He was very upbeat and happy to take our order and he also cheered us on for going to the Padres game. I orderer online a club sandwich w/PJ. When I sat down to eat I opened my sandwich and there was no bacon and no tomato. I went to the window and let them know, they were going to redo the sandwich. I sit back down and the staff let me know they're on a tomato shortage so they can't add that... A) They should turn off tomato for their mobile orders so people are aware the menu item isn't available. B) They should have told me that when I initially picked up my food. I told her it was fine, as long as I got the bacon. I got my new sandwich and now the cheese was incorrect. I wasn't going to allow them to redo it, I didn't want to waste more food but I did let them know it was wrong. Disappointed in the food service regarding this experience, much could have been improved to avoid the situation and corrected it properly. $15 for this meal and I just left disappointed. I've given this location three tries already and it's my least favorite in the San Diego area. This location charges for a medium or large ice water but not a small. So I end up ordering four small waters every time. This is the only location that I've been to that charges for that. Their fries always come out so soggy unlike the Mission Valley location. Highly disappointed at this location due to the fact that there was a hair in my friends salad. This kind of thing is unheard of for these establishments. Wait time is ridiculous. We came for fast food with 5 cars in front of us, and were stuck in the drive thru for literally 45 minutes.

Juicy crispy chicken sandwiches, waffle fries fresh! My 2 favorite drinks are the Sun Joy or Frosted Lemonade! Service is always polite and a pleasant experience. Food is made fresh and quick and if not...they will give you a free sandwich coupon for waiting! Such good customer service. There are tables to sit outside...but clean. My only issue is their coffee drinks suck. Those young kids that work there load it up with excessive sweetner---made my stomach hurt after 2 sips had to toss it.
