Food is great, well pretty much , the chocolate shakes need more chocolate in them and the dispenser that makes the shakes needs work on. Atmosphere is ok, clean environment. But service is very slow quite often , not always , but even for busy times , it's very slow , I've waited 30-45 minutes before , that's unacceptable!! I've complained to corporate about that, so hopefully they can get their act together a little. And the price ,well it's kindof pricey!! While i waited two hours for my food i watched 3 different groups walk out because they literally went insane waiting for their food. I kid you not one guy died of dementia because he couldn't rationalize why it took an entire hour to make his grilled cheese. Since Whataburger cooks your food as you order so it is fresher than most fast food, you expect to wait a little longer. But yesterday the wait was way too long. We ordered in the drive through and were told to pull around to the outside lane. There were about 5 cars in front of us when we ordered. It took 35 minutes to get our food. From what we could see through the window it appeared they had plenty of help but apparently they either were not working or the management needs to be replaced. We ordered 2 whataburgers and an order of fries and onion rings. It took 35 minutes to get our order and then it was just warm, not hot. Apparently it had been sitting somewhere in a bag for a while. We had a large group and the staff and manager were amazing. The food came out fast and hot and not only did they not mix up any orders but they also were taking care of us the entire time we ate there. I went to whataburger at around midnight and I walked in and the guy at the counter was really nice his name is Cale C. I'm assuming because he was at the register, he greated me and I wasn't ready so he gave me time and worked in a timely manner, the food was correct and he even didn't judge me when I put half and half in my drink! It makes me really sad to say, but this isn't that great of a location. Out of the five times that I've gone, my orders were messed up four of those times. Between missing items, wrong items all together, or customizations missing, it's really frustrating. It's especially frustrating to wait a long time, then finally get your food only to realize you can't eat it because they didn't make it to order (food allergies). At that point, I don't bother going around to have it fixed since I don't want to wait long again. I'm sure they are understaffed right now, I mean who isn't. The lack of supervision at this place is ridiculous. Employees not working, chatting with off duty employees and friends. There is plenty to do, trash cans overflowing, dirty tables, floors, bathrooms, windows dirty, ect. Food took forever to make. After all hype really looking forward to this juicy awesome burger. Nothing against this particular location It was clean service was prompt and the spicy ketchup was good. Tasty alternative but the rest just whatever. If you're headed north. Eat some nuts to hold you til you get to Nevada Mo. Try White Grill. They've perfected the hamburger since opening in 1938. Same location same burger. Kansas City it's Town Topic Topeka it's Bobo's Pineville it's Burger Time. Wichita it's Walt's Oklahoma City it's Little Mike's I can go on, just not to the next Whataburger unless only thing open. Then I'll try the biscuits! I went there at 10:15 pm on Saturday night and they definitely weren't ready for the customers that came. It took over 30 minutes for the five cars in front of me to get service. I have never left a review for anything but this Whataburger deserves one. We just moved to Claremore so eating out is currently our only option. We have now eaten this place 3 days in a row and all 3 times have been absolutely awful. 2 of the 3 trips, we were 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru and 1 trip there were roughly 4 cars. All of these trips, inside was empty. After waiting a MINIMUM of 20 minutes for our food, it comes out cold and wrong. Typically with a wait it's due to having to make fresh food right..? How do you wait 20 minutes for cold food? I will wait as long as I need to for fresh food but this is an absolute joke. 100% will never go back. read more

We had an order of 7 meals through curbside and they brought it out with plenty of ketchup and napkins on the first time! They were super friendly and took care of us and everything was correct! We drove 5 miles out of the way and skipped the wataburger closest to us because they take so long to bring even one meal out. While these guys rocked it! The lady in the drive thru was extremely rude and got confused by a very simple order of two burgers, I nicely corrected her and she fussed at me. At the window, the lady was very rude and talking and moving so fast that she barely understood me asking for an extra bag, she slammed the door in my face and realized i was trying to talk and opened it. Visited this after the snow we had and I understand that they might be out of products. They were out of cheese, ketchup, pickles and tomatoes. They did inform us of this. But my son had ordered a chicken strip bbq sandwich and my daughter-in-law and granddaughter ordered mushroom Swiss burgers. They charged us full price instead of taking off the price of the cheese. I mentioned to the manager that they should've at least took the cheese off of our price. Or they could've at least gave us a cookie or something for our inconvenience. He just looked at us like we were crazy and then said well I guess you should be glad you got fries because we are almost out of them. Pretty rude I thought. After my weekly stock up trip to Walmart this is my favorite place to stop. Not only is their location convent, but the food is great too. I enjoy their specially burgers like the Monetary Melt and am always impressed with their creative ideas. This place also make this best onion rings I've ever had. The restaurant is opened and clean and I never have any trouble finding a place to sit. Servers are friendly, though they can be a little slow. Something that bug me, though, about the restaurant set up is where they keep the straws. They have the small straws out and easily visible, but the larger straws and in a dispenser above eye level. I know it's silly but it always throughs me for a loop. Another thing that I find slightly annoying is that you have to ask for condiments. I prefer when it just self serve, but I guess that's just a personal preference. Overall I enjoy my frequent visits. read more
