If I could give her alone one star, trust me I would.she mocked and made racist gestures and remarks to a door-dasher who was darker skinned, African American maybe Dominican. It was distasteful and racially inappropriate and I will no longer support or give my business to this specific store location! Even how she speaks to her team demonstrated poor leadership and I get it she's younger but this isn't mean-girl high school anymore, trying to fit in and seem cool making fun of others to get some sort of attention, and using gen z slang when running your establishment sternly to get your team in line is not appropriate. As a manager myself in fast food I raise my voice at times, and I'm Gen Z myself, but she does not appropriately correct or guide her team professionally and maturely. This is WORK, not highschool! To start for ambiance, half of the sprinklers were broken on the drive thru so we pretty much got a power wash of the left side of our car on the way in. Could have fixed the experience up a small notch and saved the river of water flowing into the street by shutting them off. Once we ordered, 2 fries and a burger was $20 - exorbitant cost but we had already ordered via the drive thru and my husband didn't feel comfortable changing it. Ok...11pm order...gets some leeway. I can't eat burgers but I was there for the fries!!! We get a massive pile of fries in the bag and it's the worst fry experience I've ever had. It was like the surprise jelly beans that taste like skunk or lime but look the same. Russian roulette between absurdly salted fry, multiply cooked cold brown fry, weird very gross sweet flavored fry, completely unflavored fry and old oil sticky fried fry. The fact that they had this many separate batches to throw into my bag is disturbing and makes me question the safety of the meat based food. Those employees need a more stringent and auditable set of daily food preparation metrics. All in all, I ate 7 fries and am still hungry. Definitely not worth $20 and no matter the convenience, NEVER worth the stop or waste of money. Drive a few more minutes in either direction and get something edible. I've been here three or four times now. A friend of mine in Texas kept telling me about the key tag for getting the free Junior frosties and that sounded appealing One Summer approached. Sometimes I've gotten something inexpensive to eat like they're $5 baconator sale for kids meal or buy one get one free and I always get the little Frosty. Not bad for the price even though it's fast food and not top quality, I have enjoyed what I've gotten. I've never tried to drive through, always gone inside and always encountered friendly workers you seem to have good camaraderie going between each other. Been coming here for years, typically fast, fresh, accurate and tasty. Sunday at 8:05pm drive thru was pretty packed so I decided to park and order inside. Despite being 2nd in line, I waited about 5 minutes before being seen. Think the manager took my order judging by the shirt. Oddly enough he waited for me to initiate the conversation, saying nothing but a stare as I approached the register. I started off with "hey how's it goin? I'll have...", & still didn't get a courtesy response. No big deal, i could tell he was stressed as it was very apparent they were slammed. After placing my order he did let me know there would be a little wait, which I expected based on all previously mentioned observations. I waited about 7-8min for my food after placing my order and upon receiving it I said, "thank you", to which the manager replied "thank you" as well. What better way to ruin a great dining decision with one that totally disqualifies your healthy attempt at a meal. Enter the salted caramel frosty. I should declare that salted caramel is my jam so I may be overly critical so I'll try to balance this review out. On October 4th, 2024, at around 8:55 PM, we decided to stop in for a late dinner, even though it was out of our way and far from home. The service was excellent, and so was the food. I want to highlight the young Black man who attended to us--he was very friendly and professional. Kudos to him for making our experience pleasant. Unfortunately, our visit did come with some disappointment. The young man politely informed us that his manager was closing the lobby and that we would have to take our order to go. We still decided to order, as we were hungry and craving their delicious bacon burgers. After receiving our order, we noticed that the manager, who had just closed the lobby to customers, was sitting at a table with someone who appeared to be a visitor--possibly her older son or a date, as they were not in uniform. As we walked out, another customer was trying to enter, only to have the manager yell from behind us that the lobby was closed. The customer simply stated that he wanted to buy a coffee, but the manager did not allow him in and promptly returned to her table to continue sitting with her guest. We ended up eating in our vehicle while watching through the window as the manager sat comfortably in a closed lobby, socializing with her companion. If we had known the lobby hours in advance, we would have chosen a different option for dinner rather than eating in our car. I suggest that Wendy's clearly posts their lobby hours so customers can make informed decisions, avoiding situations like this in the future. read more

Picking up a mobile order "curbside" is NOT recommended! There's no way to tell the store that you've arrived and they don't answer the phone (no voicemail either). The burger was better than I anticipated; the smoky honey mustard sauce covered a fast food burger. I'm not a huge fan of them anyway; my mom likes the kids' toys. At least the order was fulfilled correctly, except for the app, which didn't tell them I didn't want mayo. And it doesn't allow you to request "no ice" for the soft drinks. Not their fault, but this experience is unique to Wendy's. My mom's fries weren't crispy or even warm - not even expecting hot. So I ordered the Krabby Patty collaboration meal from the app, thinking I was ordering a large and I ended up paying for a large fry and a small drink. I wasn't aware that I also had to manually make the drink a large as well. That's frustrating, but when I get home and take my food out the bag, there's nothing SpongeBob a "Krabby Patty" about these wrappers. There is no ice in the machine so the cashier gives you ice however one cup had nasty stuff inside which we poured out the ice and there is a puddle of soda dripping from the coca-cola machine. No straws, no napkins, no trash even available seating is open but this location is not prepared for it. All orders were being messed up too as I wait and listen for our order. I used to come here whenever I have work assignments in this area. I hardly uses their drive thru. In the past, I have always walked in and order. Each time was greeted warmly by their staffs behind the counter. I recall from memory the place was clean. Anyhow, this time decided to do a drive thru. One of the staff was outside taking orders. It appear the drive thru microphone isn't working. Luckily he has the menu on him. I ordered my foods and was instructed to drive to the window to pay. When I drove up the guy by the window quickly took my card for payment and then shut his window. Well it's a cold day. Won't blame him at first, then when he return he handed me my drink without the straw. And the next time he open was bags of my order. And then shut his window quickly. I figure I can find the straw in the bags. Instead no straw! Good thing I'm heading home. I wouldn't need a straw, but if this happens at other Time. Went inside to placed my order. There were only 2 other people in front of me but no one acknowledged the people waiting in line to place an order. When I finally placed the order it took more than 15 minutes for the Krabby meal and on top of that the fries the comes with the meal is a medium but it was not even half way full so basically I received a small fries. I have not had Wendy's for quite a while. Years to be correct, so I stopped by today to have their Dave's Hot and Juicy half pound double burger combo with fries and a diet coke.. When I arrived I waited in line with only one person in front of me. We waited and then we waited some more. Finally, the person in front of me was served and then I got to wait some more! It was weird, it was as if I was not even standing there. Once again, "finally" I got to give my order and give them some money. To my surprise my order came out very quickly. Don't they advertise that they do not make your burger until you give your order? Well. I think those patties where already prepared. Fortunately, I have to say Dave's Hot and Juicy was actually really good. I had mine with no mayo but with everything else. The burger tasted great but it was not as juicy as advertised. The "fresh" cut fries were just okay. A little limp and not as crispy as they should of been. I gave Wendy's 3 stars because the burger was good. However, no more than that because the service needs to be improved and limp fries don't fly with me. read more
