Did not see certification for gas here. Around christmas time. So just saying I thought they were certified gas before. I get premium. Iys easy to fill and pay here. Plus gas proces are cheaper. But I did not see a certified sticker at the pump. So beware. Partial filled my tank and be sure to get certified gas elsewhere. Costco is and of course Chevron is. Hot and cold delicious sandwiches, all freshly made to order and very easy on the wallet too. SOUPS SALADS 24 hours, beer, wine, and hard liquor with tax. I really like this market, the prices are reasonable; gas, liquor, food, coffee, cigs, snacks and so much more. They have everything although, you are not allowed to bring alcohol if visiting Sycuan doesn't hurt to grab a Truly and drink it for a good buzz before the casino vs spending $10 a drink at Sycuan, also if you are heading to the course and want to grab an affordable breakfast sando or tamale this is your stop!! Finally! A gas station. I always had to plan my gas ahead of time because of the long road to the casino and no forms of life. Gas is usually cheap here. Average gas cost is 4.19 here it's 3.89. New 16 pump gas station before the casino is cheaper than Costco gas. The day I stopped by Costco gas was $3.29 and Sycuan gas was $3.11. I luv to drive and I like country roads so I don't mind a nice little drive to get cheaper gas. All the pumps were taken but there were no long lines and no wait time. January 2022 I had an unfortunate experience here. I ubered from Sycuan Casino in order to get a few essentials and pretty much wasted my money on the trip. There were no deli or chilled foods available at all. The ATM was down. The most frustrating part was that before I came , I CALLED to make sure they had these supplies and the cashier confirmed. The extensive wine collection did save my trip. There were plenty of options for libations. Bottom Line : I hope that this was a missed delivery one off day. read more

Food was stale, bread was ridiculously hard and to top it off the older lady with short hair hates her job and treats you like expletive!!! Unless you happen to carry cash so you can tip. Not all of us use cash these days, yet she makes your visit miserable. She constantly complains about her job while you wait for your food. " Nice New & Super Clean Gas Station & Store " I went to the brand new Sycuan Square area the other day and enjoyed a nice time. I was getting some gas for my car and notice that the prices were very much lower at Sycuan Square. Their price was $3.75 per gallon as apposed to other gas stations in El Cajon at a low of $3.89 a gallon. The new gas station and beautiful store were very nice. Also the workers were very nice also. I will definitely go back to Sycuan Square again ! read more

Good place to stop at before and after the casino. The gas prices are the lowest in the area. The Market deli has a decent selection of sandwiches and they made to order, the prices are reasonable too. There seemed to be lots of other snacks, drinks, cigarettes and alcohol. read more

They are supposed to be open 24 hours but often close for 2 hours in the middle of the night. It's always the same older male employee working when this happens. I called and complained last time and was informed that he's not supposed to be closing, with the exception of a 30 minute lunch break. It's 3:15 am and the sign says will be back at 5:05 am. I've seen at least 20 people walk up to the door in a 15 minute span. He blatantly ignores phone calls and those who knock. I and multiple people I talked to drove 20+ min here, only to find it closed for another hour and a half. I understand there's only one person working but either keep your break to 30 minutes or change your hours. read more

Finally this gas station is up and running!! I think they opened September 16th 2019. There is still construction going on so it looks like it's still closed. There are two entrances you have to look for them, go slow. The employees seem really friendly and eager to work. The gas pumps are what's open and they sell grocery items as well. The deli isn't open as of 9.17.2019 but they are still working on it. The gas pump prices on the sign are for cash, the prices on the pumps if you do credit/debit cards. Glad to see that their is finally a gas station out this far out. read more

I bought a carton of Tracker RED cigarettes that was actually MENTHOL. I hate menthol and haven't had that happen in fifty years of buying cigarettes. The manager was pissed off that I returned them and tried telling me that is how they taste now. They wouldn't reimburse me the $5.20 for the open pack with ONE cigarette missing which was the only way to know the carton was mislabeled. After twenty years of buying cigarettes from Sycuan's Smoke Shop/Market I don't want to go back there. read more

Let me preface by saying my previous experiences at the store have been pleasant. But my experience today was so humiliating, I had to make this review. This morning (1-8-2021) I entered the store and got some drinks. There were, I believe, about 2 other customers inside the store, neither ready to checkout. I approached the counter and placed my goods on top. A clerk who was behind the counter stepped out and to the back. As this happens another patron finishes their shopping and gets in line behind me. A different clerk than the one who had left to the back comes to the checkout counter and calls the customer that has gotten in line behind me to come checkout at the next register. More customers enter the store and get in line. I'm still at the counter with my goods ready to scan. The teller finishes with the customer she took ahead of me and gestures behind me, again, to another customer to come checkout.. NEXT TO ME. The teller says oh, is this your drink (to the customer she's checking out, again skipping me)? I say no, that's mine. The teller says oh, okay. Finishes with that customer, and calls ANOTHER CUSTOMER from behind me. By this time four or five people have been served ahead of me, when I was the only one to approach the counter when I did. Not until I was literally the LAST CUSTOMER IN THE STORE did the teller ask me, oh, have you been helped? No, ma'am, I've been trying to figure out what the problem is and what I did wrong this whole time you've been taking customers ahead of me. She says oh i'm sorry, I thought the other teller was helping you. Pardon? I'm standing here with two drinks, at the checkout counter, alone, and you skip over me and help literally the entire rest of the store before even acknowledging my existence. It was the most humiliating experience I've ever had as I was pushed aside for other customers to be served, while I waited. Perhaps my manners need reassessing, because I won't be so polite the next time. They post pictures shaming shoplifters on their clear dividers at the checkout counter, maybe a shaming of a teller is appropriate as well. read more

Lowest cash gas prices around - which is good because most people need to drive a ways to get here. Credit card prices are about the same as what many other local stations charge (for cash). If you plan to gamble, gas up first, before possibly losing money needed to pay for gas (to leave the casino). read more

I just had my elderly mother call to see if they carried English muffins and I was told the customer service representative hung up on her and then when I tried to call back the phone just rang and went to voicemail. Love having the convenient market just down the road and gas station with amazing prices. I'm really disappointed with the customer service, cashier Leah Ann, was rude and it was shocking.I asked about having a certain item and she waved as if I were an inconvenience and continued to say "what you see is what we have" with a nasty attitude. Has anyone else paid for gas here with a debit card and had them try to run $150 charge on the card and claim it was a "hold"? My bank instantly sent me a fraud alert and canceled my debit card. When I called to find out who tried to run that amount on my card, I was told it was common practice to make sure they are going to get paid and that they give everyone a handout stating so. (I have never received such a handout) I have had plenty of holds placed on a credit card, never a debit card.and the holds have never come across as a fraud alert. I purchased $20 worth of gas with a PIN #, my transaction was complete. I don't get it. Something is fishy. read more

Very clean, the best gas prices in-town and, a nice amount of space to navigate between the pump islands.
