It was an interesting mix of rice, a few lentils, delicious hummus, lovely Tzatziki sauce, a chickpea salad, and some pickled veggies. It was a good combo. I wish it had been quinoa or bulgur instead of rice but I'm still happy I ordered it. It was a pretty substantial portion and could have been shared for lunch. I asked someone about it , they were not helpful or friendly they told me it was a " call in order". Most restaurants start your call in order prep when they get it. I kept waiting and ticket numbers 15 higher than mine were getting called. I also saw several more people order and get their food while I was waiting. I asked another person and was told I was a " call in order" but they would check on it. I watched them start on my order about 11:55 or so. When I finally got my food I asked again what the problem was and was told it was a " call in order" like my order didn't count. That person wasn't helpful or friendly either and walked away while I was asking her about it. I wasn't the only person that happened to. Another person going out the door with me had the same experience. I guess the answer is don't call in your orders because it's obvious in store orders get priority. Thanks for the response but just to clarify everything, no one came out to talk to me , I had to ask someone as they were going by. I was never offered an explanation other than I had a" to go order" and there were some catering orders. I was not offered any desserts but I did find one small piece of cake in the order when I got home. I posted the review so you would be aware of the problems I had today. I still don't understand how people that ordered after me got their food and ate it before I got my order. I would think a call in order would help on a busy day. A lot of times their milk is fresher than that in the grocery store. Around Thanksgiving and Christmas, they offer a cranberry apple pie in their frozen section. The other diner when old school with pepperoni and mushrooms. Toppings are great and staff is pretty knowledgeable. But, the crust does need to be crisper. Everyone had disappeared from the front except the girl working the drive through, and I could see people in the back kitchen. She seemed surprised and fumbled around on the warmer thingy until she found my burger. She put it on a tray and slid it to me. I asked, "What about my fries?" Again a surprised look.
