Still a great place to eat! Plenty of seating. Good food. Good service. Updating to include photos.

Located in Santee. Plenty of parking. Ordered the pork eggs rolls, salt and pepper wings, rare steak pho, and combination fried rice. The food was good but the wings were a little dry and they added way too much cilantro into the pho. The service was very good. They were on top of the orders and the food came out quick. Inside the restaurant was clean. If I was in Santee and had a craving for Pho, I would come here.

This place has consistently been the best place for me to get pho. The food is always good and fresh and the service is great. The restaurant is also always clean inside.

This place is a hidden gem in Santee. Came here several times with my family. The moment you walked in, they greet you with a warm smile. You can smell the aroma of home cooked pho from the kitchen. We usually order beef pho. The broth is delicious and you can taste the the freshness of the broth and the tenderness of the beef. The staff is always friendly and treat you like a valued customer. The service is fast and the food is always delicious. Bobby who is the part owner and cook cones out and greets customers. He asks how everything is and chats with customers. Atmosphere is relaxing and feels welcoming.

To start the food was absolutely amazing, my husband and I both ordered the brisket pho and it has to be the best I've had! The staff were all so kind and helpful and we got our food in record time. The kitchen's choice of music was top tier and wish it was louder ! We will definitely be back!

I was staying nearby and stopped in here for an early dinner. It was located in the Town Center Parkway Plaza on the west side of Cuyamaca St, just north of the 52 freeway. After looking over their menu, I ordered the P1 Signature phở đặc biệt which included oxtail, shank, flank, and brisket. It seemed pricey at first for a bowl of pho, but it was a big bowl, a hearty portion. Food was good and so was the service. It was a solid spot.

Pho was very tasty! Got the one with oxtail, flank and brisket. Interestingly, this spot doesn't have tripe and tendon. Overall the staff was friendly and enthusiastic! Definitely worth a stop in you are in the area!!

8/15/2025 - my second time and no issues. Wonderful people and the food was excellent. Had the veggie spring rolls. I didn't like the sauce it came with. Ordered the wong ton special soup and the V4. Grilled Pork. Both came out smoking hot. Both tasted very will. I went with a party of 2. Highly recommend. One down side they need to bring the appetizer out before the main dish. They did it backwards. Best. See Photos.

The dishes here are amazing. The pho noodles broth was flavorful and sides were fresh. I ordered the Pho dac biet which has all the meats. Egg rolls were perfectly crisp. Very friendly service. The place is very clean and decor is nice. The soft music was pleasant. Shall return.

clearly it was delicious... this place is AMAZING! best pho i have had since moving to san diego 8 years ago. definitely a must try!!!

One of the BEST Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to! Instead of ordering pho (since I'm so picky with pho, I didn't want to risk it), I ordered the rice vermicelli noodles with grilled chicken, grilled beef, grilled shrimp and egg rolls. I asked that the egg rolls be vegetarian since I don't eat pork. The dish was DELICOUS!! The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked. My friends also loved their selections, including the grilled beef banh mi, egg rolls and pho. I definitely will return to try the other dishes with confidence.

She either cooks or I cook and bring him delicious, nutritious, and creative meals to help him feel satisfied and happy with great-tasting along with healthy meals that he needs to heal during the recovery process. I was originally going to head to In and Out Burgers in Santee, but after driving there I quickly changed my mind. The drive through was so long, it made me reconsider. I decided to tryAnny's Fine Burgers. I ordered a regular burger with lettuce and tomato plus onion the way my Dad likes, oh and pickles too. I decided to get one also prepared the same way. I normally do not eat red meat because I am a chicken, shrimp, and fish lover but on occasion I will make an exception if a restaurant knows how to make good burgers. I ordered for both of us, but I had to quickly eat mine so I could write this review and satisfy my raging appetite . The girl behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. She brought me a plate and my bag of food. I opened the wrapper and my eyes were in awe because this bigger was large in size and looked fresh. I bit down thinking there was no way I could eat it all. But, I did! I devoured it in five minutes! It was fresh, delicious, and juicy! They seasoned it to perfection . So glad they do not overly salt their burgers. I also ordered a homemade lemonade and a side of fries for my Dad to enjoy. I better go now as I need to deliver this deliciousness to my Dad! Oh I almost forgot, they keep the place so clean and I love the music in the background . Drake was playing! This is on my favorite burger list! So, to start, my wife will occasionally get treated rather well at the restraunt; she was even given a few freebies while she was pregnant with our twins, so I usually thought rather well of this place, but every time I go, the treatment is different (maybe because I am not a tiny little Asian woman, who knows) but anyways, I go there tonight and I order roughly 120$ in food, and that's where things go south. First they charge me 1.50 for asking for my rice noodles without curry (my wife dislikes curry), which I am used to, but I think might offend them. From there, there is some confusion about my order. They almost forget one of my sides in the proccess, and forgot I ordered fried wontons, but again, that is NOT why I am leaving this review. I am leaving this review because of what happened in all this... So, to begin, I ordered off the menu because I wanted my food fresh, but still, they grabbed all our sides and two of my entrees right out of the to go bar; which would be fine EXCEPT the food on the menu is more expensive because it is FRESH, and not soggy or soft from sitting in a metal tray for like an hour and a half! The next thing that happens is while trying to find out about my wantons they: GO THROUGH MY FOOD. They literally touched all my fried items with ungloved hands while I am sitting there at the waiting table with them; trying to figure out their mistake like I was trying to steal food from them. The kicker being that they forgot to charge the wontons! So instead of being like: 'sorry about the inconvenience', they straight up go: 'oh hey, let us charge you for those after we touched all your food'. Needless to say, I was a bit aghast by all this, but what was worse than the service is the fact that the cook purposefully gave my wife bland unseasoned noodles because I asked for then with 'no curry' as if paying an extra 1.50 wasn't enough, they had to also be like: 'screw your taste buds for not liking our spices!' I mean, none of this was necessary, and it all felt pretty gross and rude by the end as I just took my food and left. All that said, my wife was pretty disappointed to hear about this and thinks we may need to find a new chinese place which really sucks. Yeah... but giving me old food, messing up my order, not preparing my food right (even after they charged extra for it), and touching my food makes me realize it's probably for the best. But hey, at least they remembered to charge me fried wontons, customer always comes last, you know?

We chatted and in a couple minutes my to-go order was ready. Ate the fries on the way home, yeah, the yummy Texas toast, too. Enjoyed my 3piece chicken fingers with the awesome dipping sauce. I could drink that stuff( well, almost). It's not sweet, a bit tangy and is the big draw for me to get chicken fingers at Canes. Overall, the service was great(thank you, Chris), the food was delish and I'd go there again for sure.

Overhyped for What You Get…read more I honestly don't understand the hype around Raising Cane's. I finally gave it a shot after hearing so many people rave about it, and it was pretty disappointing. The chicken was dry, period. That's the main thing they serve, so it's kind of hard to overlook. The Cane's sauce is the only thing that really stood out as good -- it carries most of the flavor of the meal. The fries are mid at best, nothing special. The bread is literally just plain Texas toast with butter, which is fine but not exactly exciting. Even the sweet tea wasn't very sweet, which feels like a miss for a place that leans into Southern-style food. I really don't know why kids love Cane's so much. There are so many other places that serve chicken that tastes way better and offer more variety. Honestly, KFC feels like a better bang for the buck, which says a lot. Maybe it's just the hype machine working overtime, but for me this one didn't live up to it.
