Food is delicious and plenty. Oxtails for soup is humongous. The lychee was yummy and fried rice was great. Server was friendly

This place was recommended to us by friends, finally had a chance to try it out. Great prices, good portion size. Some of the sides are over priced (tofu $4). Good portions of bean sprouts, limes, jalapeños and basil (ask for refills as needed). We ordered shrimp and grilled beef spring rolls, rare steak bowl and vegetarian bowl - everything was tasty. Ample free parking, clean dining area, average service. Bathrooms are not as clean as most restaurants. Good experience overall, we will be back. This is currently our favorite pho spot in the area.

Grill Grilled Shrimp Pho and spring rolls
    Armando D.

The grill shrimp pho was excellent with the grill shrimp on the side. Only thing missing was no vegetables. It was still savory, as I'm usually accustomed to the shrimp being in the pho when served. The spring rolls were also very good. They also gave us an extra serving of their dipping peanut butter sauce. The only negative was taking too long to get seated as they only had two servers with almost a full restaurant. They did however apologize for the wait.

if I could leave 0 starts I would We were served raw bread and fried chicken that was clearly undercooked--pink inside and cold near the bone. This isn't a preference issue; it's a food safety problem. When we pointed it out, there was no urgency and no real apology. Even worse, they refused to refund the full order, despite the issue being obvious. They would only refund the single item, even though the entire meal was ruined and we couldn't safely eat anything. Eating out shouldn't feel like a health gamble, and customers shouldn't have to argue for a refund when raw food is served. We won't be back.

Very disappointed of this restaurant. I used to love coming here with my family and enjoy some real pho. I don't know what change but definitely it changed for the worse. The lady that took our order was not very friendly or helpful. The food had a bad taste. The pho noodles had a plastic taste. The orange chicken had artificial over top orange chicken sauce that's taste like artificial flavor, lastly the spring rolls were stale, the pork inside was so dry that I was not able to chew. Please don't waste your money in this place, there are better options in the same area where they do care about their food and their clients.

Most places put shrimp in their egg rolls, but I am severely allergic to shellfish. Here I can have egg rolls with chicken or tofu! So happy. We drive across town so I can be safe.

Always the same good service and of course really good food with excellent taste I highly recommend to anyone to to try thanks..

Broken Create Your Own PCD Rice Plate (steamed meatloaf, Crispy Shrimp Bean Curd Wrapped, Grilled Chicken)
    Annie T.

Our favorite item on the menu is broken rice with either grilled beef, grilled chicken or crispy shrimp wrap. You can customize your own broken rice. Egg rolls are crispy but they don't have any meat inside, just veggies. Pho was not as flavorful. Good service and it's spacey inside.

Ask the Community - Pho Ca Dao & Grill

    Is the pho broth vegetarian?

Yes... I'm not positive about their current menu, but I believe they have at least 4 different broths. These set Pho Ca Dao apart. V5 is the Pho and I get V1 V+tofu spring rolls. 4.5 in my book.

What could I eat here that doesn't have onions in it?

Hi Don! Anything! Onions are just garnishments. Please make sure you let the servers know that you don’t want onions. :)

Can someone please post the menu?

We were seated along the wall which had booth seating, which I prefer. For drinks I ordered a Thai tea no boba and the hubs a coke. We order the following items for dinner: Appetizers - - Crispy egg rolls - with pork (4 pieces) - served with veggies and fish sauce, these were tasty. - Salt pepper chicken wings - (8 pieces) they were a tad over fried but flavor was good. - Spring rolls - (2 pieces) with pork and shrimp, we ordered these Togo. Hubs enjoyed these for a late evening snack. Entrees - - Combination fried rice - chicken, shrimp and cha siu (Chinese bbq pork) I liked the flavoring of the fried rice - it was not bland, but I did mix in a tiny bit of hoisin sauce. - Pho rare steak - overloaded with green onions and cilantro. We always order pho but I really wasn't feeling it that evening, so it was all the hubs. If you love tons of green onions and cilantro, get it! The broth had a really strong flavoring of the cilantro. Overall dinner was fairly good. Seemed like there were regular customers that visited often. Staff were super nice and friendly. Parking lot was not packed at all. If in the area, I'd visit again. 2026: 7

At first, she said the order only could be done on 1 bill. And then later she compromised with 2 bills, 5 people per table. That was nice of her! I just had 2 coffees before entering so I decided to skip ordering Thai tea. But they had a large drink menu, of fruit teas and more. My friend had the lychee tea which was very large and looked super refreshing! They also came by often to top off our waters which was nice. To eat, I ordered the $16.99~, Cashew Chicken Stir Fry with White Rice. It came with onion, green onion, carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, and cashews. The carrots were beautifully cut, but a little too crunchy for me to properly enjoy in the stir fry. Everything else was delicious! I think this could definitely be shared between 2-3 people. It was a lot for me, even after a large hike. The sauce was flavorful and not overly salty. I didn't ask for any spice level, but I think I'd choose mild or medium next time. My friends ordered-- - $12.99, Dirty Fried Chicken: This had a blitz coating of lime, mint, and spices. And it was decorated with thinly sliced green onions with a side of sweet chili sauce. The chicken was hot and plump, not dry, and very much mouthwatering! Would recommend. - $14.99, Thai Grilled Chicken Salad: Grilled Chicken Breast on a bed of mixed green salad, carrots, and cucumbers with peanut dressing. It reminded me a little of chicken satay~ it smelled and looked incredible. I think I might order it next time, when I want something light and fulfilling after a hike. - $11.99, Cream Cheese Avocado Wontons (6PC): These came out piping hot and when you took a bite they were oozing. It was very creamy and when you dip into the plum sauce it's a delectable bite. A nice appetizer to share with the table. - $16.99-$19.99 (depends on what protein you get), Pad Thai: This proportion was manageable for one person. The restaurant used thin rice noodles, but it didn't clump excessively compared to other restaurants. The prices are what you'd typically see at a Pan-Asian restaurant, a few dollars more than what you'd want to spend. But these kinds of restaurants, in my opinion, are for enjoying with others. So, if you're sharing food and all that-- the price is worth it (esp with the quantity that is given). Next time, I would probably order one of their noodle dishes rather than rice. Oodles by the Noodbar has such a large and diverse menu so I would highly recommend coming in to try them out.

The service was excellent the moment we walked in and continued all the way until we left. The entire floor staff were friendly, attentive, and incredibly hardworking--especially as the dinner rush picked up. You could really see them hustling, but they never missed a beat. One thing that really stood out was our waiter, who memorized our entire order without writing anything down--very impressive! I also placed a to-go order for the #99 platter, and everything came out quickly and accurately. We were in and out in under an hour and a half, even during peak dinner time. So, to start, my wife will occasionally get treated rather well at the restraunt; she was even given a few freebies while she was pregnant with our twins, so I usually thought rather well of this place, but every time I go, the treatment is different (maybe because I am not a tiny little Asian woman, who knows) but anyways, I go there tonight and I order roughly 120$ in food, and that's where things go south. First they charge me 1.50 for asking for my rice noodles without curry (my wife dislikes curry), which I am used to, but I think might offend them. From there, there is some confusion about my order. They almost forget one of my sides in the proccess, and forgot I ordered fried wontons, but again, that is NOT why I am leaving this review. I am leaving this review because of what happened in all this... So, to begin, I ordered off the menu because I wanted my food fresh, but still, they grabbed all our sides and two of my entrees right out of the to go bar; which would be fine EXCEPT the food on the menu is more expensive because it is FRESH, and not soggy or soft from sitting in a metal tray for like an hour and a half! The next thing that happens is while trying to find out about my wantons they: GO THROUGH MY FOOD. They literally touched all my fried items with ungloved hands while I am sitting there at the waiting table with them; trying to figure out their mistake like I was trying to steal food from them. The kicker being that they forgot to charge the wontons! So instead of being like: 'sorry about the inconvenience', they straight up go: 'oh hey, let us charge you for those after we touched all your food'. Needless to say, I was a bit aghast by all this, but what was worse than the service is the fact that the cook purposefully gave my wife bland unseasoned noodles because I asked for then with 'no curry' as if paying an extra 1.50 wasn't enough, they had to also be like: 'screw your taste buds for not liking our spices!' I mean, none of this was necessary, and it all felt pretty gross and rude by the end as I just took my food and left. All that said, my wife was pretty disappointed to hear about this and thinks we may need to find a new chinese place which really sucks. Yeah... but giving me old food, messing up my order, not preparing my food right (even after they charged extra for it), and touching my food makes me realize it's probably for the best. But hey, at least they remembered to charge me fried wontons, customer always comes last, you know?
