The experience was a great one and an experience that I will never forget. The food was unbelievably fantastic. Everything is home made and fresh and they grow it all on their farms. The food just melts in your mouth and there wasn't one dish that I thought was not good. The atmosphere was very friendly and really brought you back in time. This is where some people might not like the experience. We came on a day where it was 91 degrees outside and they don't have air conditioning. The only thing they had was a battery powered fan that wasn't very powerful. That little fan trying to cool off 15 people did not go very well. I would definitely recommend going here in the Fall or Spring. But not the Summer or Winter. Other than that it was an amazing experience and I will be visiting again!

This Sonic location had an icy Orange Cream Slush while the Claremore, OK location has a creamier Orange Cream Slush. It might vary due to who is making it. An Orange Cream Slush is delicious when it has the right ratios of vanilla ice cream, orange soda and ice. Less ice is best. Sonic's menu items that are always satisfying (and better when eaten right when it's delivered to the car) are a footlong chili cheese coney, tater tots, onion rings, corn dog and their cherry limeades. They have crushed ice and it's perfect in all of their iced sodas and limeades. Although, sometimes they go overboard with the ice in the cups and there isn't enough of the actual soda. Keep an eye out. Some locations, the car hops still deliver to your car on roller skates.
