We had a simple order 2 for $6 sandwich and tenders with 2 small crinkle cut fries and honey mustard on the side. They gave us the order with one fry and bbq sauce. When we went back in the drive-thru they had a unexceptionable attitude and we could hear voices in the background of the speaking saying inappropriate comments and making sounds like "ooooooooo". When we got to the window there was a group looking out the window...we ended up getting curly fries and honey mustard. I'm pleased all ended well but the speaker encounter was utterly unacceptable. read more

Its Arby's! Well first of all I cut coupons and on the particular day I had one and I was going to use it. Some days I just don't feel like cooking and that's where Arby's and other restaurants are a friend in deed and feed to a lady like myself. This was one of the new design restaurants and its presentation was clean, bright and open. The update is a plus, I would stay and eat my meal here instead of takeout. Oh yeah, they even had two flat screen TVs the dining area. I didn't go into the restroom , I live too close and would take a chance and drive home if need be. Well, the customer service was quick and friendly. I ordered two Italian sandwiches, two small fries and two small drinks. The small size was a regular size to me the large and extra large must be piggy size .. lol! We enjoyed our sandwiches the Italian which had a garlic mayo aioli and wine vinaigrette dressing which was tasty to me . The lettuce , tomatoes and red onions were fresh and the meat was delicious smoked ham, turkey and pepperoni on an Italian roll with melted Swiss. It's a nice size sandwich and it's delish. The curly seasoned French fries were hot and fresh out the fryer. I choose fruit punch to drink , ok why it was the best ratio of fruity syrup and water! Don't laugh it really was! I haven't been inside this Arby's in probably 5 years, so I won't review that part. The service I've had via the drive-thru has been pretty quick and I've received friendly service. My orders have always been correct and they even put napkins and straws in the bag. I point that out because so many fast food joints seems to have a problem putting these necessary items in the bags. The food has been hot, fresh, and tasty. I really do love their roast beef sandwiches. My only gripe with Arby's is that it is way too damn expensive for what it is. So unless they have some special going on or I have coupons, I don't come to Arby's. read more

Came here because I didn't want another burger, wing and I didn't feel like cooking. I'm a new fan of the Loaded Italian Sub! Its good and loaded. The only thing with this location is that you must ask for fresh curly fries or you'll get some old ones. Other than that good location, nice change of pace. read more

We just stopped in today for a quick bite to eat at happy hour. We ordered 2 shakes and a drink for happy hour, and then a few sliders and a double roast beef. The service was super fast compared to other restaurants in the area, but our food was a little cold. The shakes did not have the chocolate syrup on top either, but that's okay. They were still good. This Arby's is in a convenient location, I should add. Not even a mile from our friends house, so it's perfect when we want to take a break from fishing to grab a bite. read more

Had supper here last night around 6:00 with my mother and 2 kids. Extremely slow service. Three groups of people left behind us in line. One man eating while we were ordering, when he walked out gave me his coupons telling me, I won't be back, way too slow for "fast food". Our food was tasty and a little higher quality than the other big fast food restaurants next door. We were the only ones in the restaurant on a Sunday evening --- hope they get more business before they have to close down; and get a teaching in service. At least the guy behind the counter was very polite and seemed to be handling all the work, he was working drive-thru and counter, and throwing fries in the hopper too. We went to sit, taking too long to wait at the counter, I think the one guy was doing all the work! They need to hire someone else, he was needing the help. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Just completed an Uber Eats order. Two sandwiches, two fries. Easy peasy right? Both sandwiches were wrong, the Buffalo chicken had so much sauce dumped on it that it was sitting in a pool in the box ( cold btw) . The other sandwich didn't have the cheese ordered and we paid for the cup of cheese for the fries that didn't show up and also said they were out of cookies. Short staffing due to Covid doesn't excuse this laziness and lack of accountability. Will never order again and hope they go out of business. read more

So when we first pulled up, a lay said "read the menu I'll be with you in a minute". Okay, we weren't ready to order anyway so this is fine. It takes about 4-5 minutes for her to return, this is long after we had a chance to look over the menu. She then proceeded to take our order. We told her about 4 times what our order was and when she ready it back it still wasn't correct. Then we told her again. Then, very rudely she told us our total. The attitude on this woman was horrific when we pulled up to the window. We weren't acknoledged, just handed our food and that's it. Arby's isn't a place I visit often, I must admit. However, when they have the fish sandwich, I am ALL over it. Their fish filets are actually shaped like a real fish filet (not a perfectly cut something or other). The pieces are HUGE! I was so surprised the first time I got one b/c it was not what I expected (b/c, well, u know how the other fast food joints do fish). Anyway, I can't comment too much on the other items except maybe the curly fries, those are pretty good. Oh, I do have a coworker that is a fan of their milkshakes. I guess it is a typical fast food place. Their specialty being sandwiches instead of burgers makes them unique from that perspective. This has to be the worst experience I've seen in a while. Usually I go thru the drive thru window but this time I went in. While waiting to have my order taken, a guy came in with his receipt saying he didn't receive his total order, they left out a drink. The guy taking the order, Dionne, seemed to care less that he messed up this guys order. When it came to my order, he first tried to be funny as I was ordering gyros, (which is pronounced Euros) anyhow, I gave him my order but I first asked him if they were 2 for $6.00, he said yes, I placed my order for 2 of them, an order of curly fries, potato cakes, etc.. While I was waiting, I noticed the receipt & he had charged me $3.99 each for the gyros. I took the receipt back to him and he told his manager to refund me the $. When I received my order, I was checking it to make sure it was all there, they looked annoyed that I was doing this. I informed him that my curly fries were missing, so the poor manager was running around to get them for me while he waited on the next person. Why would the manager keep some fool around that obviously didn't give a hoot about anyone's order??????? The WORST SERVICE I've had in some time. They never were known for the speed of their service, now I wonder about the accuracy. Shame on him, shame on the manager. read more
