Viejas gas station and store. Is just off instate 8 and willows rd in Alpine California. I stopped to get gas here. Has long lines some times. . Staff is professional and polite. They make sure they take care of and your needs. They have a car wash. Hot food burritos corndogs Breakfast sandwichs. Chips Water soda. Some house hold and car supplies. Great place to fill up and I agree with the cones. When they have the cones it's total chaos lol. We want cone free lol The bathrooms are always clean and the gas is the cheapest around. Very nice employees too. They did change in regards to water or ice. They charge you just for ice or water when before it was free. Not a big deal it's .25 cents. Also now they have large pizzas I think they are 9.99. The slices are a great deal at $2. Found a really large slice today. I'll be back for sure. read more

We were here for gas. They have great prices. The quality is good. Everything is new here. I think they've been here since 2025. The value for your money is definitely great. You can also stop into the little Viejas liquor store here and grab a soda. Happy summer to everyone. read more

Solid gas station with some of the lowest prices in the area. Has actually changed the way we drive to and from the San Diego area. Much easier to scoot on by the Golden Acorn up on the hill knowing that this station and convenience store exists. Easy to operate pumps. We have never been there when all the pumps were taken. Fantastic store inside chock full of snacks and drinks. Very clean restrooms. This is a perfect place to hit the restroom and fill your tank after making it through the mountains on your way to San Diego or the perfect place to fill up your tank and hit the restroom before heading into the mountains on your way to Arizona. We have always gotten friendly and fast service from the employees. I suggest you give them a shot. It may change the way you approach San Diego, or the way you leave it. read more

This is a new place with great prices on gas, a car wash, beer cave, hot food, and native tobacco. I stopped here recently when driving west from Campo, and was impressed with everything. Easy in and out, and whatever you need for your journey! The only minor beef was that you need to go inside to grab a receipt if you pump gas. Not a deal breaker by any stretch, however. So I frequent this location ALOT and as much as I love it ... many times I hate it . This is definitely a love / hate relationship going on here . Loves : gas at a low cost , clean bathrooms, car wash , and lots of snacks to choose from inside . Hates : I hate the cones ! It just adds to the chaos. Anytime the cones are not there ... the lines flow , I'm in and out fairly quickly. But when I see those cones I'm already rolling my eyes wishing I had stopped for gas in town. Not to mention this last time they even closed off half of the exit so everyone must exit in one lane . Get rid of the cones ... I'd actually rather pay 20 to 40 cents more somewhere else than deal with those cones .. read more

I say Alpine hit the jackpot with this new addition. Spacious convenience store and a well lit space all around. A car wash I already know I will be frequenting. No long lines because they installed 16 pumps. You get a pump and you get a pump coz today they handed out the first gift cards. Absolutely disgusted and furious that my credit card information was stolen and fraudulently used at the Viejas Pit Stop yesterday, May 19, 2026. The circumstances make it painfully obvious that this could only have been done by someone with access to customers' payment information-most likely an employee. I trusted this business when I used my credit card at the pump, and shortly afterwards unauthorized charges appeared from a stranger using my information. This is not bad service-this is criminal behavior and a complete violation of customer trust and security. Customers should be extremely cautious when using their cards at this location. No customer should ever have to deal with the stress, anger, and financial fear that comes from having their personal information stolen after visiting a business they trust. I have never experienced this at the Golden Acorn Casino! Because of the fire, I trusted Viejas and was robbed. read more

Got 14+dollars of gas for my motorcycle. When I got home, my card showed prompts for the station. One for the 14 dollars, and two for 75 dollars at this location. Has anyone else experienced this? OK, this is an update. After about 20 hours, my credit card prompts for the two 75 dollar items cleared (ie they went away) So now my card shows correctly for the 14 dollar purchase. read more

Gas price is good but a $75.00 hold on my card plus the debit for my purchase is not OK without being informed. I am not happy.

Unreliable due to SDGE power outages during high winds. Would like them to post online when this happens. Otherwise really nice, good prices, convenient for Alpine, Descanso, Pine Valley. read more
