This place was quite close to my first hotel I tried to check into (that disaster is covered in my Homewood review in the same area). I stopped in the large mall area which thankfully had plenty of parking given the hour. It was a typical outpost in my opinion with a huge drive through line and lots of cars. Way fewer in the dining room and the food came out fast. Alas I ordered a sandwich to go and by the time I overcame the hotel disaster it was cold and the sun was soaked through. This fast food chain is always super busy. Luckily, the drive through is pretty quick. I don't know about others but I hate ordering through an intercom. Horrible experience a few weeks ago. I went through the drive thru and pulled into a neighboring parking lot to eat. The fries were so bad that they were inedible. The sandwich was only marginally edible. I took the fries back inside to ask for a replacement. Despite asking for a manager, none bothered to show up. They just left me standing there. I waited for about five minutes and then just asked for a refund, which they provided. When I asked if the owner was there, they said "no, he pops in and out." All things considered, that makes perfect sense. Hard to believe corporate doesn't maintain some watch on customer complaints but maybe they don't care - I don't know. All I know is that I'm not that hard to please and I won't be back to that location ever. read more

I ordered through DoorDash and had a great experience. My ordered consisted of the spicy chicken sandwich meal, the honey pepper pimento sandwich and the kids chicken strip meal. This was my first time trying the honey pepper pimento sandwich since it was brought back and it was delicious. I will definitely be ordering it again. I tried the new Honey Pepper Pimento Cheese Chicken Sandwich today and this is a very welcome new addition! It started with the original chicken filet, some in-house made pimento cheese, this was drizzled with honey and there were 3 mild jalapeño slices between the bottom bun and filet. I basically live here now...I've spent 2 hours a day the past 5 days here because my daughter always makes a few friends here and expends a ton of energy in their play area. Its walking distance from our hotel, and is used as a "reward" for my child after I've shopped the Target/outlets nearby. The employees are the friendliest people on earth. They know how to greet the customers and offer to fill up drinks while your seated, and for the most part, they try to keep it clean all the time. The food is super satisfyingly good...inexpensive. If you haven't had their Chick Fil-A sandwiches with their signature Chick Fil-A sauce, I'll be speechless. Their strips and waffle fries with their signature sauce is what I've been ordering lately. Best strips in town if you ask me...They also have milkshakes and vanilla cones to soothe the boredom. Right now, it's coffee and a chocolate chip cookie. The service at this location is terrible. They're too busy rushing you out of the drive thru that they can't even remember to give you all of the items that you ordered. On one of my visits I had to come back and have items replaced because they gave me incorrect items, I over heard one of the managers saying that "she didn't feel like being nice today". Needless to say I won't be frequenting this location anymore despite it being the nearest one to me by about 10 miles. read more

This is the worst Chick-fil-A. Would you seriously serve this to your family, then don't serve it to me. All the nuggets in the 8 ct where hard and just as small as the one in the picture. I took the time to go inside hoping I would get better service than the driver thru. The drive thru is awful here- they rush you to place your order and never scan your app so you get your points and when you ask for a receipt you never get one. I've lost two orders over $30 with of points because my app didn't get scanned and I never got a receipt. I order a kids meal for our dog every time and always have to ask multiple times to get the cup of ice cream instead of the kids toy. Had to do the same thing tonight. I know it sounds petty but its annoying. The lemonade tasted awful as well. Since we moved to Tulsa this location is the closest to us and it's just a let down every time. We never had any problems in Oklahoma City at the location on May and 63rd. Maybe you guys should go there and check out that store runs. read more

I have been through the drive thru twice now in the last year--both times I did not get the correct food ordered. They take your order in the drive through line on a portable device and swipe your card but don't give you a receipt. You also don't get a receipt when you are given the food. Supposedly someone looks at the bag before they hand it to you, but all they are doing is looking at what is on the top of the bag, If you order fries, they are on top, so that is all that is visualized. The only way to know if your order is correct is to not drive away and then go through the bag piece by piece to double check, but since there is not a receipt on the bag you have nothing to verify what was placed as your order. This is a terrible system for drive through orders and if you are going through the drive through, be aware of these limitations. I do like the food enough that I will give another chance by ordering in-store. Improvement: If the drive through "screen" is not going to be utilized so the customer can see what is being entered as the order, make sure they get a receipt and have people handing out the food check the order better. While I don't expect them to open all the packages to make sure you get a regular fillet instead of spicy, I DO expect for them to be able to recognize a box a nuggets from a sandwich bag. read more

First bad experience at chick-fil-a.... Waffle fries were dark shade of what they usually look like and taste like chips. I ask Caleb at the register who was in training if they had military discount here, he asked the manager who never acknowledge me, the manager very loudly said no. Not sorry we don't but a good loud no. I than asked Caleb if they gave police discount he said yes... Still trying to figure that one out. While talking with Caleb the manager came up to Caleb and asked if everything was OK, not once acknowledge me... The one asking the questions. Caleb was very polite and funny... The manager on the other hand could have acknowledge me and could have been a little more professional and not served me hard dark waffle fries ... Maybe it was the uniform who knows! I love my spicy chicken sammich, the wife likes the regular, and the kiddo still gets the kids meal as a 16 year old, but don't judge, she's skinnier than we are so... I have to say the best I've seen is the Tulsa Hills location where they are constantly swamped no matter the time of day, they're always clean and polite, but the only reason I didn't give five stars is because my daughter told them twice she wanted ranch, they asked again at the window and forgot but still got my Polynesian. I get a large ice cream almost every single day from chick fila. So when i get the small ice cream amount in my large cup I have problem. Its like getting a medium drink, but they only put a small drink amount in your cup and expect the consumer to be okay with that. I pointed this out to the manager she tells me as she chunks my half filled large ice cream in the trash not so nice, & says that it is a large. She fills my large cup with the same small amount of ice cream . If i wanted a small i would have paid for a small. The manager was not nice. I love Chick-fil-A! It's been a while since I've visited this location, but we had a good experience today! Exceptional service is the norm for CFA restaurants, which keeps me coming back. We had good chicken sandwiches and great lemonade, which was no surprise! The fries are too "meaty" for me, but that's just my preference. The drive-thru line was about 5 cars deep when we pulled in. They get you thru pretty fast and always confirm your name at the window, since there are 2 ordering lanes that merge to one pick-up window. I haven't tried ordering from the app, yet, but I have downloaded it and will try it next time! read more

Everytime that I come to Tulsa for business I stop in here to grab breakfast for my first call. The staff is always on top of everything and exude warmth and gratitude for the business that comes in the door. The food is always fresh and the service is top notch. I recommend going in to the establishment for your order though as the drive thru line typically can wrap around the building, whereas you can walk in and be out in under 2 minutes.
