in retail. I can sympathize with how things can be, so I'm out-of-my-way polite. But this? Definitely worst drive through experience. Ever. read more

Coming from South Florida, Whataburger doesn't exist. So when my friends and I began planning a girls trip to Savannah we looked for cool places to eat and decided Whataburger was a must! It seemingly looks like any other fast food restaurant until you realize the customer service is much more personal. Being that we were new to the menu, our cashiers made sure to answer all our questions; they made nice recommendations and even customized some of sandwiches for us! Of course the big seller here is the food. After several recommendations, my friends and I decided on a Bacon & Cheese Whataburger, a Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich- subbing out the BBQ sauce with their classic Whataburger sauce and lastly a Mushroom Swiss Burger. As with any classic burger combo we ordered medium chocolate milkshakes. Everything was very fresh and piping hot. The fries were directly out of the fryer and perfectly crisp. The milkshakes were well spun and the sandwiches were insanely huge! Like seriously, size of an adult human's face-type huge. As a group we agreed the best thing about the Whataburger were the unique sauces placed on our individual burgers. For the Mushroom burger, it was paired with an herb seasoned creamy Au Jus Sauce. So yummy. Our Chicken Strip Sandwich was customized with their classic Whataburger sauce, which taste like a tangy mustard based sauce with hints of sweetness. We all wanted to smother our faces in it. It was just THAT good. An absolute Yass Honey! It has been a few years since we had tried a Whataburger. We were not impressed in the past, but have friends who rave about the place. This one was convenient, so we decided to give it a try. My wife had chicken strips (WHATACHICK'N® STRIPS), why I do not know. They were OK, much like any other fast food burger places chicken fingers. I had a Bacon & Cheese Whataburger combo. I was excited to try Whataburger since we don't have any in Portland and I am in Florida on a business trip. I was the only car in drive-thru and the wait seemed unusually long. I ordered my burger with no tomatoes and they were on my burger, bun quality was not the best. For those who have never been to Whataburger, it tastes very similar to a Sonic Drive-In burger. This is the SLOWEST "fast food" place I've ever been to. Every time I come through the drive thru, it is a minimum of a 20 minute trip from ordering to leaving. They have a "lane B" as if they're chick fil a, but they don't actually have an attendant for this lane. They make you pull up and wait for your food so their internal clock doesn't ding them for taking too long, but then you're left waiting for your food with no indication of how long it will be. They'll bring out the food for the people behind you and then you're stuck blocking them until your food comes out and it makes people mad. This location is poorly managed and the staff aren't super friendly. They get 2 stars though because their chicken is very good, hence why I'm willing to go through the headache every now and again. read more

Definitely better than your average fast food burger. I'm starting to crave one as I write this review actually. I've been through the drive thru of this location a couple of times. On my most recent visit, they were a little slower than normal, but the o-rings were fresh out of the fryer, so I can appreciate the time it took for my order to be given to me. I tried their special burger on Texas toast with avocado & bacon previously, but today's order was just a chicken sandwich. Nothing special, but it hit the spot. It's convenient in that you can drive through & it seems to be at a higher level than McD's and BK, but it's still fast food so I don't find myself driving through that often. read more

This review is for 1st timers and my apologies to those veterans that have more experience at Whataburger than I. As an out-of-town visitor, I was looking for something not available to me back home. I saw a few signs for Whataburger and thought that I needed to give it a try. After all, I tried White Caste when I was in TN. The cashier was friendly and answered my questions about what I needed to try. A quick consult to the Yelp tips and I ended up with a Whataburger with cheese and grilled onions. I took it to go so I could enjoy on one of the nearby beaches, and my food was prepared efficiently and placed in trademark bag. I attempted to buy spicy ketchup but the cashier told me a story about how the location did not get its weekly delivery of supplies so they were out of supplies like napkins and yes, spicy ketchup. No supply truck delivery? Sounds like a Superbad movie sequel. Overall, eating the burger while watching waves crash on the beach made for a pleasant meal. The burger tasted good and I was happy with my choice, especially the grilled onions. It was filling and had I not been so concerned, I would have tried the burger with jalapenos. I believe this place has better burgers than 5 guys, but it's no In-N-Out. That is all. read more

The burgers are tasty with excellent fresh topping choices. The only reason I don't give this place five stars is the fries. The French fries are possibly the worst fries of any major burger chain. Soft and soggy, tasting like straight starch and salt. The cleanliness of the place and freshness of the burger, made up for where the fries were lacking. The Food service was horrible I found a cockroach in my meal and my burger that I ordered was missing and the employee started swearing in the background at another coworker, The Food was horrible when I finally did end up getting it 20 minutes later, and at this point I was getting late to work because I ended up coming to this place, When I did end up killing the cockroach I didn't have time to give them my feedback and had to rush out of there, I truly felt horrible after eating it I had severe stomach trouble and had to sit on the toilet for 27 minutes after wiping and finally getting the pain to go down I give this a 0-10 sorry not sorry the stores Ambiance was horrible it was so dirty looking there were trash cans full of garbage and the floors were filthy I didn't go into the bathroom so I can't judge them on that but I don't think I would want to be in there after seeing the amount of filth. read more
