I would say for one. How are they always out of alot of stuff and days later it's still not available? Which it's not restocked because it still says out of stock or unavailable. I'm always confused why only certain coffee is available in the late hours? Like I love their Vanilla coffee and of course half the time it's not available. If I ask if they can restock it the answer is no. Why? Because you are open 24 hours correct? So if you have it why can't it be available? The customer service here isn't great. Place isn't dirty so it's atleast maintained. But it be nice if they weren't constantly out of stuff. read more

From my day trip out yesterday it was the many places of La Mesa that have many stores some you have to for those are the 711 stores down the street from the Amya Station. With the day that was on the warm side the need for cold drinks and to travel on crowded blue line Trolleys has been a trouble forany and getting sick from other people . The day of travel out to the city of Santee on the Copper line the ride on the Green Line stopping at the Amya Station which has one of the closest 711 stores . Yes it was hot looking at the many cars seeing the parking it was one with people parking for the location of the store to the Amya Station is one that many students go to. The size of the store can be considered as the large store with the many areas of the neighborhood are mainly apartments and those of condos the 711 location is one of the most widely used stores. The great bargains they have on drinks and the food bargains you get free drinks with certain purchase it save alot of money to be with the 711 club card. As a Yelp Elite Elite Reviewer the 711 store has been one place you can get the quick breakfast and the best coffee to go easier in price than Starbucks with the breakfast you can grab and go for the trolley. 711 stores have been the best places for the most wanted Slurpees goes great with energy drinks never forget the candy bar to go. read more

I don't know her name, but the white blonde lady in her mid 50's here is rude and lazy. If something goes down, like the coffee machine and you need help, she just tells you that the machine is down for now, even if it is just changing the milk because it is out. This is not the first time something like this has happened at this location and while everyone does what they can to help, she is the only one that won't. I went to get coffee, but there was no vanilla, so I asked. The machine said to clean the agitator and she said, 'oh that's a whole project, sorry the machine is down' and that was that. She didn't try to fix it, just said sorry and walked away. read more

Customer Service by 1 employee has been nothing short of unhelpful, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Me and my family on separate occasions were treated so bad none of us will return. I'm not sure if this lady was having bad days or what, but she really shouldn't be working in Customer Service. She just shrugged her shoulders, said I'm not the manager when I pointed out a posted promo which she didn't honor because "the system didn't show the promo". She showed me the general direction of the cat litter (needed it for an oil spill). When I couldn't find it she waved her hand in that general direction insisting "over there" in a condescending manner, but didn't show any litter. Rolled her eyes, acted impatient and rude. I'm not sure why because it is not sold even at this store. I just heard of a separate occasion that my 15 year old son came to buy a Slurpee, his debit card (which I transfer money to) was declined, she told him "get out of here broke kid", and made him leave the store. He could have just called and had me add funds, but he was so upset and shocked by her rude comments he rode his bike home. Is this any way to treat customers/neighbors who live a block away?! Ashamed for the owners of this store. This WILL NOT be my "local 7-11". And from other reviews I just read, this lady might be an owner. Classy... read more

I won't be going back here. I recently started seeing the owner post pictures of three kids who stole and on the paper it said the good, the bad, the ugly behind a plastic screen at the register. And I began to see one was crossed off after a couple of days. Showing a picture and labeling kids as the good the bad and ugly as AN ADULT... SMH.... A simple "not allowed here" would do. On another circumstance she grabbed a kid by the backpack, the kid gave back what he stole and she should have been done and walked back in. Multiple people offered to pay for the kids chips and additional food to help him and she refused yelling no. She lost money, she was so focused on the kid "stealing". Needless to say multiple people walked out without buying anything more from my observation. You don't grab kids by the backpack, get two inches in their face and wave your hands around their face. Just a suggestion: kids steal food because they are hungry- I understand it's not okay... the fact is a simple you can't come back here and as the kids saying nothing you keep screaming.. and do what you do.. doesn't help. Multiple adults offered to pay for the bag of chips and then some and the owner screamed no. This female owner is good at degrading people, I have no desire to go back. Outside these two circumstances there have been more recently, adults too, for whatever else she gets mad about. I've worked in retail and customer service since 2004 and by no means we're we allowed to degrade people to this level Allllllll of these discriminating complaints from other people are true, anyone not her race (she's Asian) especially black she appears to hate. This location really has gone down hil! There never nothing there especially when it comes to pizzas! I never ever seen there breakfast pizza in morning and afternoon is just as bad they don't care to keep up with demand And the owner seems not to take care of your employees ESPECIALLY since there way under paid! Minimum wage starts at $15 and she doesn't keep up with the times so your store going reflect it. I think maybe if she took care of them they be willing to do more. read more

The old Asian lady that works here is very rude. I came her yesterday in the morning. I get to the counter I say hi, ask for what I want and tried to show her my ID. Which she didn't check btw! no smile, no hello, she steps back to get gloves and walks back to the counter and she proceeds to say "Scoot back" ! can I get a hello? Welcome? There's no reason to be evil towards people during this time! Is it because I'm a black female? Because she spoke to this blonde lady just fine. I will show my face again and I will do everything to let everyone know how I'm being treated because I'm used to discrimination, and I will not accept that! but I won't take it that far yet because other employees have treated me overall decent. The lady with the dark short cut is very sweet! But this one is mean and needs to work on treating everyone with the same decency and not prejudge people that just want to shop found out she is the owner so I will not be spending my money here. read more

This is my local 7/11 and its pretty nice! They had a recent remodel. Improved the coffee bar area and added a ton of hot grill items. The staff is amazing and "know" me and my family and offer a great amount of customer service. From what I can tell there are maybe a husband/wife owner/manager combo and the gentleman is very helpful I've seen him dive in and help staff...sorry but the other owner/manager woman seems a little craZy.... I've always found emergency random, needed items, cat food, toothpicks, car oil, eggs, milk, bottle of wine...(just me?) Store would typically be a 4 but due to the great staff they get 5 stars from me! read more

This is for the store on 103 Worthington and Paradise valley Rd, San Diego, CA. The old white lady that was working past 11pm on Mon the 4th of June. First look I get from her as I enter the store, was piercing and harsh. It felt like a look of anger and contempt. Her interactions with me and others that I saw were sarcastic and argumentative. I just left this location and the guy at the counter was extremely rude. We were buying a few things and I asked to add on $3 worth of lottery scratchers for fun. He asked if I was paying cash and I said I'm using my debit card. He said 'It's cash only for tickets don't you see the sign?'. Ok, if it's cash only fine, but 'don't you see the sign'?? Kinda freaking rude the way he said it and it got me defensive. I said 'Isn't debit the same as cash? It's paid immediately from my account. Who carries cash?' He said 'a lot of people' and laughed at me. Definitely never going back again. You don't have to be a total dick. As I left I said, 'you know you are pretty rude'. He said 'I wasn't rude'. I said the way you talked to me was extremely rude and he laughed and said to have a good night. By the way, you can purchase those scratchers at several other places around the area with a debit (not credit card, but debit). I won't go back again purely because of how rude he was. read more

Thank god , this is my local 7-11 cos it rocks . The staff , yes all of them are awesome . Very friendly and polite . The owner often seems to have a knack for employing the right people . The place is always very clean , coffee and most importantly hot food is fresh........you know how some 7-11 leave their hot dogs on until someone buys them , these guys don't do that . We all use 7-11 often , so why not use a friendly and clean one !!!! read more

I'm so disappointed with the management of this store I have my son drive me over there because I have stitches in my knee and I can't drive so he's helping me do everything I asked him to buy me a pack of Mavericks and a Slurpee and also to get whatever he wanted he went to the counter and the management cashier ask him for ID for the cigarettes my son is 25 years old he doesn't look like a kid but he is black she would not let him purchase the cigarettes so I had to get out of the car with my Walker I just got back from Kaiser to make a long story short I went inside to purchase the Slurpees and cigarettes she would not let me purchase Slurpees and the cigarettes because I was buying a pack of cigarettes for my son by the way I'm black also I figured since I was purchasing these items with my ID and my ATM card why wouldn't you sell me the items this is wrong and I will not be going back to this store I'm upset my son is Upset and it's all because I couldn't purchase a Slurpee and some cigarettes read more

I live like a half block away from this store. I go all the time and have been since I moved to my house 12 yrs. ago. The employees used to be a lot better. Most of them talk way too much and so it takes twice as long to purchase anything. The other day I was in the store with my friend and as we walk in we were talking about my friend's mom and how her doctor told her she couldn't have kids. The cashier, in the middle of helping a customer, yells over the counter to us "The doctors told my grandma the same thing and she has three kids." I don't mind a friendly employee or the fact that my friend knows pretty much all the employees on a personal level but to interrupt our conversation while helping a customer is rude. I don't like the owner very much. Whenever he's there when I go in he doesn't ever say hi and when there are other employees working too he always ignores customers. I was checking out and he was training a new employee and they were talking about one of their family members in another state. The whole transaction took so much longer because the owner wouldn't stop the conversation for two seconds to ring me up properly. I only had three items but after ringing up every item he would go back to talking to her and get distracted. Anyways the customer service could use a little work but all in all it's just 7-eleven and you can't really hate on it. read more
