However, the final charge ended up being $50 for my SUV, which I appreciated that there was no additional charge since my car is midsized. I also made sure to tip 20% to the guy who washed it. Overall, really happy with the service and I'd definitely come back again.

I figured I might as well try it out and I'm glad I did! First, every car bay I tried while going there has strong suction, which is something I really appreciate. Second, it's obvious that people are constantly switching out the dirty microfiber cloths for clean ones. Both really good things to look out for at a car wash! The thing I appreciated the most, above all else, was how easy it was to cancel my subscription. All I did was tell the guys I wanted to cancel when I went in for a wash. It was canceled by the time the car started to go through. No upselling, no resistance, no nothing. Just a, "yes ma'am let me help you with that right away." It feels like that is so rare these days. Also, to be clear, I canceled because I don't go to the car wash enough to drop $40/month on the title wave monthly plan. However, I think if you do go to the car wash regularly, it's worth it! Personally, I will be returning every time I do need a wash... I love this place!

They'll wipe down surfaces, clean the windows, and make sure everything looks great before you leave. That combination is honestly the best of both worlds ...the speed and convenience of a drive-through wash with the finishing care of a full-service car wash. The staff was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do. You can tell they care about the final result and about the customer experience. If you're used to doing all the finishing work yourself at other chain washes, Aqua Clean is a really nice upgrade and still a great value. They are always in good spirits and tentative to any needs you may have if you are not used to how it works. The location specifically always has towels wash's and ready for use. Location is rarely backed up, so you won't wait often for a vacuum spot after the wash. The bays are like over sized parking spots so you won't be so close to other customers cars you can't open your door. You can get a one time wash but I like the monthly membership perk of being able to drive up and the reader scans the bar code they place on your car and it lets you right in. (As many washes as you want) sometimes they give out free swag bags with towels and extra air fresheners which is cool. Theres 3 monthly options 25,35 and 40$ basic to full package. I rated four stars because sometimes the vacuum fittings are stuck in the holder because they have fallen off. Also because my rims are off set which makes me rims stick out slightly more than a stock car so if I don't place my car right it will scratch the rim (risk I take) could be fixed in house I feel like. I can touch up my rims so I do not stress it so much. My old membership also included tire shine but that was hit and miss sometimes I had zero tire shine and other times I had tire shine on my tire and rims another thing I feel like can easily be fixed in house. (But I downgraded my membership because of it) But again I can deal with these things, I mention this stuff solely for the purpose of future customers and why they mite want/need to know.
