I used to enjoy this location. I used to love the customer service that the employees were providing. Now every time I come here they have new employees, and each employee's attitude is worse than the other. They're not making any eye contact, don't acknowledge you when you come in. They're too busy cleaning and talking crap about other customers. Acting like nobody can hear them.Sometimes just in the back, joking around, they see a customer then just go back to what they were doing, or they tell someone else there's someone at the front. Also, there's one girl that works there in particular. I don't know her name but she's young. She's very rude! Acts like she's a manager and she's not. She comes in the bathroom and announces fifteen minutes before they close, she comes out of her way to follow me in the bathroom and shouts "The restroom is now closed, we're closing in a few minutes, so you need to leave". You shouldn't do that!! If you say you close at three I'm aware of the time and even if I took a little bit longer what kind of customer service is that? Then, she goes, and tells another co-worker " I tell people it's closed, they need to get out". Managers need to train on customer service with their staff. Hiring incompetent people to run a store and you don't understand that they're the ones ruining people wanting to come here having good customer service doesn't cost money. Customer service involves customer facing with a polite demeanor! If you don't like it, then don't work in that type of environment you ruin it for everybody. So for me personally, I prefer not to come here.I'd rather go to another location because of your staff!

This location is my third. A new one just opened on Midway, and the other is in Mira Mesa. Friendly staff, decent parking, and they have a drive-thru too. Always the same, no matter where you go. Better than KFC. Good parking and they happen to have a drive-thru.

I cut open the bread in half and turn my Canes into a bomb sandwich. Sauce and fries included.

I just left from here and got home to eat my 4 piece box combo and I subbed the slaw as usual for extra bread with a sprite no ice and everything was finger picking delicious!!! Service was allright but the guy taking the order was being a lil too sassy like a girl trynna rush me bout what drink I wanted hold up I wasn't done talking about my order yet buddy. Order than that thanks Raising Canes for the food and the drink.

The 3 Finger Combo

We ate at Raising Cane's Chicken for lunch. The restaurant was lively with music and happy diners. The lady cleaning the tables was super friendly and even offered to bring my food order to me. I ordered the 3 chicken tender combo with crispy fries, and it came out fast, hot, and fresh. If you want chicken tenders, this is the place to go.

Me I.

They literally gave me a PINCH of fries are you KIDDING? For how much I pay. I've never had this happen they seriously lacked.

Tiny chicken fingers and half the serving of fries what's going on

There is always a wait to use the drive thru no matter if it's busy or not. It's not like they have an extensive menu it's always going to be 15 minutes. I came yesterday and there was 1 car ahead of me and it was still a long wait. Also the portion sizes are comically inconsistent. Sometimes it's good but yesterday they gave me the tiniest pieces of chicken I've ever gotten from there and like a half serving of fries for a 3 box combo. You get more food at In n Out with their animal style cheeseburger and fries combo and it's cheaper.

I have been a huge fan ever since this location was first opened! It's clear that they are doing something right as people continue to fill the line to order! I love to get the Cainiac combo with sweet tea as my beverage. The chicken is flavorful, crunchy and moist at the same time! The Texas toast is also really good! The iced tea and lemonade are must haves for sure! Staff is always friendly and full of energy.

Very small Chicken Finger

Usually the chicken fingers are small, but they are very small this time. If I'm paying $20+ for a box of chicken fingers I expect them to be a little bit bigger. Way overhyped and will not go again. Check the pic of the finger next to the hot sauce pack for size comparison, and I only got two hot sauces....

Poor excuse for a famous canes chicken finger

Still the false advertising of their strips! I'm disappointed every time my family tries to give it another chance! Will be writing corporate they're ripping people off

Sizes are very small on chicken portions. Take the time to check your order before leaving the drive thu! We were shorted on coleslaw and the chickens were slightly larger than nuggets. Not the first time.

I'm just going to be straight up. You come here for the sauce. This sauce with the chicken is so good ESPECIALLY on an empty stomach. The Texas toast is probably my favorite and when I tell you it's the best, it's the best. I'm just going to let my picture speak for itself now. The only bad thing though is since it's fast food, tables are really oily and dirty.

Is there any way of requesting the strips more crispy? Last time I went, it was a little sogg?

Yeah I've done it before

How long is the line now days? I went a few months ago and it was about an 1- 1.5 hrs

I drove by at 12:45p today and there was no line at all.

Do they have any grand opening specials, giveaways, or free food rn?

Businesses were given free combo cards for their soft open...only people with those cards were allowed early access plus a free meal of their choice.

Simply the food on this one. Very satisfied with the crispy and tasty chicken. This one took until…read morethe end of the week to write but still I ordered for my lunch and brought home a second meal for my son. He appreciated it and commented about the spicy tasty Popeyes and started comparing the competition around. Its that good. A word of advice to the ones that served me this week, I know you are busy during the lunch hour, but blunt and bold directive service isn't always the best approach as people hold on to that as less than awesome customer service. I wasn't and would never seek a free meal. I was willing to pay for the 2nd biscuit as i requested for my son also. It did not matter to me that it wasn't part of the 3 bone in special for 6.99. That was for my boy too so live, learn and upgrade the kind service to awesome regardless if you become slamming busy. Again, the food was and always is Delicious.

Today I got chicken that tasted old and they forgot my biscuits. .. Their biscuits and mac & cheese are the best things ,here so when my biscuits were missing and I live too far to drive back for two biscuits I was very disappointed.. I highly recommend checking your bag before you leave and I highly recommend not eating here ,because the chicken is old, greasy, and you frankly feel ripped off every time you eat here .
