The rep charges my daughter $2.04 for a cup of ice! That is ludicrous. I will NEVER step foot in that store again. She claimed my daughter said it was a soda. My kid speaks very clearly. I stop here to fill up and get some snacks at the beginning of my work day sometimes, and the older lady that works behind the counter here is so kind and welcoming. She always calls me sweetie or honey, and blesses me as I check out. It's such a wonderful start to the day every single time. read more

I went to this shell (not cheap) to fill up my car. They have been promoting their new car wash for some time but it wasn't open. I selected the $17 dollar wash. After pumping gas, I drove up to the car wash. The red headed male attendant stomped out, and was moving his lips, but would not clarify what he was saying. He looked extremely angry. He also looked like he was withdrawing from drugs due to clench fist, shaking, dilated eyes and little control over his words or movements. I told him I was pulling up for the car wash and he said it's closed but fine come through very angrily . This was at 6:30 during daylight savings . I mentioned that nowhere does it say closed at 6:30. He motion very angrily about driving. I drove to place my wheel in the well that is typically supposed to be where the car goes in a car wash and he yelled at me. Again, I could not make out what he was saying, but he raised his fist and his voice. I politely open my window and said my wheel is supposed to go here, correct? He yelled "Jesus Christ" at me. At this point, I was pretty uncomfortable being in proximity to this man. I went through the car wash and came to the vacuums, which would not turn on. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. worst experience ever at a gas station..I frequently visit and spend a lot of money at this location...today I got to the pump and my phone was dead and my cards were all locked like usual..as I was siting at the pump waiting to be able to unlock my phone and cards...they big lady that looks like the Mucinex commercial comes to my car bangs on my door...I open it and tell her I'm about to pay...she said Im holding up the pump even though there were plenty open... I tell her I'm about to pay and proceed to shut my door. See you then lunges inside my vehicle trying to grab me. I've never been so shocked at the entitlement at the entitlement of someone running a place like this, but I will never go there again. This lady needs to be terminated before legal action before legal action is pursued. I do not know why she thinks she is able to physically cry peoples doors open that are known paying customers, especially when they're minding their own business sitting at a pump waiting to get gas. It was unacceptable and there needs to be a punishment for for a terrible. she must not have had breakfast this morning or something, but this was unacceptable read more

Nicely lite up gas station. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices for the area. They have 8 pumps and I love that they don't shut off at $75 like most gas stations. These shut off at $100. They also have a car wash. I haven't used it so I can't tell you how it is but this is my go to gas station in Alpine because they also have fairly fast pumps, not slow ones like the guys down the street. read more

The worst car wash ever. I didn't notice till we were gone. Dirt, spots, streaks, & mud left all over the car.
