On March 5, 2026. A little bit after midnight, I decided to visit this 7 eleven with the intention of buying a few snacks because I live nearby. I walked in the store as I decided to get something to drink and I also decided to get nachos and I asked the employee if he can add cheese and chili to the machine because they were both on empty. The employee was very rude and told me that he was not able to help me. After I had already purchase the Nachos. Then I asked the employee if he can help me find chili in a can. He said that they didn't have any in stock. I decided to look around to see if I could find some chili in a can. The good news is I found what I wanted " Chili in a can". As soon as I was gonna buy the chili, the employee had said that I scared him. The employee was so disrespectful and he left me no choice but to leave. I would understand if I wasn't buying anything and was there looking around for a long period of time and then I would understand if he felt nervous and scared of me trying to commit some kind of crime ( stealing). I had already paid for my stuff when he literally was cursing at me and trying to kick me out. I was very upset. This employee had no common sense. I never understood how he would tell me such a thing. All I know that I purchased 15 dollars worth of stuff and for no reason He cursed at me. This employee had told me hurry up and pay for my sh!t and to get the fvck out. This individual had no respect for me as a customer. This employee was kicking me out after buying stuff. I describe this employee ( very dark skin and has corn rows.) The reason why I'm describing him to this review is because I didn't catch his name. I hope that this review finds its way to corporate because of this looser, They lost a good customer that purchases about 40 dollars every week to that 7 eleven. I'm never going back. This kind of people need a whole lot of training. This employee needs to be fired . A quick reminder to that looser " CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT" Its called "CUSTOMER SERVICE ". The lady that wears a scarf is extremely rude and disrespectful be aware of this place over charges you and refuses to give you corporate's number the place is dirty and they always seem to add a few bucks to the price check your Receipt before getting out of this location. I've contacted corporate for her behavior on March 3 at 12:32 PM On the Slurpee machine it says a dollar for large Slurpee she rings me up for 269 when I asked her about it she tells me to shut the fuck up and leave her store if I don't like the prices, good job you lost a customer for life. read more

No Mask Wearing Employee! Don't Shop Until It's Safe! I went to get the morning coffee and drinks at this particular 7-11 and the employee Anthony wasn't wearing a State of California mandated mask. I have an autoimmune disease and I don't want to take any chances; and I surely think the store should be happy we're shopping during Covid-19. I asked the employee to put his mask on while he's out and about the store walking right next to me (on purpose, why?) and he told me NO-he doesn't have to because he's an employee. When I asked again and told him it's important to me, he told me to screw off and got a friend in on it. Can you imagine I came there to give them business; and for their employee not to have enough courtesy for the company to follow the state regulations is really unacceptable. And, now I have 2 grown men arguing with me because I asked an employee to wear a mask. The employee behind the counter told me; 'thank you, so much' for telling him because he works with him all the time and he won't wear a mask. And, the employee is the one that explained the complaint process to me. During Covid-19 and with the inability at this time to get a vaccine; if you have a pre-existing condition don't go to this particular 7-11. Made a quick stop at this 7 Eleven for a few items. I came in for my usual Jalapeno Cheetos, a 32 oz unsweetened iced tea, and a Super Lotto Plus ticket. The ice dispenser was pretty clean and in good working condition, but the trash can nearby needed to be emptied. The iced tea was good by the way. The Cheetos were readily available at the front counter where I purchased my lotto and paid for my items. They guy at the register was friendly enough and in the end I left the store without a hitch. I do like that they have a Co-op ATM, like many of the other 7-Eleven's in the area. They also handle money transfers, and offer a free regular slurpee with a Yelp check in. read more

So wait a minute.. 24/7 store.. is not open 24 hours anymore. I just walked a good half mile from my house at 3:30 a.m. to get some basic necessities, only to find out that there's a sign on the door stating they are closed from 1:00 to 5:00. Seriously.. understand there's Covid19. but you clean as you go you don't need four or five hours to close the whole store down.. The sales associate was just standing there at the register. They weren't actively cleaning anything. why bother to be open at all if you're not going to serve the public? Based on yelper named Jack, I was interested to check in offer free small slurpee. I see the offer still there. So I checked in at 3 pm on aug 17th 2016 and try to redeem the offer at that time (offer has timer, 3 hours since checked in and we use it right away). Cashiers (one name Mirna and a male) refused it, saying : we only accepting 7 eleven app,that is it. Other reason was : we couldnt find any barcode related to it. Recently went into this store and was so grossed out that I had to leave. I was afraid to touch anything! In a time when cleanliness is absolutely necessary with the spread of COVID-19, this place was shocking! The floors were disgustingly dirty, the fountain drink area was covered in spills and dirty. After writing my first review of the rude and unprofessional treatment I'd received, I wasn't back on Yelp until today and what did I find? A bunch of increasingly rude and insulting messages from the owner of this business!! He wasn't there when the incident occurred and yet of course he believes his lying staff. ( I only took one bite of the horrid thing, which was COLD, and didn't receive a 2nd, but in fact was refused a replacement and was given my money back.) This unprofessional owner then continued to make things worse by stooping to name calling and being personally insulting in his messages! So, make sure if you do frequent his business, not to have any opinions about his horrible food, nor complain about his rude staff, or you will face the same type of horrible messages that I have been subjected to.
