So I ordered a nine dollar soup the chicken tortilla soup they wouldn't let me get more than three packs of tortilla strips. I even offered to pay. I know it's a chain and the food tastes the same at every chick-fil-a, but this one is different in a good way. Our food has also been super fresh and the service has always been great. The servers are very kind and patient. What really makes this place different is their special events like Daddy-Daughter Date Nights, they have cloth table tops with questions to ask each other, also they have live music and a Photo Booth. This location is amazing! Always super friendly, prompt service with a smile and a "my pleasure"! We frequent this location often because my kids are obsessed, and I must say that after today I may be too! I feel like I have unlocked a hidden gem hiding on the menu that I have never paid any attention to. Today I tried the cool wrap paired with avocado lime ranch dressing and it was incredible! I get the classic chicken sandwich forge last 40 years but the quality has fallen and that's very disappointing.

The only complaint I have about this chik fil a is that when I go through the drive thru and pull up to the window then tell me to park but before I can park someone is running my food out to me! It happens all the time and it's so annoying. Like I couldn't just sit at the window for another 10 seconds? Your gonna tell the car behind me to park somewhere too anyways. Also I have cup holders in my car unless I order 8 drinks I do not need a carrier for them. read more

I'm just going to be honest here... It was definitely not a good experience. When we walked in nothing was wrong we were waiting like normal. And then we got up to order the employee didn't sound welcoming and just overall it felt like she didn't want to be there and I sensed a little bit of an attitude. But overall we got all of our food and drinks. There was this one employee that kept coming to our table and maybe trying to be nice but there was obviously some attitude. I put my straw into my drink and then noticed that that was a gnat in my drink. We immediately went up to the counter and got a new drink but no one said sorry about that or anything. They were acting like it was my fault the area was dirty.Also the play place is extremely dirty and I don't even know the last time someone cleaned it. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I have tried to go repeatedly and it is consistently the most horrible customer service of any Chick-fil-A I have ever seen. They are always out of things on their menu (mac n cheese) (salads) ???? Why!? It is notoriously the slowest service as well. The staff is always so friendly, the restaurant is clean and we have never had any complaints. The great thing we learned that there is a Story-time on Tuesday at 10:30am in the play area that is great for children and parents. Hey, It's Chick-Fil-A What else to say Yes, it's like the crack of chicken sandwiches. Every store I've eaten in has pretty much the same food quality so I will bypass that info. If you eaten Chick-Fil-A you know the score already. So I'll jump to the info on other things particular to the Claremore location. First, the set up is nice. You walk right into the ordering line. Seems to flow smoothly. The drive through has two ordering lines. I haven't tried it yet but just observing it seems to flow well. The parking is limited but there is plenty of parking in the strip mall to the east. The staff is friendly and they seem to take pleasure in doing their jobs. read more

Absolutely horrible service. The first time I went there for breakfast I was waiting more than 10 minutes. Meanwhile there were employees eating their own meals. I realize that they get breaks, but it doesn't look good. It seemed like there was only one person working in the kitchen. Poor management. An older lady whose main job is to wipe tables came up and asked how long I had been waiting. When I told her she went back into the kitchen to get my order. She gave me a card for a free breakfast sandwich as some sort of apology, but no words of apology were offered from anyone there. I debated whether I would even go back, but I decided to try to get my freebie. This time I waited 6 minutes in the drive-thru after waiting a minute before anyone to even come on the speaker to take my order. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. I realize it's Claremore and difficult to get good employees, but this place is ridiculous. I have waited less time at the one in Bixby with 10 cars in line. I know of someone who found a pill in their drink from the Claremore place. Turned out to just be ibuprofen, but still. Avoid. One star only because 0 is not allowed. read more

Ok, I love me some Chick-Fil-A. The food here is wonderful and the atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. I enjoy the number 1 deluxe with pepper jack cheese waffle fries well done and a diet lemonade (which taste just like regular lemonade) add some extra mayo for the fries and sandwich I dare say that is a perfect meal. If I have any complaint it would be that they took away the wonderful coleslaw. Although they did release the recipe so thank you Chick-Fil-A for that. The friendliness of the staff is beyond compare and a company with a moral compass is quite possibly the best thing about them. read more
