After getting done with business in Yuma, I headed back home to Los Angeles. This took me across the 8 freeway for the first three hours of my homebound journey. I was in need of fueling up, so I stopped by this Shell gas station. I hopped into the convenience store, and made a pit stop. I noticed that this place is pretty well kept, to include a clean bathroom. I proceeded to fuel up, and noticed that the fuel prices were a bit lower than in other gas stations in the area. I noticed the surrounding area seemed pretty safe. I didn't catch any bad vibes from anyone here. Granted, it was a quick 10 minute stop in total. We're not from around here and this lady looked at my boyfriend all throughout the store to make sure he didn't steal anything. On top of that we got coffee and she try to charge us for the creamers. I'd leave 1 star if I could. I came in around 6:30am this morning and the guy working the front counter, was the worst type of customer service. I searched on Google, for the taco shop that is connected to the shell gas station. Google reports the Taco shop as opening at 6:00am, However, when I got there, the taco shop was closed. There was guy, already at the taco shop and he was incredibly nice, offered to make what I wanted, even though they weren't open yet. He then asked me to go inside the Shell station and have them charge me there (since I didn't have cash). I drive around, park and walk in to pay. The guy from the taco shop, let the guy working the shell station, to charge me, since I didnt have cash. This guy was the worst. Instead of just letting me know that it couldn't be done that way or that he just didn't want to, He started pointing to the ATM in such a rude way and tells me to just go get cash.... he had an attitude, as if I was bother him. I asked, " are you unable to take the payment here?" He would never answer directly and just started talking with an attitude. I let the guy working the taco shop, never mind and thank you for trying to help me, even though they weren't open. Yes, I called the guy working the shell station a few choice words.... As he is so poor with simply TALKING to people with respect. I'm never one to leave reviews, But for this horrible guy, I did. Today is my birthday, I just wanted to wake up and get some breakfast...
