I definitely recommend this place. It was my first time trying out these famous burgers and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival I noticed they have a huge parking lot and we got very lucky getting a free space right at the front entrance. The young man at the cashier was very helpful, I told him it was my first time and I am a little blind and wasn't wearing my glasses :( but he was very patient and polite and recommended me a few items on their menu. I didn't want to hold up the line so I just went with their regular #1 Whataburger Whatameal with cheese. If you decide to dine in, they bring your food to your table. I was very impressed because all the staff were on point. Even though it is a fast food place, there was a young man walking around checking up on all the guest asking if everything was okay with their food and making sure the empty tables were clean. I loved seeing that. When they brought our food, they were very polite and within a couple of minutes another staff member came by with a tray of condiments. Let me tell you as soon as I took the first bite I just knew I was going to enjoy the whole meal. The bun was so delicious and soft I couldn't get enough of it. The burger was so tender, juicy and full of flavor. I also loved the fries but what made it soooooo much better was their original spicy ketchup!!! (First time trying it) 10/10 The ambience was great. I loved their decor. Yes, I thought I left a review already but I couldn't find it. I love the biscuits and gravy here. My recommendation is to order an extra biscuit for each order because they give you so much gravy. Save a little money that way. Oh, and their hash brown STICKS? UHHHHmazing with that spicy ketchup. But hey, the burgers here are probably the best "fast food" burgers out there and the spicy ketchup with your frys? Now THATS what I'M talkin bout!!! What can I say. I love Whataburger. I love the fries and I love the spicy ketchup. We always have great service here, but I do need to ask for my hamburger to have light mustard, because they do like to put mustard on the burgers. This is definitely a go-to place for us - - in a hurry and need some food it's Whataburger, which is right around the corner from my house. read more

8/18/2025 I came to this location expecting it to be fast . I was the only one in line. They cashed me out let me wait 5 minutes then parked me . Whole time they were standing . It took a total of 14 minutes to get my food. Looked in my bag paid extra for onion rings just to recieve soggy and not even filled to the top . The one thing I find about this place is the consistency of their food. We came in for lunch after a long day I ordered the hatches green chili burger and fries. The fries are always hot and fresh right out of the fryer and the hatches green chili is spicy and oh so good on two large beef patties however I do wish they made a single beef patty hatches green chili burger I'm only allowed 6oz of meat a day so two is way over my daily allowance however who can resist. I enjoy eating here from time to time and I know that I can get a decent burger and fries always at this location. read more

Zero Zero Zero. If I could give a zero for service I would. I ordered drive through and they sent me to park and wait . 20 minutes later, no food. They came out twice with the wrong order and then after waiting more I went in and got a refund. Never go to the park spot here to wait. Just sit there so they don't forget about you. I spoke with the manager and asked for a number to call and they said I can go look it up. I said, no, you go look it up. This is really sad when they have no idea how to treat a customer. read more

I like Whataburger because the burgers are huge and tasty. I like this location way better than the other one (1947 W Broadway Rd). The drive-thru person was very sweet and the food came out freshly hot. I would return to this particular location due to better service and hotter food. read more

For the past two weeks the service and food have gone down like the titanic. Right now it's 2am on a Monday night, I ordered my food online via the app and I've been sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Customer service through the drive through was awesome- They were busy and still were super nice and got our order exactly spot on. We had to try the Buffalo Ranch Chicken sandwich after seeing the commercial on t.v. and that was definitely worth it!! If you like buffalo chicken you need this! It's big and yummy!!
