Their coffee is usually fresh, the donuts are delicious, the concessions area is usually clean and the staff is really nice (to me!) ***my friend had a bad experience once, but I've had nothing but good ones!*** The gas doesn't hold up like other gas stations though (I log in my miles with every tank and gauge where the BEST gas stations are.) I personally love to get the nacho cheese to dip my stuff in, but this day I saw they had a new chipotle honey flavor taquito, so when I went to get some toppings I noticed the cool new toppings section they had. Stuff like mikes hot honey (yummy) honey mustard, kicking ranch, just a whole bunch of good tasty stuff. So I squeezed a drop on my container to taste it before I put it on my food, and the worker (can't even remember his name) came over and took it from me and said that they aren't for customers to put on their food and put it back. He said they were for sale ONLY. Ummmmmm ok, so I said, well why are they not only next to the cheese and chili, but also open as well? And without price tags???? He then got a major attitude and started talking to me like I was stupid and started pulling all of the bottles off and opening the tops and saying, "closed" "closed" "closed" "these are NOT FOR CUSTOMERS TO PUT ON THEIR FOOD!!" and then he walked away. I was pretty confused because these bottles weren't sealed..... the top has one of those airtight holes that only opens when squeezed..... and I told him that.... I told him I didn't pull any seal off of the bottle, it was already open..... but he said I wasn't allowed to use them unless I purchased the whole bottle....... This is after I spent over 150 dollars on gas btw. I was so upset over the entire interaction that I didn't even bother purchasing my big gulp and food. I just left it on the counter and walked out. Later after further research I discovered I was in-fact right. That toppings bar is in-fact for customers to use. That man was very wrong. I was treated like absolute crap, for something that he was completely wrong about. He yelled at me and spoke to me like I was a complete imbecile or trying to come up on the store. What I should have done is report it to corporate. They most definitely lost a customer. Someone who has been going to that particular 7 eleven since I was a child, and I'm about 40 now..... pretty crappy honestly. I'm still upset over it

Don't expect me to visit your business again. Do expect me to report this to 7/11 corporate, and flame you on every review board possible. See what your franchise owner thinks of telling a customer you can't help them. Why couldn't you help me? Maybe because my skin was a different color from yours. Maybe because Im a veteran. Getting a CC membership has its perks. This is one of them. Cheapest gas prices (usually) and a…read morefairly well organized line to get in and out considering the volume of drivers stopping to fill up. The pumps are well maintained and I've never had issues using them. There has been an occasional false alarm of an open spot (CC has light indicators telling a driver when a spot is open on a pump). I've unfortunately been on that side where I have driven up to a spot thinking it's open based on the green light indicator and it's not. CC has also put cones up on spots at times which blocking them pump off. Not sure why but I've seen them do this across a line of pumps.
