Very good Bbq/burger place on old Route 66 was a great find while driving through on a road trip. The burger with the pulled pork on top was one of my top 10 favorite sandwich type foods. Got it with a side of friend mushrooms and homemade ranch. My husband got the beef plate with Cole slaw and potato salad. The sides were excellent. The meat was ok. Probably would opt for something else next time. Sat outside with our pups and had a good break.

I wish we have more time. We stopped by to this place to get a quick food as we need to drive 13hrs to North. We were glad that we found this restaurant. The place was so rustic, decorated by different kind of collections like cans, beer bottles, paintings and so on. People were nice and helpful since that was our first visit the lady who assisted us provide some recommendations. The food! Their meat were so flavourful which blends with the carbs they have corn and fried sweet potato. If happen that we drove to North again, we will surely stop by to this place again!

Awesome BBQ place with great smoked meats and friendly service. Several visits are advised since there's a lot of good stuff from the kitchen: BBQ, burgers, sandwiches, hotdogs and more. Must orders are the BBQ. Best choice is a combo, with two or more meats. Pulled pork and beef brisket are favorites.

Large portions for a very reasonable price. The meat is very moist and tender. Will definitely stop by again.

Cute little family ran business! The food came fast and was pretty good. The decor and style was felt like a blast to the past. The bathrooms were unique but I wish the place was a little bit more clean. Overall it was a decent place

We were looking for some lunch on the drive from st louis to tulsa and weren't finding too many good options until we came across this place. We are delighted we did because this was some of the best bbq we've ever had. The meats were smoky and juicy and super tender. Aside from the coleslaw, which was weak, the sides matched the meats for quality and flavor. On top of which, the service was quick and friendly so we would highly recommend.

2 meat dinner. Chicken and beef. Absolutely fabulous.

We came to town to move our som to college. We were looking for a good place to eat and fell upon this gem. Awesome atmosphere if you love rustic. Service and food were amazing. Highly recommend you stop by if you are on Route 66.

TO GO: Pulled pork. Very good!

I can't speak for the restaurant itself, since someone else ordered and brought it home to eat, but of course I CAN speak for the awesome food! We ordered a variety of different things, which made me happy since it meant I got to try several things from the menu instead of just one or two (like if I had just ordered a meal for myself only, and not a big group). For the meat we had sliced brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. I didn't try the brisket because it's just not my favorite bbq option. The ribs were super yummy. They came off of the bone nicely and had the right amount of stickiness to them. They were messy (as ribs should be!) but not TOO messy. The pulled pork was my favorite!!! Super tender and juicy, and the flavor was delicious too. The other thing we got were baked beans, which were spiced well (not necessarily spicy like heat, but lots of spices). The sauce they were in wasn't too liquidy, and I liked that. Speaking of sauce, the bbq sauce was good as well. We only got the normal kind. It was pretty sweet, but I tend to like it spicier. I'm not sure whether they have more bbq sauce options or just the one. I'd be willing to go again to find out though!!!

We got like a half loaf of Parmesan garlic sourdough! Fresh baked! I absolutely loved my shrimp & grits too. So flavorful. Great portions. It's a bit pricier, especially for Grove, but quality makes it worth it. I will definitely be back to try more entrees. Delicious. And the RV park is beautiful too.

After finishing your meal, you will say, as I did, "I have had much better." Oklahoma has some damn good small town Mexican restaurants; this is not one of them. In Vinta there are two other Mexican restaurants. Check the reviews and see what you think. If you don't mind driving a few more miles, stop in Chelsea. If you are headed south on 69, the first good Mexican restaurant is in Chouteau. There, that is all you need to know. If you are bored, here is the rest of the review. My wife cashed in her chips early. She pushed the chips and salsa away and said, "I don't care for the salsa at all." It is just tomato sauce, too much garlic and a little cilantro. The Picante was the same only it had a little bite from chili pepper. I ordered a relleno and tamale, the #43 Combo. My wife had some kind of a burrito. Neither plate of food was bad. The tamale had chili on it which was good. The relleno was average. The burrito my wife had was filled with Chopped steak, beans and guacamole, rolled in a large flour tortilla, all covered with yellow queso. What was really good about this burrito was the portion of steak in relation to the other fillings. There was a good serving of steak in it. No rice filler and the beans were not overloaded either. Both plates came with rice and beans. The restaurant is very large, with a well-worn interior and typical Oklahoma small town Mexican restaurant grungy restrooms. The service was adequate. And then there is the credit card fee! Overall, a 3-star rating which means; OK, but I won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
