I try to treat my Mustang well, because it's more than just basic transport for me. I saw the low ratings for this shop, and was nervious -- I honestly only went here because the place down the block refused to take me. I'm so glad I did. This is the best bargain in town. The guys did the inside and outside of my car thoroughly, both more cheaply and more quickly than any other hand wash shop I've been to. Exterior, wheels/tires, vacuum, and interior cleaning, all in about a half hour. $55, including a bottle of soda and a tip for the fellas. The guy running the place said he took over for his uncle two months ago, and made a lot of changes. I can only assume the low ratings came from then. My experience was absolutely fantastic. read more

Magnolia Car Wash - Shiny as new... - Car Wash Near Me - Santee, California

Wow, crappy job guys.. they didn't vacuum out front passenger side , maybe they forgot, and didn't even notice? The center counsel wasn't wiped down, cup holders weren't vacuumed or wiped. Windows weren't wiped. $30 for the wash and $9 for tip. I won't be returning or recommending to other friends and family. read more

I'm very impressed with the service and how professional and courteous they are. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. I had a wash and shampoo, still can't believe how good it looks! read more

Very rarely do I find a car wash that does a great job on teslas. Definitely earned a loyal customer!

Never going back to Magnolia Car Wash. We brought our BMW here on Saturday and were surprised when they threw in a complimentary interior wipe-down. Now I know why. When I got home, I discovered severe curb rash on both right-side rims that completely stripped them down to the bare metal. It is clear the car was scraped against their automatic track system, and the "free" service was likely an attempt to cover it up or distract us. I am furious and will never bring a vehicle back here. Consider this a warning to anyone who values their wheels. read more

My first time here and they did a great job. The owner is nice and the staffs are super friendly. I love to support hand car wash places as many big corporations car wash open in Santee. Will definitely comeback! read more

I've been coming to this car wash for the last year or so. They have been very friendly every time and continue to do a good job cleaning both my car and truck. They are a family owned business that is continuing to make improvements to better provide for their customers. The prices are very reasonable and they aren't pushy about add-on services. read more

They don't really wash even for $30. I'm not talking about tar or marks. They didnt even wash the dirt after the rain. They missed big spots and the entire car had a film of light dust all over it. A thorough washing would get it, but they don't do that. They just trying to get by with minimal effort. Windows, door and trunk sills weren't done either. This place sucks read more

Magnolia Car Wash - They think this is ok - Car Wash Near Me - Santee, California

Another awful job. We keep thinking it was a bad day so try them again, and again, but this is the last time we will throw our money away at this place. Here's a picture as we are driving away from the $60 car wash AFTER they were done! Completely missed the mirrors, and where they couldn't reach in the center of the hood was also missed. The door jams didn't get wiped down either. Took an hour, the leather has areas with tons of heavy greasy conditioner and other areas that were completely missed inside the car. We were told the leather seats and interior would be wiped down for that $60 price, but this was terrible - super gunky- greasey or not touched at all. The bumpers, lower part of the car and side steps aren't clean either and the grill is almost as dirty as when we drove it in. Super disappointed. We do NOT recommend this place. We won't be going back. read more

They do a great job! Very thorough, take their time. No complaints! Good vali, hand wash for $30. They open doors, clean everything thoroughly read more

While washing the car they didn't even do a pre rinse. They applied the brush and soapy water to a dry vehicle. There wasn't a proper rinse as well. I had soapy residue on my windshield which was noticeable, and a hazard, the next morning driving into work. Also I had three guys drying and they missed a lot of areas especially near the bottom. A simple half assed wipe would have been sufficient. read more

I do not understand the negative reviews from this excellent hand car wash. Coming from the Bay Area I am used to paying $150 for a hand car wash for my SUV. We have been taking two cars here for the last 4 months with no issues. $45 for ALL hand car wash they do not use any machines. They detail your car and apply leather shine if applicable. Highly recommend. read more

Great place to bring your car to get a quality full service hand car wash. They clean the inside and outside all you have to do is enjoy your time there. No matter the size car small or big they got you covered. They do cars and trucks lifted big or small. They do not use brushes and they also do RV's read more

Good service prices are reasonable it's a small business but definitely worth returning if you own a truck take your antenna off just saying

I just picked up my Cadillac from a clay wax detail. I couldn't believe it was my same car. It just looks amazing! I had tried to get out some scratches and dog drool and could not. These guys got out that and a lot more scratches from the car wash place I had been taking it. It made me so happy, and the guys were so proud to show me what they had accomplished. I am turning in my lease. I am sure they saved me a lot of money! Once before when I brought my car there, they found money under my seat and gave it to me. I am really happy with this place, read more

My grandson got sick in my new car I cleaned it but couldn't get the smell out so I took it in to get cleaned professionally! They said no problem and it would cost $200.00. I paid and waited 4 hours for them to finish it No problem. But after I picked my car up the deodorizer faded and it smelled worse than ever. My windows were smidged and my mirrors had water spots all over. They did a half-ass job and it still stunk! I then went to a pet supply store and picked up a enzyme cleaner and re washed the inside of my car. Then the seatbelt which I had told them to concentrate on. I got the smell out. They did a crappy job and I paid for it!! I'm extremely disappointed and will never go back! read more

Have had my truck washed here about 10 times now out of convenience. I am never pleased, they have multiple guys working on a single car, and I always find myself cleaning more when I get home. read more

Over priced for quality of service. They did not dry the truck completely and totally ignored the wheels. Not to mention they scratched the tailgate and dinged the cab. I am very meticulous with my vehicle and know for certain the damage was this wash. Do not bring your cars here. read more

Super unhappy with my experience this morning. Brought my car in for a wash. Got it home and noticed 2 paint chips in the hood of the car. Brought it back to them and they proceeded to tell me they were already there and there was NO way they could've done that. They then proceeded to laugh and joke about it in a different language. I asked about their security cameras and if we could verify the damage was present prior to them washing it but they refused. Not happy. Will not be back. read more

Magnolia Car Wash - Chips that miraculously appeared AFTER the car was washed by these guys. - Car Wash Near Me - Santee, California

Went today paid $35 for my SUV while the cashier was nice. They did a horrible job. Nothing is wiped down in side waste of money

I stopped going here many years ago because they got really sloppy and lazy and I figured I'd try him again today because they're close to me after several years anyway it's the same ownership I think that they were very friendly and I got the wax and detail clean. They did a better job than I expected but left a lot of minor things than I had the guy clean up and it only took 45 minutes and it was completely waxed and cleaned it was worth it for 90 bucks read more

Not the cheapest but certainly THE BEST. 100% hand wash. They treat my car like their own car. My car looks like new when they are done. They always go way beyond what is asked! read more

All they do is slather your car in armor all. My seat has a "stain" from "leather conditioner" on a cloth seat. They said bring it back and they will fix it. I dont trust them. I bought the best of the basic car wash and the spider web on the side mirror was still there. There was also still dirt and dust near the doorhandles. They spray water in to your car to clean the door jams. Awful. Never again. Finding a quality carwash for a decent price is near impossible in this town. read more

Do not go here. They damaged my husband's truck and would not take ownership of it. We will never step foot at this place again.

I have no problem paying for a service but the wash was disappointing. My 2019 Tacoma was "finished" with streaks left on my leather seats, the floor mats were still soaked and not put back properly, there was still a spider web on my side view mirror and the "cleaning" and dressing of the tires and wheels were terrible. I brought a few concerns up to the guy who handed me my keys and he said he always leaves mats like that, it will dry. When he went to wipe my seats again, more dirty smears were left because they use the same dirty rag over and over again. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to going to a new location. I won't be back. read more

Trust the poor reviews and don't come here. Gave this place too many chances because of the convenience, but this will be the last time I come here. There's about 8 people waiting for their cars and the workers are only drying one car at a time. If you're going to focus on drying only one car at a time you'd expect a great job, but no there are water spots everywhere. When your car is ready if you point out the wet spots the crew doesn't like it. The man inside who I presume to be the owner lacks customer service skills. Check the photos, that was shortly after, windows were wiped very poorly as well and required windex and wiping. read more

Paid $60 wash. They did a terrible job. Dirt left on the car u can see the wipe marks all over our black truck. Didn't even look like it was washed. Never going there again. read more

Went in at 9 on Saturday morning. 6 cars ahead of me. Paid $30.00 for the full service wash. Waited about 1 hour before they finished. Still some dirty spots on the car. $30.00 for a long wait and mediocre job. Not going back. read more

This car wash has gone down hill in regards to quality. I paid $40 and the guys barely cleaned my car. They are supposed to armor all the dash, door, seats and I asked the guy to finish and he told me "no, it's not included". The doors and trunk weren't even wiped down. :( I won't recommend the business to anyone read more

Dont go to this place for a car wash!!! Went there and end up having black spots like BLACK GREASE all over the leather seats, i got to remove some of the small spots but i cant remove the big black spot on the front seat!!! My car was filthy. Now it's shiny. Price was fair. Not much more to ask for from a car wash place. My new go to local car wash.

The new owners really made big improvements here. The service is 100% hand wash, the only kind of wash in use for my new car. I got the hand wash, wax, wheels, interior vac for $17. Definitely worth the few extra bucks to save my paint. Incidentally, the owner was on site and cry gracious. He happily gave me a tour of the wash and explained all the steps they use in the process. read more

Just paid for the "Total Look" package at $39.99 +$3.00 for regular full size truck. No lift, no big tires etc. Whatever, that's fine as long as they do a good job. Well, they didn't. Leftover bug splatter and bird crap on the hood, wheels not dressed completely (half the tire has dressing the other half is just spots that were missed), the interior dressing is the same. You can see where the rag started and stopped because of the obvious difference in sheen. Rubber floor mats still dripping wet put back into the truck and not fastened down like they were when the truck was handed over to them. ZERO ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I have better washes at the drive thru places around town. Worst $40 car wash/"spray wax" I've ever paid for. And I tipped before I saw the finished product in the sunlight. So much for that money. Never again. read more

This place is great! Since the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming. While I waited, I decided to buy a sparkling water and the man at the cash register said it was on them.
