Early morning Saturday I stop by for my coffee I normally don't go to this location cause it's out of my way but I went to Mañana's got a breakfast bowl figured I'd go get a coffee from 711 the coffees are just about empty and look filthy it's about 830 so I go use the machine I had to use it twice cause it wasn't functioning any way when I remove my cup there is a nasty fil over The top where the coffee machine meets the cup like it hasn't been cleaned in a while I ask the guy for napkins he said there's no napkins so I clean it off with my hands as much as I can 3$ for a nasty coffee man I was not happy all said and done i wo t go back the whole store seemed like it's lacking management or employees read more

3:10pm June 8th. Stopped to get gas. Pump tells me to see cashier. Cashier picks up his phone to text as I approach the register. No hi or hello. Employee immediately says "I was texting my boss" as if a child making an excuse while getting caught red handed. Didn't really care as I'm not your supervisor dude. I just want to get gas. I do care that you told me that you would NOT help me with the pump. I needed gas. The pump told me to see you. You told me quote "I can't help you"... WTF ok fine. Don't expect me to visit your business again. Do expect me to report this to 7/11 corporate, and flame you on every review board possible. See what your franchise owner thinks of telling a customer you can't help them. Why couldn't you help me? Maybe because my skin was a different color from yours. Maybe because Im a veteran. Hard to know since you wouldn't say. I'll just assume discrimination. read more

Typical 7 eleven. It wasn't overly clean. Or messy. Just, ok. The three men at the register just wanted to ring you up and have you leave. I didn't really engage them, but when I mentioned that I needed one more item, they seemed put out. It's an ok place to stop, grab a soda and leave. read more

This is the 711 that I'm closest to... it's also the one that i buy my gas from and other basic needs.im there almost daily. There's a couple employees that seem to be unhappy all around in their lives, but let's not go there rrn... I voted this at 5 stars because I revcied excellent service from an employee the other night! I forgot his name even though i made sure rto ask him throuout my last visiit. I'll edit this post and find out next time I see him bur this is why he gets 5 stars... every time I see him he has a great attitude and he has very positive energy very kind and courteous, and he gave me info for my dog that really helped him this week! This guy knows the importance of customer service and I hope he gets promoted soon! read more

Sadly I don't live by this 711 anymore. I would come here all the time and get Gas, Redbull , Candy almost every week. There is always a line but it goes super quick. The employees are SO Welcoming and friendly. I really enjoyed coming here. I will try and swing by if I'm in the area. It's hard to find cashiers at convenience stores that are cool. I can officially say they are all cool here. The Gas is always a Great price too. The parking lot is HUGE so it's easy to get in and out, back on the road! read more

They won't give any cigarette discounts, because the owners don't like cigarettes. Even the standard 2 pack discounts and points aren't received. It's America I understand freedoms. But don't be a hypocrite don't sell them at all. Instead they just charge you more. Its like chick- Filla charging double to gay people. You know they don't like you. So it's twice the FU. read more

Solid hardworking 3rd shift is a tough shift to do at this location. Bunch of trouble making lowlife hang around BICYCLE guys too old to be. In a bicycle gang . Darel the night guru is a master works harder than any other. This area needs more experienced pros like him but they just don't pay enough for them to stay. This is my favorite 7-11. They always have my brand of cigarettes in stock, my favorite coffee flavoring on hand and the staff np matter what time of day doesn't have any attitude. I have run into the owner of this franchise as well and he seems to be an okay guy and seems to appreciate his employees. A Special shout out to Amber. This 7-11 shows awesome customer service! I have been coming here every other day for the last 7 years and I was in need of more than the awesome wild cherry slurpee my little girls get every other day. We walked to the store in the ten minutes my girls and I go and it started to sprinkle and we were more than half way there so we went the whole way and made it. But while we were there it started to pour down like crazy and we were stuck there. The staff at the store let us stay in the store for some time to wait for a ride and I think they were thinking of there customers because if I would have had to wait out there it would not have been good. They are very friendly and warm to my little girls and the rest of the family when they come it. read more

I wouldn't go here again if you paid me. The staff are so disrespectful, they were talking about a homeless man outside standing in between 7/11 and the taco shop in the store so all customers could hear. I handed the man $ when I came out I felt so bad for him. The lady working commented about it so we had words as she's holding the store door open. The other lady working yelled over the counter and out the door telling me to just leave so we had words. There very disrespectful I wish I could put a - star for this ghetto store. I stopped in to grab a coffee on my way to a client's house and managed to leave my credit card in the machine. The lady behind the counter "Kristy" tried to catch me but I'd left already. When I returned she ask me for an I'd. to confirm it was me which I appreciate. She was honest, kind, and responsible. I can't thank her enough. read more

This place is horrible, especially Kenny and Barbara. They are the worst customer service reps, I have ever experienced. They are very rude and disrespectful. I used to go there for almost 20 years. I stopped because of those two. I have heard the other 7 11 down the street is picking up all their old customers, because of Kenny and Barbara. Amber is real nice, but having those employees, forget it , I will never go back there again, even if its out of my way to go to the other one. When I heard that Barbara had quit, I started going back again, until I heard they rehired her again. I would never recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. I don't know what the management was thinking when they hired these two. A word of advice, be careful about exchanging money with these two. read more
