Some people in the past had their orders wrong but now they get my pretentious order perfect even with all the changes I make. Christian always goes above and beyond to make it a great experience! The food here is always of great quality but they do not seem to listen too well when they take the orders. More often than not they get everything wrong. Today I ordered for my wife and asked for a single baconator combo, but received and paid for a double. Plus as per usual the soda is not carbonated, I am unsure how you cannot see that lack of carbonation when pouring multiple drinks but they did it again. These people working here are so disrespectful and don't care for their customer. We pull up around 7pm and there's an employee taking the orders in the dark, and a man sleeping next to the front door. I asked the man for 3 pumpkin frostys and I paid. They did not give me a receipt. After we pulled off from the drive through and drove a few streets over, I noticed they gave me the wrong Frosty flavors. We ate a couple spoonfuls so they wouldn't melt all over my car. When we came back, they ASKED FOR THE FROSTYS BACK and only offered to refill what we had eaten. The woman working was completely rude and refused to help me resolve the issue. She took and kept the Frostys at the end and I did not get a receipt to get a refund. Stole my credit card info!!! I'm all for fast food, but this location is neither good, fast, or friendly. I have visited this location at different times, and days, and both drive thru, and walk in. Aside from taking a very long time for someone to come to the register to take my order, the drive thru window also takes a long time to actually hand the order over. They have screwed up my order multiple times, from missing food, wrong drinks, or wrong add ons or exclusions , and the last time i went they ran my card which was then charged with fraud charges the next day locally. Natalia did an excellent job. I came by with my boyfriend to get some chicken nuggets, 10 piece. Not only does Wendy's not charge for extra ranch but my order was ready in less than 1 minute. Firstly, 40+ minutes in the drive through line, this place is extremely slow, if you pull up and there are 3+ cars - go elsewhere unless you have 30+ minutes to wait. As for my order....My order was simple, spicy chicken combo, no mayo, large dr pepper, two small frostys (one choc one strawberry).... What I got was a spicy chicken combo, WITH a lot of mayo, with some weird grapy flavored dr pepper? I don't know what this soda is....it is not Regular Dr Pepper. I haven't been to a Wendy's in quite some time and decided to stop by here after running some errands around the area. Parking here can be a bit tricky and if the drive thru gets long it can be even trickier to park and get into the store. When we got inside we saw that there's some seating and a small line with one lady at register. She was nice, smiled and even joked with us because her machine was acting up on her. After placing our order we went to find seating. The seats weren't the most comfortable and seemed like they've had a lot of wear and tear put into them. The food was ok, but not the greatest. The food just basically filled us up. I did use the bathroom before leaving and it wasn't the cleanest either. Overall, not the best location for just ok food, but if you're in the area and need something really quick and cheap....maybe try this Wendy's location. read more

I went to Wendy's on campo, I ordered $17 of food, I asked the cashier to scan my phone for the rewards, he can't our scanner isn't working. He said I could load it manually. Wrong you can't. So I lost out on the rewards. I called the corporate customer care and they said they would credit me "$4" they tried and that didn't work. So if you go to this Wendy's in side you won't be able to use your rewards. read more

IF your order is correct, then it's what you probably wanted or expected from Wendy's. Trouble is, getting an order correctly seems have have become increasingly rare. From the wrong drink to the wrong sandwich to the wrong things in an order, this location can mess up what you want any number of ways. I've tried a few times and just got tired of sitting in the drive through as checking things and then handing them back and keeping everyone else waiting. I think I'm fine. Can you read should not be a question on most applications where adults and perhaps even teenagers are expected to work. However this Wendy's location may be the exception. Forgotten items are one thing especially when using DoorDash as the dasher may have just been feeling like a free snack, but when the quality of the food you do receive is still garbage it leaves no doubt in anyone's mind who fucked up. One thing I would like to point out is that bacon is in the word baconator. It's quite hard to miss it actually as the first 5 letters of both words match. So as I opened my baconator fries I wondered where the bacon was and how someone managed to fuck it up. But much to my amazement they managed to miss the first 5 letters of one of their own signature menu items. I'd hate to leave it off on a bad note so I will add this quick comment. Dear Wendy's employees and managers, with the money you have saved by withholding the burger, frosty, fries, and bacon from the baconator fries, please allocate those funds to your local elementary schools so that the next generation knows how to read and won't end up stuck working in a Wendy's until they are 45. Perhaps they may even send over a talented 5th grader to assist you with understanding what all these letters that pop up on receipts actually mean. I go to this Wendy's, at least 5 times, per month. Today, I went to get breakfast. Ivan was the counter person. He was the most polite, thoughtful person, that have had at the counter, in a very long time. Professional, and fast. Even when my order took a little longer, than expected, he explained what happened, before I even asked. Wendy's should promote him, based on his excellent customer service skills. They need more employees, like Ivan. He told me, that he rarely works the counter and spends most of his time, on the drive through window. The drive thru line can be very long here but once you order the wait isn't usually long at all. The quality is not consistent. Sometimes your food is hot and ither times it is almost cold. I have never had this Wendy's forget anything in my order but burt items can be worse than forgotten items. The employees are not that friendly at this location. This is a hard review for me to write. I really liked this Wendy's till I had to go to the bathroom. It was a bit messy and could have used a touch up . No problem I'm sure they would have got around to cleaning it. My problem was the gender neutral sign on the doors. I would have had NO problem with having a men's and a women's sign. My problem is that I don't want their political correctness thrown in my face. For that reason I want go there again. Service was a bit slow. Although I requested my fries well done they came out limp and warm at best. The Jr Bacon Cheeseburger was nearly perfect. It was dressed exactly to my request. Just a little too done and dry for my taste. The Frosty was just right. AND at 50 cents a real bargain. What I really appreciated was the WiFi Center that had several outlets to charge your devices. Sadly as I mentioned earlier that was negated by their politically correct rest rooms. Perhaps if I weren't a Christian I would not have been upset with this. But I am, I was and I won't return to this store till they remove the gender neutral signs from rest rooms. I don't believe Dave would have approved. read more
