If you care about your car do not go. My overall experience was not good. I was feeling lazy and didn't want to wash my car myself so I decided to go through the car wash and ended up leaving needing a whole new bumper paint job and lower splitter. As I entered the car wash lane and paid not one employee raised any concerns about the ride height of my car yes it's a low car. About 60% of the way through the wash I see it's about to raise up and got scared and next thing I heard was my bumper hit the tracks. I had to sit and listen so my car drag across the for the rest of the way. As I got out of the car I noticed it had ripped my lower bumper off the mounting points. And scratched my car tremendously. In addition the quality of the wash wasn't even good. There was still bird feces on the car along with the car not even near dry. read more

Tip get the vacuums nearest to the car wash exit they have the most suction trust me Also I recommend the cashier lady to smile a little more. Buyer beware. Car wash is decent, especially considering the price of my monthly service. That said, the car wash did tear off a piece of my windshield wiper. When I called to ask what would be done about this, they reinstated their policy and liability written documentation around the facility that relieves them of liability. For context, the same thing took place at a car wash I visited in the past. I was loyal to their several years, and they were replaced the windshield wiper, even though they had the same signs... one should ask themselves, is it worth losing reoccurring business by not simply replacing the windshield wiper? All the employees here have no motivation and do not care about customer service. They do not take of the facility and cannot even sweep where the vacuum area is. They have an employee named Ryan that tries to fight customers, he curses at them and gets in their face. The manager lets him get away with his terrible attitude and pretty much lets him do whatever he wants. The manager admitted that this happens a lot with Ryan. I called the main office and emailed and no response. The leadership team seems like they do not care about their business. When this place first opened, it was good to go to, but has gone downhill over that last few years. I guess the leadership team does not like to succeed. I had been going to this car wash for 2 years now. I paid for the $39.99 subscription each month because I take pride in my vehicle and prefer it to be clean. In the recent months I have noticed that my vehicle was not being properly cleaned or dried by the car wash and was leaving water marks all over my vehicle. My vehicle has been getting scratches from the car wash which I am well aware is possible but it is constant and is ruining my car. They have recently placed in a new system that automatically scans your window sticker for you indicating which subscription you have, however, before that the system was down for over a month and I feel as I was not getting the car wash I pay for selected and was getting a cheaper service. The female who works at the booth 9/10x has an attitude and does not seem to want to be there. I am only ever offered "dash wipes" 3/10x I go there which I think is crazy considering I do pay for a subscription? Recently I had went through the car wash and was told I was "not being charged" the past 4 months they then requested a new card to be placed on file. I immediately checked my bank account and saw that I was in-fact paying each month, I was then charged double and when I spoke to the manager I was told they would look into this issue and call me back to issue my refund and I never did receive a call back. During the 2nd spin brush cycle, the brushes stopped briefly and there was a loud crack as my driver's side mirror snapped away as the brushes started to spin again. Filed a report with the manager and was told he'd speak with his bosses and someone would call or contact me in a few days. No one called. After several days, called and spoke with the owner who had no information on it and wasn't on location. Was told he'd speak with the managers and someone would contact me. No one called after a day. Had car washed (frequent summer customer) and requested only a basic wash, paid with debit card. Did not look at receipt until a few days later to enter into checkbook. Noted a $9 charge for mud removal! Car did not have mud on it nor was I told of this extra charge if in fact there had been mud. . Today I returned to the shop to obtain refund for this inappropriate charge. Talked to two different people one of whom spoke to the manager who was present but. "not available". Honestly it's like a 4 star car wash but it's the only place I go to wash my car. It's cheap, my car leaves decently clean, they give out free wipes and the vacuums work pretty good. It's fully drive through and you get out and vacuum your car at the end. Yes there are some parts of my car that don't get cleaned very good, but it always ends up better than before. The employees are nice and they take Apple Pay, which I like. About 6$ for a basic wash and 8$ if you want triple foam. read more

I won't be going to this car wash any more. In the process of going through the car wash tunnel, the car wash stopped in the first part of the car wash. A worker came up to me and said the "chain had came off the tracks and it would take 30 minutes to fix", so I needed to drive forward through the tunnel, but yet as I started to do that another employee told me to, stop, and that I would have to back my car out, and not go forward. The employee stated "You will have to back out and you will feel a few bumps of the rollers but just keep going". I did what he said then another employee came said said to, stop and, I should have waited for him to guide me in backing up and now if anything has happened to my car or the car wash I would be liable. After I got my car out and looked at it there are now 2 huge holes in my Tesla's rims on that track side. This action is a total lack of responsibility & upsetting as this car is only 2 years old. I don't know exactly what the detergents do on a molecular level, but my car is less filthy than before and I didn't have to do much. Since the machines run from open to close and you don't need a token or need to pay to activate the machine, anyone can stop by to vacuum their own car without buying a wash. I have to give a 2 star, because I've have used them sporadically for years. It's good for a quick maintenance wash. But I suggest you pay attention to the wash you pay for, and the wash you get. I paid for their top tier 'Premium', but noticed that the 'deluxe' light was as on as I was going through. The attendant that guides you through had already moved to the vehicle behind me by the time I noticed. So I was unable to get it corrected before the track took me through. I looped back around and told the checkout attendant, they said to head back to the track and they would have it do a proper premium wash. None of the lights were lit up, but the checkout attendant came over and said I was good to go and not to worry about it. The track took me through, and it seems like it gave me a basic wash. I even checked my dash cam footage for both trips, to confirm that I wasn't being "Karen". None of the nozzles for the premium service lit up or sprayed on my pass-through. Decent car wash, I have used it many times. My only complaint is that the brushes do not get the back window. Ever! The attendant who directs you into the car wash should be equipped with a wet brush to swipe SUV back windows that have an overhang (like most do) and pre-clean this area. I took my car into Five Star Express car wash yesterday because it was really dirty but the dirt on it was just dust that has settled and then the dew at night had a come down on top of that - an easy enough fix. When I came out of the car wash and pulled over to look at what they had done, the car was still covered in soap suds, the tailgate was filthy and part of the windshield was so dirty I had to clean it to drive home. When I got home I had to do a complete re-wash and dry and Windex all the windows. This is pretty time-consuming if you're partially disabled. I'd have been better off turning the hose on my car in the driveway, getting out washing and drying materials and saving myself $$. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

The only thing good about this place is the price. They should rename it "Zero Star Car Wash." I went on a Friday afternoon and it was very busy. There is only one way in and out of the driveway off of Mission Gorge. I entered, in one line. As I got near to the booth where you pay the line split into two...but there was only one person collecting money and only one way into the car wash, so that did nothing to help the situation. When I exited the car wash and tried to go around to the vacuum area I had to do some fancy manuevering to get to a vacuum, as they were now using both of the lanes for "in" traffic. I vacuumed, dried my car, and tried to exit. I was blocked in. Both of the lanes were being used for "in" traffic. I asked the man directing traffic if he could help me to leave. He told me that it would be about 20 minutes. I said to him that he shouldn't use the "out" lane as an "in" and there were arrows on the pavement to show the direction cars should go. He told me that it was private property and company policy to use both lanes as "in" lanes when they were busy and if I didn't like it I could call his boss. Luckily, with some more fancy driving and kind drivers, I got out of there in a couple of minutes. The lay out of this place is awful. Not worth the trouble to save a couple of dollars. Brought a small sized SUV to get washed. Paid $11 for the wash and after the wash, I pulled into a spot to vacuum. Let me say, if you pay $11 for a wash there better be towels to dry your car!!! There were no towels available and you had to purchase your own. Secondly, the entire back of the vehicle was still completely dirty. I do not recommend this wash at all. BEWARE: This Car Wash Damaged My Car I ran my Escalade (SUV) through this tunnel wash yesterday and their machine damaged my car by ripping one of my brake lights off. I had to ask one of their employees to go back into their machine to find the broken piece (red brake light lens) that was torn off by their washing process. I have the piece, but the light was broken in the process. The staff did not want to take responsibility but did allow me to fill out an "on site incident report" (the manager has not yet called me back about the damage). They gave all kinds of excuses, such as accusing me of loosening the screws to the brake light. Ugggh. Why would anyone want the hassle and besides, the pictures show that the light was torn off my car while leaving all the screws tightly bolted in-place (with the broken red plastic still firmly attached around the screws). Their washing process simply broke the brake light right off my car. Be careful with this business. I would avoid this car wash or be sure to take tons of pictures of your vehicle before allowing it into this particular car wash. All I want is for them to buy me a replacement brake light (I'll install it myself if they don't want to)... but nobody from the car wash has bothered to call me back after I filed my complaint report. If I don't hear from them today I plan to keep calling them until someone there offers to fix the damage they caused. read more

This car wash was a really good deal! I just wanted a fast and simple car wash that still was quality and I found it! Upon arrival I saw some staff who were very helpful and pointed me exactly where to go. They staff here were very friendly! I asked them a ton of questions about each service and they answered happily. They even took off my antenna piece for me because I forgot. You can choose a $5, $7 or $10 wash and yes they take credit cards- even discover! First you go through the drive-through machine wash and at the end you drive around to the vacuum area. Don't leave yet! Some staff members come out and dry your car for you. Then you can use the free Very high powered vacuum to clean out your car in a nice shady overhang. Overall it was a very nice experience, fast and cleaned my car well compared to other drive-through machines. They even gave me a little wipe to use on the interior of my car.
