Been here a few times since they have opened. I downloaded the app and ordered. When I arrived my bowl was ready. This location stays busy but you get your food quickly. The staff is always nice.

I had a very good #3 Ham & Provolone Mike's way on wheat bread which I quickly made into a combo with a bag of chips and ice tea. The submarine sandwich came with a good amount of ham and cheese. The bread was surprisingly soft and flavorful. I usually have issues with their bread here, but I am glad they have improved it. The sandwich was tasty and you can't go wrong having it Mike's way. Service was friendly and quick. I ate inside this location. It's a smaller location then most.

Beyond LIVID!!! I was trying to order my food which I ordered a tuna sandwich while the guy was trying to spread the tuna by looking at it was drenched with water while spreading the tuna with 4 scoops left from the bowl I asked the guy if I can get a fresh batch. He told me that it comes like that. What's wrong with you! are you telling me that I never ordered a tuna sandwich! How about you try eating drenched tuna! I'm a paying customer! While leaving the place the girl made a rude remarks about what had happened! Try eating a drenched sandwich and tell me how it tastes like!

Food could use a thick cut for flavor, everything thing is extra so you go from$9.95 to $19.95 just like that.

We paid for it (on the right side of the car and left - no waiting. Mom can't eat while riding in the car, so she waited until we arrived at the vet's office. She opened her burger, only to find cheese on it. Since she can't stomach milk, I tried to call the phone number on the receipt to resolve their mistake. Unfortunately, whatever mailbox was full and/or I couldn't leave a message. So now she has to wait until the vet appointment was done before we could go back. This is when I really started to get angry. We used the same line as before, and there were two cars ahead of us. Instead of talking to the automated "lady" again, we just pulled up behind the last car. We waited, and waited, and waited - 20 minutes (at least) until we were at the window. We watched the employee take one walk up person after another, after another, while we waited watched her without even acknowledging our presence. She took three people, plus exchange quarters for dollars. Well, I guess that's where the one star can go. When we finally had her attention, I had to interrupt her as she listed the order from the car behind us. I alerted her to the problem and she apologized and took the whole bag from my mom. When I realized I told her the wrong toppings and got her attention to tell her. That's when I got a dirty look. I understand under pressure and I was the one who made the mistake so that one I'll let slide. Then when we were only handed a burger only, I got her attention again, to let her know there were fries in the bag she took and didn't look into. Then I got another dirty look. That one took it too far. It could be that someone called in, quit, or the other person was new to the job. That said, management needs to learn how to handle whatever staff issues are going on because the average customer simply doesn't care (even though they should!); they want their food in a reasonable amount of time for "fast" food. This visit didn't qualify.

I had to tell her I was a customer too and I was addressing this inedible strips they decided were okay to serve. The cashier was also clueless! People in front of me asked multiple times for their drink! They are not that busy to be ignoring people and need to prioritize! I'm a customer who took the time to go through the automated drive thru get crappy food and patiently wait in the walk up line not to hold up the drive thru and she's literally ignoring me! 30 mins to get a refund! Didn't order a burger from here because 99% of the time the bread is stale! Fries changed!! Never going back

Why would they not place it in there in case someone liked the sauce? In this case, neither my family member or myself liked the sauce, but it's the principle of the fact we may have liked it and it was not in either of our boxes. I ordered a four-piece chicken strip, two coleslaws, and bread for my family member. And, just two chicken strips and a coke slaw for me. When I opened my box, I noticed I received the smallest chicken strips. Whoever was placing the chicken in the box did not seem to be detailed or mindful if I got the biggest pieces. They did not take the time to place the meatiest chicken pieces in my box. I have no idea why. It was pretty disappointing and annoying. Hopefully, when reading this review, positive improvements can happen. I did, however notice they took pride in keeping the place clean and they were very friendly. I never come here because I enjoy grilled chicken and stay focused on a healthy diet, but tonight since I was picking up the food for my Dad and I had not eaten yet, I decided to order two chicken strips and eat it here quickly. It did not hit the spot, but then again I am not surprised because I don't order deep-fried chicken. There was a young employee and a woman (likely in her late 20s or 30s), and the woman handled our situation. She told us there was something missing from the paper and refused to honor it. I tried to explain that this is exactly how it was given to him from school, but she was dismissive, rude, and showed no empathy at all. She also gave us the clear impression that we were not being truthful--that we were somehow making this up. She repeatedly insisted that it "should come a certain way" and that there was no other possibility, which felt like she was accusing us of lying. This was directed at my six-year-old son, who was the one speaking and trying to explain where he got it from. What made it worse was her attitude toward a six-year-old child. There was no kindness, no attempt to explain things gently, and no acknowledgment of how excited he was. He went from being proud and happy to completely heartbroken in minutes. My son has been crying for hours since this happened. As a parent, that's incredibly hard to watch--especially over something meant to reward him for doing well in school. I'm not saying they had to accept it if something was missing, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. I even considered just buying the combo for him, but because of the rude attitude, I didn't feel comfortable giving that business my money. A little compassion and basic kindness--especially toward a young child--would have made all the difference. Because of this experience, I won't be returning. FYI I rarely Give 1 star review

I came in and Gabriella was working at the register. She verified with Gustavo and let me know Mac n cheese was out and would take 30minutes for the new batch. She offered a replacement but I told her I'd wait, and proceeded to make a separate order for myself, one of the new pimento sandwiches. She took it upon herself to offer it to me for free, even though I didn't ask. She was so accommodating and communicative about the situation and I felt like she genuinely was putting the customer first. I felt that she really cared about fixing the mistake, that my business here mattered and that she wanted to do the right thing. She had great character and integrity, excellent customer service and I saw her treating every other customer in the same manner, friendly, polite and respectful. Please let her know her professionalism was noticed and very much appreciated! ** Update! Breanne gave me a large Mac n cheese vs the small and threw in some fresh cookies and brownies. She apologized for the wait. All the things mentioned above are the same for Breanne! Really stellar employees at this location!!!

Customer service is hit and miss, usually the drive thru staff would rather not be there and don't pretend otherwise. I don't need over the top smiles but at least don't be rude. Went all the way home and had to drive back to correct it, only for them to say i should've brought ALL the food back to get it fixed? Why would I make my family not eat for an hour instead of trying to correct the one missing item. That's ridiculous. Convinced them to fix it but why am I having to try so hard? This place sucks.
