This 7-11 just feels weird and oddly never busy whenever I go into the store, but they must be busy enough to keep the doors open. I will admit that I don't frequent this 7-11 but I have somehow still been here at least a dozen times. I typically roll into the empty store when I'm across the street at The Hills and need something like candy or Tums, but mostly Tums. Those mimosas will get ya with the heartburn. The Slurpee and soda machines were really clean, with plenty of cups. A ton of flavors of Slurpees. The clerk was efficient and I was able to sign up for their rewards again, I couldn't remember my old number. It was a delightful Slurpee Sunday experience. Totally hit the spot. Went to this location to get a iced coffee. While I was there they had advertised 3 hot items for $3.00 so I order them. When it was time to ring up the hot items it came up as $6.00 . DO NOT BUY LOTTO TICKETS HERE. 5 times now my husband has bought lotto tickets and the same guy at the counter has scammed us. We specifically say $8 in tickets and he will ring us for 8 tickets that are 2 dollars each. So that is $16 dollars. So he's making double what we asked for. The first few times it was annoying. But after the 3rd and 4th time we were catching on and getting angry. After this last 5th time my husband confronted him about what he was doing and the guy just smiled at him. I think we'll look into reporting this. But if he's doing something this brazen, I can only image that other shady things are going on. I've been getting delivery from here through Postmates. And I really don't know who is to blame, but almost every order has something incorrect. I requested like a king sized Reese's and I got a Reese's with nuts or something? I despise nuts. So I gave it away. Then today I requested plain M&Ms. And of course I open my bag and there is that damn yellow bag of peanut M and M's. Gave them away again. Post mates took care of the charges but it's just a little odd because it's not as though I order five things. And also it seems like they're out of things a lot of the time. Like they almost never have two glazed donuts and it says they have 12 packs of sprite but I have yet to actually see them in stock. But other than that I'm happy they're close to where I am and it's nice to have such a low delivery fee. So I am happy with them. read more

What can you negatively say about a 7-11. This is my go to because it is closest to my house, I can come here any hour of the day without feeling uncomfortable with my surroundings. The store is always clean and put together and the employees are super friendly for the most part. Another fun fact is that someone won a million dollars on a scratch off here like 5 years ago ! I went in to buy cigarettes at 10:30 on thursday night, i asked for Marlboro lights and camel lights. The cashier didnt speak great english so after about 5 minutes of explaining and pointing to cigarettes on the wall he found the camel lights and Marlboro lights he starts arguing with me and giving me a ton of attitude saying theyre camel blues and saying im wrong. I wasnt arguing with him and I tried explaining camel blues are the same as camel lights. He did not understand and was basically calling me an idiot, "no they blue you wrong you say blue". Then he rings up 3 packs of cigarettes instead of the two i asked for because he had brought up a random pack he thought were camel lights. Then i told him to only ring up the 2 packs like i wanted. He then refused to scan the two packs and yelled at me to leave. I was extremely patient with this man and his language barrier. It makes shopping here impossible. Zero customer service. read more

This 7-11 is large, clean, well stocked with a huge variety of items, has decent parking and is in a good location. The owner and staff are always pleasant. Seems that any customers are happy and friendly too - maybe it's due to the service being so good! I go regularly for a cup of coffee after I drop my son off at school around the corner. I very rarely leave bad reviews, but the fact that I work literally down the street and refuse to come here should say a lot. I use to come here every single morning for my coffee until I was trying to small talk with the cashier one morning (who I believe is the owner,) and I got a rude, condesnding response back. I've also shared with my entire work place how rude the man ringing my coffee was and now none of them go here either. My advice is if you're going to be in a customer service based industry, please, have some customer service qualities.
