I was running low on gas on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. I drove over to the Chevron Gas Station at 2 PM that day. I pulled my car up to the Chevron Gas Station, Pump 8, then I turned off my car's ignition and I locked up my car. I started walking towards the convenience store and I entered into the front door. The Chevron Gas Station Store was very organized inside and air conditioning was on full blast. I waited in line for my turn. There was only one man in front of me. After he exited the convenience store. I told Tiffany their cashier that I want to charge $20.00 on my Debit Card for pump 8. Tiffany said that I have been signed up for their online Chevron Gas App. The REWARDS are I will get 40 off 2 gallons of gasoline. It's something to get a Discount off on Gas. When I walked out to pump 8 then I put the gas nozzle into my gas tank. I noticed the pump had not been working properly the pump Kept stopping when I tried pumping the gas online into my tank. Then I stopped pumping my gas at the pump number 8 because the gas pumped kept getting locked up. I got my purse from inside my car , then I walked towards the convenience store. I told Tiffany the cashier the pump keeps locking up on me. Tiffany said that she will tell America's this woman employee to help me pump my gas in my car for $20.00. I said great and I will wait her by my car at Gas Pump Number 8. Then I saw America's walking outside the convenience store and she got to my red car. Then America's starting pumping my gas into my cars gas tank. America's was very friendly to me and also said she was sorry for their Gas Pump not working properly. I said that's okay things happen sometimes. My Gas was already paid for when I originally paid for the gas the first time. Only giving it an extra star because they have bathrooms here, but the car wash is awful! The water smells like straight sewage! I was gagging in my car. It's a shame because I've been going through this car wash for years, so I don't know if it's just due for a cleaning, or its old, but I'm not going to risk it again. read more

accor to the cashier tonight at 10:36pm informed me that chevron does not care about their huge military community. They do not accept any id other than a California id. I presented my milit id, she told me if I cannot produce a ca id she will not allow me to purchase anything. There was a whole ordeal when all she had to do was input my birthday into her system to allow my purchase. her exact words were chevron does not allow for them to input information when the scanner isn't working. I presented the questionnof what do you do if in your items don't scan. She proceeded to tell me no I just won't sell it to YOU. As in me directly? Lady what the hell did I do to you. The many gas stations that service the many cars that come off the city streets and the late night6 travel so many get tired waiting in lines and yet the ones that help the most are the ones that help inside that take care of the actual store and the many areas outside. When you come to the gas station of the convenience is taken this time to give a greeting like, " Good Evening and How are you doing that brightens their day ". The one location that I have shopped at many times is the cleanest and has the best in products and when you come to Chevron you can have a great choice of so many Items, they are the main supplier of the Rock Star, and the Monster energy drinks they have some of the best prices that you can compare to others. The many times that I have gone to the Chevron they have a clean outside area and the company that many times has remodelers that are there doing construction at the pumps making it easier for the pumps to work faster and safer for customers. When you come into the store that you see the large energy drink display that has a wide selection and the and the many Isles that you see that the many types of chips and the many types of candy and the drink blocks that are put on display. What is the best thing that you see in a convenience? Its the well stocked supply of drinks and the many different types of flavored waters and the two litters they have that are some of the best flavors . Some of the items that I get are the chips they have they have a good flavorful company brand that is at a great price . And a great price selection on the hot products and the many types of hot food they have . With the order service lockers that they also have that I see people that do come and go from the lockers they have in the store back and the company workers they do stock the lockers at certain times . With Chevron the location itself is one of the best and the streets that do hook in with the freeway it gets busy in the morning and the traffic on broad way can be backed up. Chevron does go the Extra Mile to help so many and the products and the services are the best . read more

I came in this morning about 3 a.m. Sunday. There seemed to be some confusion on my part. Noelle was there and she was very helpful.

This is definitely my go to gas station when I need to fill up my BMW. The gas quality is so damn good and even though I use the 76 across the street also I like Chevron better. I use 76 for my Toyota because the gas here is usually more affordable. Inside the store is very spacious, clean and very well lit. The employees are pretty cool they don't say much but who cares. Well this is a good spot for great gas but getting in and out can be a pain sometimes. read more

This is a good clean station. Gas prices are comparable to other gas stations in the area, but chevron has tecron, and we all know that's what cars want..... in all truth if possible I recommend chevron gas over any others it is cleaner and I have even seen it solve check engine light issues. read more

Very clean Chevron Station and with well priced Chevron fuel that is the "Top Tier" fuel that is required for my German import cars. The only complaint I have is the countless amount of "people hanging around" at the bus stop in front of the business or just walking from car to car as people are filling up and asking for money. I don't mind helping the homeless from time to time or those down on their luck - but when you hand any of them some spare change - you see they've just played you for a fool. I say this because it's the same people every time I go in and they're not smart enough to know they had a different down on luck story the other day when they asked for money from me. It's a scam and I wish the Chevron station owner or the MTS could do something about it but I know it's not their fault for these vagrants and pan handlers just hanging around. read more

This Chevron, I only go if I'm in the area, but it's quite ghetto compared to other Chevrons I've been to and it's dirtier too. The one in Del Cerro and on Balboa Ave by the 163 freeway are a lot better. It's sometimes a pain pulling out of the lot and onto Massachusetts ave too because there's quite a bit of traffic in this area for the 94 freeway on ramp. read more

Showed up to use Amazon locker and sign on door said shift change closed for 10 minutes. I went to open door not seeing this at first and she was signaling nope. Want to get it done so I wait outside the door. She is moving super slow. Now there is a line of over 6 people and people are leaving because it has been longer than 10 minutes. I commented they should change their sign if it's going to be longer than 10 minutes, as I would have made a different choice. Then I want to sign up for a special they are advertising. I ask how to do it. You have to go home and do it. So how do I get credit for the purchase today? Response is you don't or go home and come back and wait in line again. Keep your special. The night clerks are never available and seem to be taking extremely long in the back. Also one of them talked to me with an attitude problem from the minute I walked in. Seemed like I was bothering her. She was very nasty when it came to answering my questions. When I asked for a specific pack of cigarettes she kept asking me which kind and I had to tell her four times. When I tried to look at the pack to make sure they were right she wouldn't let me even look at them from a distance to make sure they were correct until I paid and by this time I was mad. When I got to my car I noticed they were wrong and she wouldn't even exchange them for me and really had and stick up her A**. She told me if I didn't like that I can contact the manager at 7am tomorrow. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated and unfortunately this is the closest gas station near me that's open 24 hours and I wish they were more friendly and would have people skills. This would be a four star if it wasn't for the homeless that are using high pressure sales tactics to collect money while you are gassing up your car. Positives Plenty of pumps Room the get through and around the lanes Car wash Negatives You need to plan your exit so you don't have to flip a u-turn when you leave As mentioned before, the homeless I really don't have an issue with the homeless, I don't know their story and such so there is no judgment but do not corner me at my pump asking me for money, I don't like when anybody corners me - even if they were selling magazines or candy I would still be irked. This is my Lemon Grove local gas station. The customer service here is average, and usually I don't deal with them (since i pay with a card) unless the ATM's on the pumps mess up. Some of the pumps need new ATM slots due to the fact they usually don't take my card and I have to head inside for them to do a manual run of the card. All in all, this place has lots of pumps and decent prices. read more

I never thought that I would be making a review about a gas station, but the rude cashier lady pushed me to do so. I went in to put $50 on pump 6 it was such a hassle. First I wasn't even acknowledged when I first entered the store, secondly I waited about a minute before the stupid girl said anything to me.... then she said just a second while doing absolutely nothing but talking to her co-worker at this point I'm just very annoyed, she then asks me what can I help you with? I proceed by telling her that I need 50 on 6 and with an attitude says what? Lady- I have already wasted about 5 minutes of my time here- so with an attitude I repeat myself to tell her 50 on 6- my god the whole experience was very frustrating when really it should just be a quick task for her. The owner needs to hire competent people who know how to listen and push a button without giving attitude. If you don't like your job then I suggest go look for another one. read more

They take debit for the California lotto!!! Since today's the Mega Millions 400 million dollar drawing, I had to feed my addiction & stop in for a couple lotto tickets. Daniel was the cashier that helped me because I'm a rookie when it comes to playing the lotto. I know they only sell the lotto tickets until a certain time. I went in at 6pm, on a Tuesday- & the day of the Mega Millions drawing. There was no line, which is awesome if you're new at playing the lotto and need help playing. Sometimes, it gets annoying if people are buying gas or slurped and you're in there asking 21 questions & holding up the line. Daniel told me they sell tickets until 7:45 & I could pay with Debit. Credit, or Cash. Unlike most lotto ticket vendors that I've been to who only take Cash for the lotto. Also since I paid with Debit, this Chevron gives you the option to get "cash back" up to $50. Saved me a trip to the ATM & a citibank ATM fee. read more

I went to this car wash on a whim to rub the Dirt away however when I left the car wash my car didn't look much cleaner. Horrible, ghetto store! Every time I drive by there is homeless people all over the parking spots, in front of the store or behind the dumpster harassing people. There could be spillage and no employees clean it or at least put a wet floor sign, I've witnessed this twice (thanks for messing up my new shoes by the way!) anyway, what I was charged for my drink did not match the price tag on the fridge, but I think it's a bit too much to ask for a couple cents back because the manager is just plain awful! He doesn't care about anything you have to complain about or comment on and just tells you there's a number for that and sits his a$$ back in his office. The bathrooms are okay, I'll give them that star for the semi clean restrooms. The hot food is very stale or not there. This station is just a disappointment compared to others. read more

I am a Disabled US Veteran and handicap. Their are signs everywhere at this location about handicap friendly and compliance with Business & Professions Code 13660. On 8/28/2016 a little about noon, I tried to get help, I honked the horn (as recommended by the signs) and nothing. I pressed the call button located at the gas pumps and a lady said "can I help you?" I told her "yes, I am disabled and need help with pumping fuel." I waited 10 minutes and NOTHING. Again done the whole dialog "Can I help you...." more time went on and NOTHING. I waited & waited and got absolutely NO HELP. I went inside and confronted this employee. She claimed that she couldn't quiet hear me. I told her "why then have a intercom and most important a handicap sign on my pump?" She rudely replied "well ahh...I could go anyways because I am by myself." I asked to get her supervisors name and number and she became rude and very hesitant. When she did finally decide to write something down it was only the managers name. NO #. I had to ask repeatedly for her to give me a direct number to get a hold of him ASAP. She game me a number and no area. I ask again what is the area code and she rolled her eyes back ash she finally mumbled the area code 619. I found out that it was just the store number and not the manager. Is this the way handicap people are support to get treated? I am a proud vet and will not be treated like a 2nd class citizen. read more
