By far the worst Chick-fil-A in San Diego. This location simply is not up to the standards Chick-fil-A maintains everywhere else. Every single time I've come through the drive-thru the wait has been excessive. Today I decided to try going inside instead, and the wait wasn't any better. On top of that, the place is just dirty. The floors are grimy, there's debris and trash scattered around, and the restroom sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while (you can see it all in the photos). I'm genuinely disappointed. I won't be coming back to this location. I'll stick with the Grossmont Chick-fil-A from now on. I have been to this location several times now. Actually I have only been to this location. So I can't speak for them all. The times I have been here the place is always clean and there is usually plenty seating options. That being said it can be a little loud sometimes. I always get the same thing and it's always good. It doesn't matter if I'm right in the closing window or not. I have not received anything that looked like reheated fries.The spicey delux is always just right. I've never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A location. To start, we did a mobile order and ordered everything to our liking. We then got our order confirmed TWICE. We ordered the Classic Cup meal which comes with a special cup and they forgot to give it to us. I ordered a regular chick-fil-a sandwich with Colby jack cheese and it came with just bread and chicken. Their line system is terrible and cars are constantly having to wait for other cars in the other line. We took our food home and noticed there was NO SAUCE after we had ordered 6 different sauces and even confirmed TWICE. For chick-fil-a's being very organized, this location is far from it. Painfully slow service. Expect to spend up to an hour in the drive thru / pulled off to the side waiting for your order. This has happened at least 5 times in the past few months. Customer service is hit and miss, usually the drive thru staff would rather not be there and don't pretend otherwise. I don't need over the top smiles but at least don't be rude. And today, for the final nail in the one star coffin, they got my $80 order wrong. Missed a full meal. Went all the way home and had to drive back to correct it, only for them to say i should've brought ALL the food back to get it fixed? They both came with scrambled eggs and cheese. The breakfast biscuits sandwiches were good. The bacon biscuits came with three small strips of bacon. The bacon was well cooked, crispy, and tasty. The eggs in both sandwiches were light and fluffy. They did need seasoning so I added some black pepper. Then again I really like black pepper. The sausage patty was very good on the second breakfast sandwich. The biscuits on both sandwiches were pretty. They were a little on the dry side but not by much.
