Very very poor service. I went to this restaurant and ordered 3 small sundae's. I go to the window to pick up my order immediately when I picked up my sundaes I noticed 1 of them had a hair on it & instead of the manager coming to talk to me she sends one of her employees up to me to give me my money back. They offer ice cream, hot dogs and burgers. They had quite a lot of options. Different ice cream sundaes, milkshakes, chocolate dipped vanilla cones. The brownie cherry parfait sounded really good, so that's what I ended up ordering. The soft serve ice cream itself was good. The brownie was stale and old. The cherry flavoring tasted a little off. Almost like cough syrup. The parfait was $7 total. It wasn't worth that much at all and felt like a waste of money. Service was just as bad as the parfait. The 2 employees working did not like answering any questions and were not happy to be working. If I was desperate, maybe I'd come back. I go to the location and waited a little while since it looked they were cooking up a large order and there was about two people in front of me and they realized I was at their window I ordered: Old Fashion Double Cheeseburger Large Fries Onion Rings Medium Vanilla Ice Cream in a cup I like the fact that they don't make your food until you order. I was kind of taken by surprise that the gentleman gave me my ice cream with no top since I did have to drive but safely drove back home without it messing up.
