Unfortunately, they did not have the Sweet Almond Pretzel and the Caramel Dip that I wanted. I then decided to try the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel and the Sweet Glaze Dip. The pretzel was hot, soft, and fluffy. It was way too good especially with the dip. Overall, I really enjoyed my sweet pretzel and dip. The customer service was great. I am a little surprised about the pricing though aha. I don't remember paying almost $12 for it before. It could be because it is in the downtown area and inside the San Diego Convention Center that is why.

Now I don't need to go to the mall to enjoy my pretzels. I got their regular Pretzel Bitz w their Jalapeño Cheese sauce. The guys working were super friendly and greeted my mom a happy Mother's Day. My husband got a double with Cookie Monster and Rocky Road. This is exactly what you want from ice cream. Creamy and sweet. The cotton candy flavor instantly took me back to being a kid. We ended up sitting outside on the tables they offer to enjoying our ice cream which made it even better.
