They do always handle the crowd and the pace with friendliness but you can tell the employees are sometimes tense with one another and it doesn't seem like they're set up for success. I decided to visit because they are a fairly new restaurant in this area and I had a buy one get one free coupon, so I'll take the risk considering my last experiences with the brand. The meat is pre-sliced, pre-portioned and frozen in individual serving size packages. It tastes exactly like frozen steamed meat cooked this way would. And then, there's just no flavor from seasoning to cover the almost gamey flavor or steamed frozen meat. And you would think having two cheese sauces would really add a lot of flavor, but both the orange and white cheese sauces were both quite sparse and flavorless.
