This place is the best Whataburger i have been to. Went though the drive through and the kid on the headset was awesome. Explained everything I had a question on. Then got to the window and he explained it was going to take I minute to get my food out. During this time multiple people that worked there came to the window and asked how I was doing and got my drinks and everything. Then I believe this young mans name was will but he asked if my dog needed any water I thought it was a very sweet and kind thing to do. Anyways so got home and the burger and chicken sandwich we ordered looked like it just popped out of the tv. Would highly recommend this place for a quick and easy bite to eat read more

Do not go to this location if you expect to have a good customer service experience. Was looked at by 4 different workers plus a manager and wasn't acknowledged at all. Great food! This location had great service. We were checked on multiple times throughout our visit. Everyone loved their food. It was very fast too. I feel like half the draw of whataburger is saying you ate at whataburger. It's a decent burger and fries at a decent price. I much prefer our in n' out in CA. I do eat here from time to time, but my mouth doesn't salivate thinking about having one. The chain obviously has proven success, I just think it's more of a great name than a great product. Whataburger, it's a funny name when I first saw and ate at their store in Texas. Now it is one of my favorite burgers out there. I don't know why they just have all the right parts I guess. Grilled to order and fresh veggies or what. I always get the Whataburger with cheese no tomatoes and jalapenos. They are always hot with a soft bun and heavy on the mustard and there is a spice blend that just does it for me. So I will stop in again. It might be 3-4 months but I'll be back. My review is only for the breakfast. Like the other reviews say, it is friendly and efficient. I absolutely love the breakfast taquitos, in my humble opinion, the absolutely best of any fast food restraurants. It starts with a great shell, with seasoned scrambled eggs, yummy sausage, and cheese. Put in some of their pacante sauce and you have a whole lot of breakfast goodness. The biggest complaint I have with Whataburger is that there are none even remotely close to where I live, put one there and you get 5 stars. I went to one in 1991 when living in San Antonio, TX while in the military. Being a Tennessean and before that a Michigander, I had never heard of this chain before and figured I would try it out. I loved the burger and fries so ate there a few times. Then I was stationed in a place that didn't have one again and always lived in a place that had none. Twenty One years later I am on vacation in FL and I see the Whataburger sign and told my wife and friends that we had to stop there. I was worried that I talked the place up too much and the people I was with would hate the food. They were very happy with the food stating that it was one of the best burgers they have eaten at a fast food place. My wife got the new grilled chicken fajita taco and she loved it. I can't understand the hype around this restaurant. I rather eat at McDonald's or Burger King, and I do not really like McDonald's or Burger King that much. Whataburger really simple burgers with nothing that really excites me. It's very generic and does not stand out. I had the Chicken Strips and the Bacon and Cheese Burger and they were both plain boring. The only good thing about this place is that customer service is great and the prices are also acceptable. You can always expect friendly faces here and they are quick on their feet. Whataburger definitely has potential if they simply make a few changes to their menu. read more

Horrible experience. One employee was "lounging" stretched out on the bench in front of the registers, we walked in and he looked DIRECTLY at the girl who was supposed to take our order and he motioned for her to greet us to which she responded "I don't have time!". After what appeared to be a manager "Derek" walk over to take our order because apparently the girl who was working the register just couldn't be bothered to take customers orders. We ordered our food at 7:08pm and it arrived to our table which was only 1 of 2 in the WHOLE RESTAURANT to have patrons at 7:26. We had two bacon cheeseburgers and fries and it took 18 minutes for about 7-8 people in the kitchen to prepare and bring out to us. While waiting we overhear the staff talking about the "dirtiest places" in the restaurant.....which apparently is the register which is worse than the floor, the very same register they touch then touch our food. AMAZING. We will never come back to this restaurant nor recommend it to ANYONE we know, unless we WANT them to have the HORRIBLE service and dining experience as we had!! read more
